The first person I bought a matress from was wonderful, such a nice man. But I decided I was unhappy with the mattress I purchased. I called and asked to return it, the man told me NO, he would only give me store credit for HALF the price of the matress I bought! I asked if I could return and have him order me the one I wanted, that way I’d still give them them three business. He said he wouldn’t help me, that I was out of luck then he hung up on me!
