This store has to be by far the most organized habitat I’ve been to and most of them here in central florida. The staff here make you feel very welcome and they’re very helpful. I drove about 35 miles to get there but it was well worth it.

I found Beautiful furniture for a fraction of the cost! Best part though, very friendly and helpful staff!

Always a good place to find deals. Just beware with appliances and light fixtures / certain plumbing items nothings really tested. I buy here pretty often but also often find things broken missing parts or not operating when i bring them home

Spent hundreds in here every month in the hope of helping charity, front desk manager is very rude and un helpful, not sure if because a volunteer, has no business being in customer service. i wont spend any more money there i learnt from online search : new goods, priced same / higher or very close to other retailers, supposed to be donated items, and lesser priced. the good stuff never comes out from the back i watched them, helpers doing the sorting or picking keep it for their friends to pick up and themselves, again maybe they are volunteers and this is how they help themselves, also very unfriendly / unhelpful in general, i feel sorry for the nice people donating, i wonder if senior management know how rude the front desk manager is regularly, or the staff picking the good items for their circle of friends, and i wonder if its common like at many other corporate run charity / thrift shops

The employees are super rude and the prices are extremely high.

I recreate, redecorate, repurpose & refurbish things. This is a great place to find used items to do all I listed above. You can find new products as well.

Great furniture at low cost prices. The guys will laid it for you. If you don’t find something you can go the filling week and they might have it.Brought paint for the whole inside of the house for $165.00 (2 five gallon buckets and one gallon) plus they have drop clothes, painter tape, some brushes, etc. the staff is friendly and helpful!I love the new store! So much cleaner, organized and air conditioned!!!😃😃😃

I used to love this store, I got my first couch here really affordable years ago I noticed that since they reopened after Corona their prices are extremely high. Sad because this was my go to store as a low income single parent.

This place is unhelpful and ungrateful. Zero service and I was donating. Man behind the counter not interested in helping and then stated they wouldn’t take furniture in the rain. WHAT? This is Florida. It was barely raining. So sad for a “Habitat for Humanity”. Doesn’t seem very humane to me. Would never donate there again.

Prices are no different from the big stores which makes this place redundant.In fact, some items are more expensive..whats up with that?

Wish there was more of a stock here. Im not sure where H4H get their donations from or materials and stuff from but I felt like t huuuuu is location was lacking. Charming staff but lacking a bit. Ive been several times and cant seem to find certain items thatd be useful when I need it or in the general timeline of a project. Love the organization, hope things get more organized here in Orlando for them.

I just love this place. They always have great deals and it warms my heart to purchase from them to help others. I get quality, low cost furniture and items and people get a place to live. Make sure that you go on Tuesdays to see if they will wheel-and-deal with you. Go in looking for multiple items and you can walk out with a bunch of money saved. This is a WELL organized Habitat for Humanity ReStore. If you have never been to a Habitat for Humanity store, they sell gently used and new home goods/home improvement items donated by residents and businesses. They have living room, office, bedroom, kitchen, lamps, night stands, armoires, entertainment centers and outdoor furniture, paintings, kitchen items, blinds, lighting, washers, dryers, dish washers, carpet remnant, and several other items. Outstanding customer service and locally owned. You must visit often to find unique buys.

Not what I expected having visited other Habitat for Humanity sites! Nothing there I was looking for.

Clean, well-laid out shopping area. We found a beautiful old desk for a steal, and the staff was very helpful getting it loaded up. Also feels good to support such a great cause and organization.

Such a great place to find stuff for the house. Prices are reasonable and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I was very upset. I drive 1hour and 15 minutes to get there. At 4:45pm I started calling the store for them to wait for us. I did leave 3 messages for them top wait for us. I knew they had closed early but we still went. The doors were open but they wouldnt let us and about 12 other customers in. I dont understand why they dont stay open the same hours as the goodwill store has. They say they get all theyre customers. The open until 9pm.The 3 men that were the werent friendly at all. The man behind the counter was the worse because they closed early.We went up to the door at 5:02pm and the guy said the register has been closed out so, if they closed the register down already and we had been talking for 10 minutes already that means he closed out the register about 4;45pm. I even called from 4:45 pm to 5pm for them to pick up and they never picked up. How rude are you three men. I needed those toilets. Im disabled and Im having difficulties and you 3 men didnt give a hoot at all

The Restore seems to have nice gently used merchandise at good prices. I did not purchase anything yet, but I will be back in the future. Proceeds go to building more homes.

It’s called Habitat for HUMANITY for a reason. Everything is extremely over priced! They act like if they are an antique shop. Plus, workers there are so rude. Starting with old ladies that work there.
