Very nice Publix. Its close to the lake Louisa state park and we enjoyed our visit there. Produce was fresh, store well stocked and the employee were nice.

Its a great store in a great location. The deli has a lot of different foods. And now they offer a turkey and cranberry sub!

Worst service and people! Dried/burnt/old foods (chicken, potato wedges). Absolutely no napkins in none of the dispensers. Bad experience. But, price is same way HIGH

I do not go there often but I gotta say that the behavior of the crowd going there is weird. A teenager was causing too much of disturb with his presence and many employees saw it and did nothing about it. I couldn’t say anything because I was sick and I was just picking up a prescription and I had enough with my day. I was literally this close to call the police if it wasn’t for the fact that I had to go to work.Update: I decided to take a minute and mention to one of the managers that help me out, he went ahead and tried to find them. However, it is just annoying that this type of kids are allow you do this, even worst to see what quality of behaviors parents are allowing nowadays.

They have some really good stuff. I enjoy shopping here :)

Where shopping is always a pleasure...until you get to the cash register.

Two hours before closing and the whole deli and food area is nearly empty and being cleaned for closing. Had to drive to the Publix on Hwy 50 for Fried Chicken and sides. I get wanting to leave at the end of the day but this seems extreme.

Pharmacy is the worst. Meat department is incompetent. This store is an absolute disaster. They are simply hiding behind a fancy zip code. The general manager clearly does not have a proper handle on their establishment. Worth driving 10-15 minutes in another direction to shop elsewhere.

Usually pretty good, service is inconsistent at times. This publix loves to put raw meat in with produce and other easily contaminated items. Walmart usually takes the price war however. Used to get a good variety but seems to be dropping brands. Shop really early people get all crazy in the aisle.

Wonderful grocery store overall! Very clean and organized most of the time. It’s easy to find the items I need and they are almost always in stock for the stuff I need.

Its an excellent place, the staff is perfect and their food is very good. This one especially is very well located and the store is very good.

Complaint is three-fold.1) (recent) Bought what looked like a delicious glazed lemon cake, Brought it home, was terrible. Tried to return, they said they are not accepting any returns/exchanges. Nice to see that a crisis gives free reign to sell awful products with no recourse.2) Customer service desk attendants huddle and converse and you often have to wait for conversations to conclude to receive service. (The rest of the store the employees have been excellent).3) I dont know if this is the case anymore, but it was very annoying in the past. Coinstar coin exchange would work in the daytime, then suddenly be out of order when you came back at night to use it.Im happy to pay a little more for products for superior service, however lately shopping has NOT been a pleasure. 12 years of using this store and Im beginning to reconsider.

This is my favorite super market. We love the buy 1 get 1 section when you walk in. Lots of great deals. My wife clips digital coupons every time we go and that helps save us money. We love their deli there is a noticeable quality improvement for Boar Heads meats... we love their selection. The employees are very nice and all are very friendly. They offer great customer service that I don’t not feel like you have to pay a premium for.

We had a great Thanksgiving because of Nathan and Jose in the meat department. I asked for a fresh turkey but needed to have it cut up special and they did an amazing job. Thank you to everyone that made our special day even more special.

Alot of food

I have been a customer of this location for the past 3 years. I used to go to both walmart and the stoneybrook west publix to try to save money on some items that were a better deal at walmart. Even when they opened the hamlin location directly across the street from the walmart I continued to go into the location near my home on stoneybrook west due to level of service i received. I than started to just go to publix for all my groceries for the last year. Despite the fact I was spending more on groceries I had an overall better experience at the stoneybrook west location. But that all ended this week when I was asked by the manager named justina to not come back to her store anymore! I went into location on 2 instances where customers were not wearing masks and i asked the people to put on their mask. the first customer was at the seafood department I explained that he needed to wear a mask and he said he didnt have one and i explained they sell them right when you walk in. I offered to purchase the mans groceries if he could find 1 other person not wearing a mask. He just laughed and walked away, I than got the closest member of management near me and asked him to ask the customer to please wear a mask. He refused! The second instance happened within the same week. I again was at the seafood department and saw 2 women not wearing masks. I didnt ask them but just pointed to my mask and they reached in there bag and put their mask on. We found same member of management due to the fact that he began to follow me when i went into store after our first encounter. I than explained that I didnt even have to ask and they put the mask on so maybe he could try to do something to protect customers and employees from covid-19 exposure. I than went into store on my last trip ever to the stoneybrook west location the other day. I was having an issue and the same member of management that had followed me the many times prior and did nothing to help came and wanted to know if he could help me. I said 1 profane word to him and walked away. Than at the register while i was paying for my items justina came out of an office with that same member of management that had been following me my last hand full of visits along with 8 other employees. She explained that i was no longer allowed to come to HER store. I than tried to have a discussion with her about my frustration maybe using a profanity or 2 but not threating anyone. I than began to think that they called the cops already and that they would either be there soon or in the parking lot. I left and will never go back.Justina i spent $300 per week at least for 3 years and now I will go back to getting majority of my groceries from walmart!I will only go to publix for BOGO.P.s. they dont know how to process WIC properly at the stoneybrook west location and management is probably racicst!!!

Too many customers without mask. There is a sign saying they must wear them but no enforcement by manangement. Management assigns the most meek and young employees to man the entrance. Why arent managers manning these battle stations in the fight againt COVID-19? Didnt yall have an employee test positive?I now shop in Publix is Ocoee were the customers AND Publix management care. I came in after a bad day at work in a hurry to pick up something to make for dinner and I was having a hard time locating some of the items I needed. While on an aisle a really nice and polite guy named Rene who according to his name tag is a Grocery team leader asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me to each and every item. As we were walking to find what I needed he was super friendly and asked about my day. Thanks to him I was able to get in and out very quicky, he made my day so much better! I will definitely be back!

I visit this store 4-5 times a week and feel like this is my Publix. The employees go out of their way all of the time to be helpful. The only time there is ever a wait to check out is on Sundays. Generally check out is super fast. Folks are friendly. The aisles are always full of products. And produce and meat are always fresh. Love this store!

This is my Publix. Ive had very good experiences here and really enjoy it. As far as grocery stores go they take good care of you and go above and beyond. They honor the Publix promise Ive even seen them take an out-of-stock item that they have and give me something else more expensive for the same price or free just to take care of me without me asking. I particularly enjoy the pharmacy which has a drive-thru

Placed a delivery order, didnt receive half of my order. When I called the store, they told me although they own instacart delivery, theres nothing they can do about my missing merchandise. That is unacceptable.

Very helpful associates. Meat dept went out of its way to prep a free tray of Publix chicken wings when none on display. Store loses a star as fresh, never frozen wings had evidence of freezing. Now I cannot freeze them for storage.

I travel around the state on a daily basis about 300 to 500 miles a day and stopped at every Publix I can for my drinks, meals and a clean bathroom. I found this store to be one of the best in the sushi section. I have never seen so many great choices. I am a soup lover and I would rather have quality ingredients. I totally understand that this may not be marketable in all communities but I hope you try this in my home store in Land O Lakes / Lutz. Also kudos to you Publix for the New Deli cases that have been popping up with the meal. It is amazing and great on a family budget!

Good not great. Far superior than others publix nearby. Staff could be friendlier but then again your expectations have to be reasonable from people making minimum wage. It looks like the redesign is a prototype for other storesstores. Im not sure is working out. I see a lot of food not being sold. This store is not as busy which is one of the reasons I like it.

At Stoneybrook west Publix shopping is 60% a pleasure 40% ANNOYING! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to check out (and I see other customers getting frustrated too) the so called helpful bagging people are OVERLY helpful to the point its RUDE. When I gently say No thank you I got this (then please) BACK OFF. They want to take all your items out of your cart for you (which to me is same as saying to a guest here let me help you pack) Then when they INSIST on carrying your ONE (or 2) bag(s) to your car - and you insist you can manage on your own... every single one of them, every time, acts offended or hurt like you just fired them. There is a point where helpful becomes a BURDEN and a pleasure becomes simply annoying. Everyone is nice when you walk in, the people in the Deli, bakery, stocking the shelves are very helpful. The food is always fresh and well stocked, however with that being last portion of my visit - it ends up being what I remember most about this Publix (which is sad)

Called today to order a sub. You could tell by his huffy voice he didnt want to take the order. Gave me some bs about it was going to tak up to an hour. Seems like lately any service industry just doesnt have time for their consumers anymore. These jobs would be great if it wasnt for these pesky customers always trying to spend their money

This is by far the best Publix! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The meat, fish, sushi, and pre-made food selection is awesome! I drive from Clermont to this Publix because its worth the drive.

They remodeled the store witch is all good but the hot bar and deli department is very poor. food is always old or nothing ready. I shop at 4 every day before I head to work for a long night.

We have 5 publix in our area, and I prefer this one over all of them. The staff is wonderful and helpful all the time, and every time. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Mary at Customer Service counter was extremely rude and obnoxious when I stopped her from over charging me on groceries. She needs to go back to Publix training. Thus store is great otherwise

This particular Publix is really hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great whereas other times it is far less than a pleasure. It is conveniently located to my house which is why we choose to shop here instead of Target or even Aldi.The store itself is well stocked and clean. They have the best deli and bakery whilen offering sales such as BOGOs. The staffing is really where the issues tend to lay with this store. I once went to the deli to get some meat and cheese. The only person working was a trainee which was indicated by her name badge. There is a line of customers and no one is coming to help this poor girl. People started walking g away because of the slow speed which, to her credit, repeatedly apologized for the wait. Went and mentioned this to the manager on duty and felt like my feedback was brushed aside. There was not a lack of staff they simply were too busy cleaning or assisting customers at the sub station.Other issues occur when checking out. Often times your cashier will not speak to you or there will be no baggers assisting a busy cashier, rather standing around talking with the other cashiers with no customers, e.g. the cute cashier. My last experience, poor cashier bagged my entire order almost before someone came to assist. I then get home and my pineapple container had broken open (safety seal no less) and spilled over almost my entire purchase since we use paper bags.Really disappointing since most stores usually are great with no issues and this store is not the busiest store I have been to by far. Seems to be a lack of good supervision and lack of caring by the leadership at this store for upholding the company moto.Update: Patty at customer service was wonderful. Listened to my issue, and refunded my purchase while letting me get new items that were ruined from the spill in the bag for free. That is what I have come to expect with Lublix and glad she went above and beyond to rectify a bad experience.

Publix is very nice but is the priciest of local markets and I find the weekly ad difficult to absorb, it is more print based than visual.

Its ok to do shopping in here,make sure check the price, because sometimes they put wrong price sticker on items, I dont know they doing it on purpose but It did happened to me, and I paid more than other Publix. Whatch out!!!
