Horrible horrible customer service. They have had my money for 4 months and never call with updates. Keep giving excuses.

I recently placed an order for replacement back and bottom cushions for 40 Hampton Bay chairs. From the ordering process to receiving of the cushions, this was a good experience. The quality of construction is excellent and they use a Sunbrella fabric which will last for several years of daily use. The price was very competitive; less expensive than cushions at Home Depot or Lowes and these are custom made. I will be ordering again very soon for my personal deck chairs.
