The deli is great the service is the best I have seen in a super market. The rest is average overall. The sushi is some of the best. I wish I could give it more stars.

What can I tell you? It is a Publix. Typical Publix fair. Great variety. The prices are expensive, but they equal out with excellent customer service.

Miss the old GM, Kris, he was a good guy. He always walked the floor and interacted with the customers - old school!

Ive been going to this Publix for like 10 years, despite seeing new faces they remain friendly and always are nice imo.

Lupe in the deli is where its at! SUPER sweetheart and phenomenal customer service skills. Girl not only can make a sandwich like no bodys business but she also has mastered the skill of paying full and devoted attention without making others feel ignored.

Angelica is amazing (bakery department)! As I walked up to the counter to order a cake, Angelica was leaving. She greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me. I said Its Ok, you are leaving. Angelica said she could help me and went to the back to get the order form and completed it.All employees should be so willing to go the extra mile and be so helpful!Thank you Angelica!!

The staff is nice here however the parking lot is an absolute nightmare! Also, they need to work on stocking better. They are often out of the BOGO items.

With Publix as a staple in Central Florida, this particular large store offers new items not seen elsewhere. It is extremely neat and clean

Make sure if youre a parent and got little kids with you, you dont put your cart with them in it to close to the shelf in baby food section. They put the medicines in same isle on shelves across from formula, baby foods, ect... Not smart at all, really stupid dangerous!!!!

The customer service was horrible the lady shavonta lied and said she was the manger and she was not she was very rude disprectful all I wanna do was exchange my chicken for white chicken and customer be4 they took his money and would not give it to him

Great place to shop. Overall, prices ARE competitive and oftentimes you can get many bargains and good sales, such as BOGO and sale prices as well. With Walmart not too far, they have to be competitive. Publix overall offers very fresh produce. Their meats are quite good and you can speak to the person(s) who prepares the meat if you want or need a certain cut, they will try their best to accommodate, if its available. Also, during Holidays, they do take holiday orders, I believe as of this writing.The Publix staff in general are quite pleasant and polite and will offer a hand if you desire to your car as well. Or any other help or assistance if you need. I find them to be very pleasant, and Im a transplanted Native New Yorker of more then 58 years. Lets not forget their Deli which is great too.As for their Bakery. Fabulous really. For a supermarket bakery, I was really VERY pleasantly surprised and delighted at how fabulous and delicious the quality of their baked goods really are. While Im a home baker, sometimes Im just a bit too tired (☺) to bake. Sooo, I decided to try Publixs bakery section. Very delicious! You can get pre-made cakes AND specialty made cakes too. Ive ordered a number of cakes and havent been disappointed; except when I go on the scale! But thats another issue lol.😅BTW, The Pharmacy in Publix is phenomenal.Professional and thorough. Love Stephanie and Dixie. But all are fabulous really! Double thumbs up for the entire store👍👍

Waited over 1 hour for online SUB order. SUB never got made. Deli employee said they ran out of ingredients to make my SUB valued at over $ 10.00 .Contacted management, no help either.

Employees are awesome. Good attitude

I gave it a 4 bc every time I get oublix fried chicken there is at least 1 piece that is either burnt or 2 tiny pieces in their 8 mix piece. Now they have dark boxes and you cant even look at the pieces. My last purchase I had 1 breast 3 thighs where 1 thigh was just the bone. Pretty disappointing.

I love this place. Of all of the publix that I pass by on my way home this is by far the friendliest and most stocked. Staff goes out of their way to assist. Even the meat department will offer to package items that may not be available on the shelves.

Publix always have the freshest hot food and subs. Love the BOGOs!!! Everyone here is soo friendly and helpful.

Will not be returning to this location--EVER. Let me preface this by saying that I am a lifelong Winter Garden resident and have been loyal to this Publix location for over 30 years (including when they were in their previous storefront). Today I watched a group of three shoppers complete their entire trip with no masks, passing by over a dozen employees, not a single one of which asked them to practice basic COVID safety measures. For their own safety, I will be cautioning all of my family and friends to use a different Publix location. Or better yet, a different grocery store altogether.

I waited 45 min in line to by a sub. Also they did not change the plastic gloves they where using in between customers.

Pricing but Clean as always Publix trademark. Service always superb. Winter Garden is becoming a reboost City.Love it.

I ordered the sea of celebration cake for my daughter and I expressed how important it was to have a surprise in center of cake when she cuts it and they did not do that!

The bakery is never ready with my bread when I come in at 7am. Who ever is in charge of the bakery should be fired.

Never disappointed when I go to Publix I love

They have a lot of issues. Deli is a pain the customer service is terrible. Maybe I just have higher expectations from publix.

I love Publix, I always have, but Ive had multiple experiences, even when I was pregnant, where employees are just standing around chatting while I am helping the cashier bag and I put the bags in the cart. To make it worse, when someone does help bag, they squish all my groceries and have forgotten to put bags in the cart, which I dont realize until I get home, and I dont have the time or energy to have to make another trip. It bothers me the most because I could save money at Save a Lot or Aldi, but I expect the customer service Publix usually provides. If an employee is done bagging for a cashier and has down time, they should move to another register and help the guest; thats what they are getting paid for.

Second time I have been and they are out of rotisserie chicken. Please keep up with demand. You are not making enough

Parking was full, store easy to get around.Was in and out in 1/2 hour.

I stopped in there to do some quick dry food shopping and everything was exactly where it should be and fully stocked even though there were quite a few shoppers present. My sandwich from the deli came out great as well.

I love my neighbor hood Publix. The staff is always top notch, helpful and knowledgeable. Today I dropped my bank card when checking out. Did not realize this until my next stop. Told myself that surely a staff member found the card and it would be waiting for me. That is exactly what happened. Keep up the great work!

The only reason I shop at Publix is for the experience. Usually we’re greeted when we enter Publix, employees say excuse me, or hello when they are bagging your groceries, but at this location it seems like all the employees just hate their lives. Everyone seemed so miserable. We did not have a good experience here due to the rude employees. We just moved to winter garden and this is the closest Publix to our home. We’ll go to a different Publix.

Love shopping here... very clean store and exceptionally friendly, professional employees. Its not the most bottom-dollar place to shop, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for and they always have great buy-1-get-1-free deals.
