Best Pharmacy Ever!! I was unable to pick up my medication due to my hectic work schedule and they were nice enough to go out of their way and offer to deliver it to my workplace. I had been using them as a pharmacy for the past 4 months but hadnt used their delivery services, it was really nice of them to offer. Very friendly staff and efficient.

Worst pharmacy ever. They made a mistake and forgot to bring my medication for delivery, after it took days to get a time sorted out because they wouldn’t work with me on delivery times because like most people I have to work.. so Five days later I am still without medication. They show up to deliver while you aren’t home to sign and only call when they’re right around the corner and don’t give you an idea of a time frame when they might show. After forgetting my prescription (100 percent their error, I confirmed my doctor send the prescriptions), they refused to work with me on times or days to deliver (again). Seeing as they were able to magically deliver the other medications on a Saturday, I would think they could do that again but apparently they stopped doing that in the five days. Couldn’t pick up because again, I’m working and they close before I get off. I will NEVER use this place and don’t recommend to anyone. My medication they forgot is pretty important. And they refused to be flexible with me for an error they made. And other people have the same issues.

This is the only pharmacy i know that goes out their way to make sure the Patients a re well taken care of so caring and trust worthy the owner and staff will help you as much as they can and what better than free house delivery!!! You guys are the best thank you for all you do!

I wasnt able to pick up my medication because of my work schedule but they offered to deliver to my job all the way in Orlando. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Way over priced, and offer no discounts at all..after using them for a couple of years realized i was being charged almost 2x the average price of other competitors. However the staff is friendly, but just doesnt compensate for inflated price.

I’m so disappointed ☹️ Winter Garden pharmacy, treated me horribly. My doctors prescription, says plexion lotion. I was delivered SIDIUM SULFACETAMIDE 9% (CLEANSER) Again, The script, says PLEXION 9.8 (LOTION). The girl who answered the phone, was rude & disrespectful after explaining to her the issue.They don’t want to give me a refund of 90.00.They also refuse to issue the Plexion lotion, unless I pay the $150. I don’t know what to do.I asked to speak to the manger, and was told call tomorrow.

Winter Garden Pharmacy... Im lovin it. Great staff and great customer service. They always make me feel like family when I come even though they dont know me at all. Especially Julia, the pharmacy tech, shes cute as a button and very helpful.

Cant say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is here. More than once they saved me from the inconvenience and headache that my regular chain pharmacy has given me. Excellent service. And they always remember me! I wish i could drive the distance to give them my business every month forever.

Great staff, excellent service, just a bit too far to drive. Vick makes it as easy as possible, but I do understand that he can not stay open 2 hrs later than regular due to the DR being late when my DR is late. Winter Gardens Pharmacy is the best. I can not go back the next day to get my meds fills. Would love to stay with Winter Garden Pharmacy but it is just too far, the DR needs to see patients early. I am sure if you were in my shoes you would understand as well... surgery went great and I thank everyone for asking about me...DR NEEDS TO ARRIVE BEFORE EVENING HOURS, SHE IS GOOD BUT THERE ARE OTHER DRS THAT OPEN MIDMORNING !!!

Just want to say that Vick, All the girls and the Pharmacist himself are all very helpful. I drive for some handicap ladies that use this pharmacy, so to make it easy I moved all my business to them. Well, the last 4 months I was always 1 day differnt from the day they had to pick up their scripts and mine, so I always had to drive back the next day from Davenport/Clermont area. Well, yesterday the pharmacist and girls did something so great, they filled my script a day early just so I could be on the same schedule and could eliminate my extra trip every month. It’s things like this that will make me tell everyone about these ppl. He didn’t have to do that, but he did, and with the price of gas, that’s huge to me. Do you thing any of the big pharmacies around here would EVER do that, he’ll, you can’t even get CVS or Walgreens to fill a script on the day they are due, bigger places just don’t care about ppl. Not the case with the staff at Winter Garden Pharmacy. They really won my and my friends business doing that for me yesterday. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACTUALLY THINK ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS... cudos and thank you very much for keeping the old way of doing business alive, caring!!!! Thanks again.
