Worst employees ever. Door was locked and closed at 7:15pm when the hours show an 8pm close time. There were 3 people standing at the door knocking. I started to drive off and saw a Employee walking around so I stopped jumped out of my truck and knocked on the door again and he answered he answered. When I asked him why the door was closed he sait was closed he said he was closing down early today its early today. I said the hours show that youre supposed to be open until 8:00 p.m. and he responded by saying that he knows that but he was going to close early anyways.

The employees in this store do not wear masks, as apparently they do not care about keeping their community safe 👍🏼 I recommend anywhere else

Walk it in, and the lady ask me if I need help? I told her no, just looking. Then a gentleman came over and ask me the same thing, the District Manager Chris. He didnt know I was the person coming to be interviewed. Yes I am black. I wouldnt want to work for a company like this. I dont want nothing in that store. Every black person dont steal!!
I was kind of in a rush and there was a huge line at the counter. Anthony took the time with each and every customer to have conversation and help with questions and recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and answered all of our questions. I kept finding great products I wanted to try.
I drove 10 miles to get there 10 minutes before close and the a-hole running the store closed it early!!!
HORRIBLE!!!Today, I was reminded why I should always go to Vitamin Shop over GNC. I arrived here with family to get some vitamins and Anthony decided to help us. Not only did he keep pushing GNC products which by the way had GMO over an Organic natural brand I was considering, but he had the nerve to ignore our question at the register just so he could ring up others behind us.Note there was another cashier and we were not the hold up. He did that twice and it seems to me this location is money hungry to ring up people over helping the needs of others they were helping before and in establishing long term relationships.This happened twice, we ignored it the first time. Second time, I went back and he chose other customers ahead of us even though we were already in line.Management: Teach your employees some customer service and work ethics. More importantly, train them on creating relationships and not focus on ringing up others out of order.No more GNC for us and recommend others the same.

Knowledgeable staff, professional, courteous. I use JYM products and Musclegen products and they never hassle me to buy other products. They do carry everything I need and will get products i want if they dont stock them. Greatest GNC in Central Florida!
Their website said closing at 9 pm, drove all the way to find it closed at 8:24.

The power of honest reviews. I run my own successful business and know how important reviews are. Im only posting this one that way maybe you guys can fix whats going on which I doubt it because GNC likes to play a numbers game I walked in to return a product that hurt my stomach and immediately was told that I have to wait for the manager the next day to approve of it. When it clearly states on the receipt you can return it within 30 days. All of that stuff would have worked had I not worked for you guys 7 months ago and for the record you didnt fire me at all I put in my two weeks go back and look it up. I put in my two weeks because of how Shady you guys wanted us to be with the customers. Then whenever he pretended to call his manager he tried saying that he had to put a code in system that he dont have to return it, which is another lie. GNC plays the number game you have to hit a certain number throughout the day so returns are strongly strongly frowned upon and most of the time employees are worried about getting let go because of that. Point Blank if I wanted lied to I could think of a million other people that I would rather be lied to by then a store thats trying to take my money . He then as Im standing there waiting goes to tell me that because its half empty if I return something again thats half empty but Ill be banned from buying anything from the store LOL??? Ive never returned anything in the history of a GNC being open that was my first time. Moral of this story is trying not to lie to the customers because you never know whos going to walk through the door and whos had experience with the company before GNC is extremely Shady guys I used to work for them and was dreading having to return that because of this. And if youre wondering if its just this one its not its multiple ones in Orlando area good luck go to Vitamin Shoppe.The employees nameMatheus.
Got ignored and wasnt given help for several minutes Soon as someone else walked in they were approached. I spoke up about their rudeness and the lady just smiled as if i were a joke then asked if I needed help. Racial profiling? I think so. Unfortunately still gave them my money because they did have what I needed. And was in a crunch for time. Learn basic customer service, others may not be as peaceful.
