Great prices on most items compared to Publix. I do not like the checkout process. Takes time to get use to bagging your items in such small space before the next customer pays and needs to bag their items. Can be stressful amd may not be considered worth it for some people.

Just confused by the cashiers inability to refund me for my coupons properly. Plus, in previous experiences the employees would rather gossip amongst each other then connect with locals. We are seeking positive change with the management in hopes of replacing less selling items, with ones that are in demand. Also, I was homeless for a year, in and out with everything I own and they wouldnt even bat an eyelash or ask me whats wrong.

WORST STORE EVER! Needed to put a quarter in the shopping cart to use it, theres no shopping bags, the store stinks and is dirty, produce was rotten, meat did not look good...Never going back!

Ive been here many times and I still get the absolute best service possible. The cashier was willing to help me find anything that I needed.

I enjoy save a lot. I get to see very fresh produce, which is appealing to the eye. Fair priced foods. Good looking meat products. And they have my favorite lunch meat. Smoked honey ham. Delicious. I would love to see Lebanon Bologna make its way down to the southern states. Good gosh, its delicious.

Great for bulk purchases, limited variety of products, but pretty good prices. Ala Aldis, bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart. Very easy access from 1 st. or us17.

A great supermarket to shop at for low prices and broad selection on meats, produce, frozen fish, and Hispanic foods.

This is a nice no-nonsense grocery store. They have convenient hours and the employees are great. Go here if you want good stuff without paying extra for fluff you dont need.

Great prices but small selection

Horrible not only does the store stink but they do not follow CDC advice. I spent 20 minutes talking to a employee, not by choice, who did not have a mask. By no fault of my own, the register froze up and was restarted then I was charged for my purchase but they refused to give me my food. I showed them on my end that it charged me on my bank account but they did not allow me to take my food. Instead they wanted to re- ring my purchase and charge me again. I said I wasnt going to pay again and left. Im not sure if they understand what they are doing but I trust my bank over a cashier that was fustrated and just wanted me out of her way. The cashier was really not nice and I felt very much like she was belittling me. It was a embarrassing situations that had the potential of putting me at risk, health wise, due to her not wearing a mask. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Wasnt as clean as it should be especially during a pandemic. No stock of good meats and alot of the veggies were over ripe. Dont think Ill be shopping at this one again any time soon

Great for low budget items. They have some name brand items. Some store brands they carry are pretty good. Most take some creativity in preparing, but if youre a good cook, you can do wonders.

I ran across this place while driving around one day. It was a clean location and the staff was friendly. There was not a lot I needed but I did buy a few items. I expected lower prices but I was satisfied in the end. If I lived in the area I would probably shop here for certain items. Competition is fierce in this area. A nice store.

Good value for your money. Food is great tasting. Bread is so soft and stays that way! Not much variety or name brand items. Budget friendly store!!

I appreciate a place with low prices, but there has to be a reason for those low prices. I wont be buying meat from Save A Lot again! Steaks and pork chops always has a gamey barn yard taste... and you have to cook the steaks to death to get them tender... decent prices, horrible meat.

Stopped at the one in Winter Haven it sucks. Shelves were empty. Went to the one in Frostproof it was great full shelves.

Their fruits and vegetables you have to look through to make sure theyre not bad.

This store was out of a lot of fruit and vegetables. What they did have wasnt fresh. It appears that they were short staffed. Next time I hope to have a better shopping experience.

Its save a lot so expectations are already pretty low but I really cant find anything to complain about. I would like to see more consistent sales on meat but I think thats a corporate complaint.

Not too much help, only saw one person working, the cashier, he was very nice. The store was not organize, not too clean. At least the chicken thigh special .99 was worth it.

The prices is the first reason I go to Save A Lot.

Horrible store... Smells like rotting meat and produce. Flies in your face when you get close to the produce bins. Cashiers are very rude and they never open extra lines no matter how many people are waiting. Prices are not that great. Unless you have the weekly add and see something you want stay away. Cant recommend Save-A-Lot at all.

The manager that was working today Sat March 10th, 2018 around 5pm is the rudest female I have seen. I will never ever spend another dime at this save a lot. The manager had terrible terrible customer service. She should not be a supervisor nor should she should be working with the public in any kind of way no customer service or anything I rate this for a zero because of her. I have never been treated like that, terrible terrible terrible terrible manager

I went for the first time and to be honest I will not go back, because I did not find what I was looking for, I had to go to Aldi, for quality products and better prices, I do not recommend it, in my personal opinion.

Sort of like an Aldi with a few more name brands, carry-out bags are $.11, and most things are stocked in their shipment cases. Still, prices are much more reasonable than Publix, something this area dearly needs.

I was surprised to find that I could buy everything on my grocery list and didnt need to go to Walmart. Great prices, food taste great, friendly service.

Volume savings... The Savalot brands are good products at a great saving of your hard earned money...fresh produce and dairy products.

Poor customer service. They never help all customers. They solve everything by saying sorry and stead of actually solving the problem. Wic items are never found a very disorganized store. Will definitely lose me off today as a customer.

Line was long about 9 persons long. Only one cashier. Back up finally called on. Lately this has been the norm for save a lot. Not good. Cashier was friendly that is a plus.

Prices are always good here and when they have T-bone steaks on sale theyre awesome!

On some produce & fruits you can actually save over Walmart prices. Not as crowded either.

It was terrible they had a sale on T-bone steaks for 499 a pound when I got there there was no T-bone steaks so I talked to the Butcher and she said it was going to be at least an hour and she couldnt cut me any because she had other things to cut up. So that wasnt good service at all and then there was not any any any potatoes in that store or salt

I just went into pick up some veggies but came out with water chicken nuggets and hot dog and hamburger buns got it cheaper than the big corporate greed stores
