I called yesterday terribly upset, because they said to my son, a few drops of water would not hurt the water resistant phone. My son picked up the phone with wet hands after washing them... and the camera was fogged. He was hestical as he has waited so long to have it fixed. Well... the guys at the shop were 100% correct. Today the phone is perfect. I called and apologized. I am embarrassed and also amazed and impressed that they cared enough to reach out, even though it was 100% user error. Chris was very understanding, and graciously accepted my sincere apologies. I do not know if all CPR shops, are this amazing... but Chris and his staff are the best. They have above and beyond customer service. Thank You!

I’ve been going here for any tech problems with laptops, PCs, phones, ect since I moved here. At the time these guys weren’t part of the CPR chain yet and even since then I have only ever received excellent service from them. Never been sold things I don’t need and always got fast fixes. Staff are always pleasant and helpful as well.

My iPhone had gotten exposed to some water and I tried to clean it up myself but Face ID was broken. I had called CPR and they mentioned to bring it in. I brought it in and they opened the phone, cleaned it up, and ran diagnostics. Theres wasnt that much water and they mentioned that Id need a whole new screen, but I decided I could live without Face ID for now. When I asked them how much it was for the cleaning and diagnostic they did, they said it was free of charge. Wow, what a breath of fresh air compared to most repair shops, Ill definitely come back here when I have repair needs. Great customer service.

Fixed my pixle 2 and i would say its arrival was a day later for the part after i paid the deposit and it would have been 100$ cheeper at the mall but it was a good job otherwise

Laptop charging port went out. Affordable Computer Geeks claimed we needed a $700+ for new board... plus install. CPR was reccomended and they fixed it for $149!!! The new part was $60 and only $90 for it to be disassembled, the old port removed then they micro soldered the new part on. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great job guys!

I recently purchased a MOTO g6 phone. We brought it in to your shop to have the info on my Trac Phone transferred over to the new one. Devan took care of it. He was very professional and helpful and took the time to answer our many questions. We were happy with his work and with the way we were treated. I will be recommending CPR to our friends and neighbors.

I bought my phone in for repairs. I asked for my headphone jack, charging port, power button, volume button, and reconnect my internal speakers. I didnt ask for them to be looked at, I said replace it all. The buttons work and the speakers work now which is why I gave 1 star. Gotta give credit where its due. As for the charging port, it was good enough and working according to them. A few weeks later I gotta wiggle the port to get my fast charge. Also, the headphones still have to be jammed in and if you bump it, it pauses my music. But thats good enough I guess. Now the back of my phone is taped on because the adhesive is falling off. Moral of the story, my phone nor is my wifes going back there. The price was good for what I asked but it sucked for only getting half of what I asked.

Wow, what an amazing service I’ve received at the Dundee location. My wife took my son’s phone a few months back because he broke his screen and she went to them and boy was she impressed with the service she received. I had issues with my iPhone were lint gets trapped in the charging port and it has the symptoms of the port going bad. I took it to T-Mobile and they said they don’t do any services to the phones and suggest to take to apple store. I had been with charging difficulties for almost 2 weeks and I had woken up in the mornings with an iPhone not charged at all. I told her about it and I was still upset about it and annoyed because I do take excellent care of my electronics and vehicle. My wife said take it to CPR it’s worth a shot to see what they said. I went in late to work today and said why not let’s give it a shot. I was in and out within 25 minutes not only was my issues fixed, my case had a small chip in it that eventually spidered out and I asked him about screen protectors and I said I bought it about a year ago and it was an invisible shield he gladly said great they have lifetime warranty just pull up your registered email and that’s all it takes. I was blown away for such an honest, quick, effective service. I invested 20$ for a new screen protector, a clean charging port, ended up being a lot of lint in the port charging slot. He also gave me recommendations on how to minimized the amount of lint being trapped. Thank you guys for the honest and quick service, this will be my go to spot for electronic service needs, they do more than just phones btw. :)

I have been going to AllStar for a few years now. My children (and I sometimes) were always terrible with electronics in our younger years, so we were bringing in tablets, laptops, phones, etc to get hardware replaced. I have never commissioned them on software issues, but they know what theyre talking about so if I was ever in a pinch, Id probably use them for that as well. Great personalities, speedy work, fair prices. This isnt a kiosk in the mall, so dont treat them as such, these are true working professionals.

They charged me over 100$ to fix my iPhone plus. When I got my phone back the front camera would not work. I called they said bring it back they would fix it. When I returned today after waiting for the guy to take his time to finish his lunch he looked at it for a few minutes and told me they can’t fix it sorry. Horrible customer service. Lack of care for their customers. Would not recommend!

Wouldnt even rate them 1 star, have brought multiple phones to this place to get fixed and the prices are outrageous, they use cheap glass dont even use the correct glass for phones and all 4 phones I have gotten fixed here break for no reason had one sitting on the dresser charging and the screen just shattered for no reason and it wasnt even within 24 hours of having my phone back and they wouldnt fix the screen at all. This place sucks. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. And it was the high quality glass because I paid 375 for the repair. And you left debris under the screen there like little sand particles cause you can feel them. And the phones before that you didnt even properly sit the display because I got them back with the screen barely in contact

I was given options on what could be wrong with the laptop. I left it with him and he notified me of what was wrong. It needed a new harddrive and battery. I allowed him to go ahead and fix the laptop. It was cheaper than to buy a brand new one. Thank you guys

Had a part for my phone when other places didnt have it in stock. The back glass for my S7 wasnt that much but the battery was more than I expected. But they fixed it in about an hour so overall Im very satisfied.

So I called to find out if they have a part in stock. First the person sounded confused by my request, given the fact I used the correct terminology for the part. Then they seemed even more confused and would only have the part IF I wanted them to fix it. Seeing as I can fix it easily and the part costs me 15.00 online, I will not bother supporting this local business as they seem to only wish to cater to people willing to pay for their repair service. Oh, added note, once he said they only do repairs, I did not even have a chance to respond as they hung up.

Had a repair done on my wife’s s6 edge plus wich was very expensive and within a week screen started to run and now does not work at all with absolutely no damage to the glass front or back as it is always in a case. Not to mention they had the phone for over 3 weeks !! I do not recommend

I called to try and see if I could get my PS4 looked at to be repaired. The guy on the phone acted like he didnt want to deal with me at all. Told me to send it back to Sony and pay $80 and they would send me a new one. Asked again for the 2nd time if i could just bring it down to have it looked at and again said he would have to order parts and doesnt have them and blah blah. How the hell do you know what you need if you wont even look at it. Hope your not the owner chasing away a paying customer or if your an employee the owner sees this. Ill just find another place willing to look at it and repair it and make sure I tell ppl to STAY AWAY from your shop

I took my broken iPhone to these guys to have my cracked screen repaired. I was helpful by two knowledgeable people and my phone was repaired within an hour. I didnt have to drive to Tampa!

I had my IPad 2 repaired here before and everything went well. I made the mistake of taking my almost new iPhone 7 to get fix because I cracked my screen. Major mistake! I went in with a cracked IPhone 7 screen and came out with other Internal issues. First, my home button was sticking out. They took the phone to the back to try to fix it and when they brought it back out, the resolution on the phone was all jacked up. I was advised to bring my phone back the next day (it was already after 5pm) and they would give me a free tempered glass. They next day, I came back and was advised that the screen used on my phone was incorrect and causing the issues. They said they would order new screens and call me when the screens got in. After waiting 4 days my phone was so disfuctional until it was frustrating. So I did what I shouldve did in the first place; ordered a replacement from apple! I called today and asked for a refund ($106) and was told they would have to uninstall the disfunctional screen but they do not have my previous screen to replace it with. I just think they were giving me a hard time because of course I need a screen to get a replacement. So instead of paying the $175 for the replacement from apple, I had to pay $106 plus the $175. I guess thats what I get for trying to save a few bucks. This company is good for quick fixes on your old devices but I do not recommend any new or expensive devices. Just save yourself the trouble, pay the extra money and have the real professionals do the job.***Response*** Before submitting my review, I called in and spoke with James to discuss the matter. He still insisted that I bring in the old screen and leave without a screen to get a refund. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB and he said Okay. I already have a new phone from apple and everything is working perfectly. I understand that you must reply to portray a good customer service image for your customers but honestly, I tried resolving the issue before hand and was turned away.

My phone has had a rough life, recently it took an impact so severe that the screen almost came out, if not for my UAG case Im sure my Galaxy would have been destroyed.Somehow allstar tek managed to fix it, and in no time at all I had my phone back, at a reasonable price
