On Monday, May 17, 2021, I called to check on the status of my vacuum cleaner that I had left on May 3rd for evaluation of needing a belt or repair. I called a week ago and spoke to Dale, the owner, who told me he thought all it needed was a belt and that he had ordered one for it and would let me know when it was ready. Since I had not heard anything, I called again and was told he was still trying to locate the special belt my Wind Tunnel vacuum required and that his supplier was having difficulty getting any belts at that time. I told Dale I would take my vacuum home but wanted him to keep trying to obtain the appropriate belt and to call me when it is in. Dale was very cooperative, and I believe, was doing his best to help me during this time of items being in short supply due to the COVID pandemic.

I called in May of 2020 because they were recommended for flooring. Corey came out and fixed my floors and doors. I found one door leaked a week later and reached out, no one called me back. Then I found that my floors had water flooded under them once again because he didnt do the back door correctly either. I asked him to come back out and see the damage done and fix it, and he said no, he would charge me $75 to just see the damage done by his faulty work. Now I have to pay a professional who stands by their work to come and do the same thing.

My husband and I love these guys work, they are more than reasonable and really have attention to detail. They have laid bamboo composite in our home after a flood and we are now having them lay laminate flooring in our birthing center. The entire experience from Dale coming to the house with samples and to give us an estimate to Corey and Derrick laying the new vinyl planking over existing tile was seamless and without difficulty. Coreys attention to detail is admirable and something you dont see very often in workmanship these days. Corey and Dereck did an exceptional job of replacing all carpeting in our home with beautiful Shaw waterproof flooring. They were extremely detailed oriented, replaced everything in its proper place and even went throughout the house the last day and touched up with paint any places on the baseboards that needed it. Great family owned business. Son of owner does installation. Day of installation, received a call when they were on the way. They arrived right on the agreed to time. Two men moved all the furniture and put it all back when finished. They also hauled off the old carpeting. The whole process stress-free and the finished job looks awesome.

Dale has installed flooring in two of my past homes so far and when we replace the carpet in my new home he will be the one we call for sure. They have an amazing selection and he and Wendy are both so knowledgeable and accommodating when helping you to decide what flooring is the best fit for your style and particular needs.
