This Einsteins is usually run well. Its definitely clean (and certainly not filthy like one lady said), and the staff is usually friendly and fast. Many locals visit here weekly. I know because I see many of the same people.Now that Ive been here many times, I have noticed that some employees/managers are friendlier than others. There are a few that simply not considerate or helpful and kind of rude. But then some are super friendly.The main problem with this location is the parking during peak hours. There arent a lot of parking spots. Sometimes I call ahead and have them bring it out to avoid the awkward waiting for a spot. But again, that only happens at peak weekend morning times. But even with this issue it is still leagues better than the E. Colonial / Pershing location. That place is a disaster on Sundays.

It all started with my coworker wanting a good bagel early in the morning. She wanted to have a bagel from Einstein before leaving for training in the army. She made me a sticky note of exactly what she wanted to the T.As I get to Einstein, I see that theres no parking available and I had to park across the street. Once I got inside I waited around 4 minutes before being able to place my order and once I did the lady told me I can be cashed out in another register. While waiting to be cashed out, the line doesnt have a structure and people start cutting one another. Lucky for me, there was a gentleman that seen me waiting and notified the other customer that I was first.I waited another 10 minutes for my orders. They call for one, give an another order to a person, and after 4 minutes they call for my last order. I grabbed it and left back to my job.Once I get to my job, I hand my coworker her order and it looked like everything was tossed on top of it. Nothing was melted correctly and they didnt even put the cream cheese on it. She called and got the issue resolved right away. She had to leave the job to go and get a new one because the first order was incorrect.She ordered a asiago bagel sliced and toasted with plain cream cheese with onions and tomatoes with melted cheese.I ordered from the hot & toastyThintastic chicken pesto along with a blueberry lemonade

Extremely rude staff member. She directed me to another cashier while doing nothing left me in line then took guests order that walked in after me . No apologies no nothing. She just didnt want to work, I guess 🤷

Very friendly service, even at 6AM! Absolutely delicious classic cold brew. Comparable to Starbucks even. And about a dollar cheaper! Really great avocado toast. Loved the selection of cream cheeses too. Ill definitely have to go back to try some others.

Typically go at least 2x weekly. Our office is 2 minutes up the street. Today at 1.24 pm. I order a Sandwich,2 pretzels and a coffee. Proceed to pour coffee into my cup and the pot is empty. Not a half cup or 2 ozs? Nothing at all. I ask the gal staff member behind counter and she states unless i want to purchase the entire pot she isnt making any more coffee. I then mention you are open until 2 pm correct? She stated yes but we have been instructed not to make coffee after a certain time. I would understand if it was like 1:50 pm but 35 minutes before closing? Really? So i asked for a refund and probably will never return. I will take my business somewhere else. Not like i was asking for something above and beyond? Its a coffee establishment. Poor management clearly and or staff training.

There was a huge selection of bagel flavors and various fixins you could have added to them such as eggs ham and cheese bacon. A big plus was a water available on tap rather than having to buy bottled water. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable.

I dont even like bagels in general but my bf made me try their lox bagel (I think? lol) with the salmon and cream cheese and it is sooooo good!!

A little pricey, but VERY DELICIOUS bagels! Definently recomend the everything bagel toasted with shmear(cream cheese). The staff was very friendly and quick. FRESH bagels every 4 hours. Would be my goto breakfast if I lived in the area!

My first time at Einstein and I was impressed. It was nice and clean. The staff was cordial and the coffee and bagels were great. I would definitely go here again for a quick bite.

Their service was wonderful, the sandwich i had was excellent, coffee was superb.Was not able to eat inside.

The food was delicious, Jasmine was really sweet and provided excellent service! The rest of the staff however was rude and the management was inattentive. The cook rolled his eyes and gave us attitude when we asked for our bagels to be toasted.

My daughter and I stopped by to pick up a dozen bagels and cream cheese as I had seen on their special. We were well beyond the time advertised and they accommodated us in good business fashion!Very kind staff. We are grateful. Support your local eateries. 🙏🏻

Very Friendly and not rushing like other coffee shops that are too used to the regular morning crowd. We even saw a customer drop off a thank you treat for the staff. We really enjoyed the bagels which were perfectly toasted and not tough at all. Well be back often!

This was a nice clean restaurant with ample seating and friendly staff. Our kids enjoy the pizza bagels, and the Lox is my favorite. Good coffee, nice dining room, and outdoor seating. It certainly beats most of the fast food choices out there.

Im on vacation and my daughter decided to take me at this location for breakfast. I had the most softest, warm and delicious bagel Ive ever had. I had the everything bagel with Honey Almond cream cheese. So good I had to buy another. Customer service was a 5 star as well.Also, I couldnt believe the price for the bagel. Super cheap compare to NY hard expensive bagels in the stores. I wish they would open a store in NYC.

A rare combination of corporate consistancy and mom-and-pop homliness. Weve been to a number of Einsteins locations and this is our hands-down favorite. The staff are attentive and friendly, with a flair for customer service. This location isnt the closest to our home and work -- but we always make the trip.

Have not been to Einstein Bro. Bagels in a while, food was still yummy. Everything Tuna Bagel is my fav. Small space but comfortable, friendly service. Cant go wrong here for a light lunch with friends or work break.

This place is awesome!!! The staff was very helpful. Bagel are awesome and such a big varietyto choosefrom. I tried them for the first time last week and loved them so much came back this week and got a dozen for Easter weekend. Only thing is I just wish they were closer to Celebration, FL.... but I would probably still come back to this location.... they staff was kind enough to show me the app and how to use it... thank you again !

Ive never been in an Einsteins before. I wanted a sandwich. They only made a few sandwiches all made with bagels. I ordered a bagle and lox and It was absolutely delicious. It was rather pricey $7.66. service was good, handicap accessible Free parking. I would like to seeThem serve a larger variety of sandwiches with bread or rolls.

Usually very good but today my egg whiteavocado bacon came without bacon, which I requested, but ALSO came without ANY avocado - which I did NOT request to be eliminated. AND my seven bagels I asked to be sliced were NOT. Didnt discover this until I got home. Not a happy camper...

The Orange and Orlando Einstein Bros is always a simple, cheerful experience. Im always appreciative of how happy and welcoming the staff are and how prompt the food turnout is. Im a regular because of it.

This was my first visit to an Einstein Bagels and I loved it! I ordered a Pretzel bagel and a Potato bagel, toasted with butter and cream cheese. I also had a large Orange Juice that was freshly squeezed and pre-poured sitting in a large cooler. I got the order to go and enjoyed it at home watching the morning news. I plan on visiting again soon and would recommend this location. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and had easy in/easy out parking.

Another chain restaurant that had gone the wayside, Einstein Bros used to have fresh food items but now most items are prepackaged grab n go fare. I miss the fresh bagel dogs, not the day old ones you reheat in a toaster or microwave. This location is usually quite busy for breakfast and lunch, and the staff is friendly. If you know what you are expecting, youll be fine going here.

Cold coffee, two containers empty and employee didnt care, offer to make more or a refund. Terrible parking lot. No healthy or GF options.

Bagels are the best Ive ever had from a chain but the strawberry banana smoothie tastes gross! Its too sweet and there are chunky ice pieces that get stuck in the straw. The parking lot is tiny and can be hard to miss since its on the corner, on the upside theres plenty of seating with tables and bar style work area.

Theyve got a great deal, where you can buy a bakers dozen for 6 or 7 bucks I think it is. Lots of delicious bagels. I especially like the jalapeno and cheese bagel, I just put butter on mine. The Asiago is also very good.

They got my order wrong twice in a row with two different sales clerks. That is extra special.

The wait for a toasted bagel was too long. They need more help for a Sunday. The employees were friendly.

The bagel were great but I cant say the same thing for the cleanliness. Sitting near the wall, we could see a healthy coat of dust on the walls. Wish he hadnt looked up, because it effected our visit.It was also 2pm when we walked in and you could tell the lady checking us put was ready to go home. She seemed like she did not want to be there. I just wished she smiled more!

I’ve been coming as a regular for almost a year now. Everyone is always super nice, they even remember my order because I come in so often. Always has a full selection of bagels.

This Einstein Bros. is one of the best in the area! Its not as crowded so it wont take too long to get your order. It seems to be staffed well because the place is very clean and I have never had any issues with my orders. I have another location that is closer to me (that is worse), but I prefer driving the extra 10 minutes to go to this one. Food wise, its fantastic! I normally get an everything bagel with garlic and herb smear while my boyfriend gets a 4 cheese bagel with salmon smear. We both highly recommend this location and bagel brand!

Defiantly my favorite bagel spot but there’s 1 huuuuge drawback for me. The entrances are super steep and while I own a quite modestly lowered GTI I always 3 wheel the car pulling in at 5mph while traffic slams to a screeching halt behind me.No I do not vape, I do not own khakis and I’m not you “bro” I just happen to own a lowered GTI. If they fixed that mountain they call an entrance I’d give 5 stars.

Nothing great but nothing bad either. Not too many places in this area to get a breakfast sandwich. This is your best bet. Location is a corner lot and can be a bit awkward getting in a out depending on your direction.
