I went to the shop to purchase a rough in valve for a shower project. Turns out I had purchased the incorrect trim kit. Kevin figured out exactly what I needed ordered what parts were missing and took great care of it. I highly recommend artisan kitchen for anyone looking to redo their kitchen and bath

Beautiful showroom and staff was amazing. There was so many choices theres something for everyone.

No one talked to us and it was all very expensive and fancier than we need. Im sure if you are of higher stock you might enjoy it better than me.

We are remodeling our master bath and Artisan has been a fantastic partner in helping us. The showroom associates are very friendly and they offer amazing prices on beautiful fixtures, sinks, vanities and more - all of the quotes weve received are much more modest to their comparative online prices. Kelly has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process and I look forward to working with Artisan on future projects.

My wife and I went to this shop at the insistence of our kitchen remodel designer so that we could pick out our kitchen faucet for our high end modern decor. We waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and another 20 minutes to actually get any type of assistance. The customer service woman made a failed attempt at finding us information on a faucet we were interested in and proceeded to play with her phone mid attempt. We waited another 20 minutes for another sales woman to assist us and she stated she would come right back and we waited yet another 20 minutes to no avail. We left the store with zero help. I do not recommend this store. Perhaps, a non-lgtb, mixed race individual will have more luck. Zero stars for this place. Ten stars for the toilet that washes, massages and cools and dries your butt though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just purchased a lovely 3,000 sq feet lake home. Went to Artisan Kitchen and Bath Gallery and the sales associate named Kevin treated me badly.I asked a lady for help so she nicely guided me to Kevin and he said to her, “im too expensive for you”.He walked me to the fixtures I was interested in and looked at me from head to toe. I asked him if he had a vanity that I liked but in wood, and without looking at me, said “no”, turned around and left me there and never came back.I wonder if the owners of that company know of this sales person. He’s bad for business.

I have a ton of good things to say about this place. First, Janice helped me order faucets and everything you need for 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. She didn’t miss a single piece required for full installation. There were so many pieces we needed and I definitely would have messed that up if I had tried to do it myself. That being said, I am a do it yourself person and it still would have been over my head. After her initial quote I thought for sure I would be able to find the parts cheaper on line over shopping in a brick and mortar store, to my surprise that was not the case... it was even Black Friday!! Across the board everything she sold me was cheaper than I could find it online, which was a great feeling!! The products they offer are all quality and they have a nice selection in store. If you are picky like me, Janice also helped me find exactly what I wanted in my price range and special ordered it for me. I definitely recommend if you want great service and products!

I selected Artisan Kitchen and Bath to work with in the renovation of my guest bathroom, and I am so glad I did. First, they have all the latest and best brands, and their prices are reasonable. I was not expecting this based on the ritzy Winter park location. The showroom is very well done. The service was perhaps the best. Sierra was helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you. The timing of the items ordered was prompt and we had options to either pick it up ourselves or have it delivered. We chose to pick it up ourselves, and the staff helped us load it. I have two more bathrooms to renovate and Artisan will be in the top running for the place to go.

I recently went here to outfit my master bath/shower. I had the pleasure of working with Cierra. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable of an experience this was. Cierra was SO helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, easy to work with and talk to. She did not make me feel like my job wasn’t important bc it wasn’t a big contract. Quite the opposite. I was made to feel like an important client and she was appreciative of my business. She spent several hours with me as we searched for all of the right pieces. I recommend this place highly. On top of it all, their prices are great. Extremely competitive! I went to ALL the major bath/kitchen outfitters in the area AND heavily researched the items online and through other professionals. Their prices beat them all with about 90% of the items. They were willing to price match the few that I found for lower. I really dreaded the experience bc I’m doing a full home renovation and the first bathroom was a nightmare. Cierra and the other people at Artisan were so pleasant and made my experience wonderful. Pain free to be exact. I pray I never have to remodel my own bathroom again but if I do, I will come back to Cierra and Artisan Kitchen and Bath Gallery. Thank you again.

Ive worked with Artisan for my entire home renovation (kitchen and bath obviously) and they are nothing short of amazing!!! All of the consultants are really friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are GREAT. Ive had friends whose renos were nightmares, so I was prepared for the worst but it was such a big help to find a place that genuinely takes care of you like artisan kitchen and bath. Highly recommend!!!
