I was looking for a particular car and checked out a few before finding this one via their Autotrader add. I made a 3 hour drive to check it out, hoping I wasnt wasting another trip. Fortunately, I didnt this time and the car looked and drove great. There is always a greater risk with buying a used vehicle. You need to do research on the model youre checking out to see if there are common problems that may be present on the car youre looking at. If youre not capable of doing that, bring someone with you thats knowledgeable. Youve got to do your due diligence when used car shopping. Anyhow, my experience with the car I bought from them is that it has been great. I worked with Jonny, who is professional and a reasonable person. One thing I cannot really stand is an aggressive salesperson, no matter what is being sold. Jonny was not that, but was patient with me and very personable. My experience was great and as efficient as it could be. Based on my experience, Id recommend them.

Where do I begin? Hmm. My kids and I went and looked at a vehicle at JC automart. The vehicle was decent, and I pointed out a few things and asked could they be fixed, The sales manager Johnny stated if I did the deal he could have the 3 things I pointed out fixed. Not to mention the check engine light came on less then 15 hours of getting the vehicle.Almost the 5th day I called and Johnny states he spoke with my manager, but on his business card it states he is the sales manager. Boy I tell ya. So now he doesn’t want to fix the car and wants me to return it. “Where they do that at?” I don’t recommend no one to purchase from them. And I will not be returning it, I will fix the car with the remainder of the funds that I have to pay for the vehicle. I feel that’s only fair. So Johnny and whoever this made up manager is there you have it. A deal is a deal. Period.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I got a car from them. seller knew nothing about the car, didnt know what caused the noises it was making, headlights didnt work. insisted they worked fine. he is a liar amd will tell u what u want to hear as long as he gets his money he does not care. never sent my registration papers to my tag office. wont answer my calls, text, anything.

Offer Up ads were good. Once you arrive even a 100% sign will welcome you. The reality weak process for financing. Vehicles in pictures looks good once you get there from 20 vehicles only you will find 1 in fair conditions. Very suspicious dealer and I wasted my time seeing vehicles in poor conditions and lot of scratch. Could improve the reality of every vehicle in their pictures and improve financing follow up.

I drove 4 hours to pick up a truck here and couldn’t be happier! This is a very honest and reliable dealership! My fiancé and I bought our truck here and it has ran great! We have put almost 10,000 miles on it in a very short amount of time and haven’t had a single issue! Jonny is a GREAT guy and truly cares about his customers! This place is god awful. I bought a 2007 Lexus is350 from here. I drove from Georgia to Florida and parked it. The next day the battery was completely dead. Then the check engine light came on. After putting a new battery in it the engine light went off. But now it’s been four months and it came back on. So I took it to a Lexus dealer today. They said there is over 5000$ worth of maintenance needed. I would add pictures if this review would let me of all proof.

Do Not Shop Here, and here is why...I never like to write a negative review, and to preface this I gave the business a chance to rectify their mistakes. In this case, JC Auto Market failed me big time. I purchased a car from them at their asking price, I did not haggle or negotiate. At first, Jonny Castro, the rep helping me, was doing fine. He seemed to get everything done with haste. He told me he just had the car inspected by the manufacturer and there were no problems. I had my car delivered because I couldnt make it out to winter park, and the car got to me with 3, very costly problems actually. I have already spent about $2800 on repairs. I tried asking Jonny to forward my invoices to management as to help cover these, or at least part of them. Eventually, he stopped communicating all together. Do not give these guys your business, its not in your best interest. Dealers are getting better now, and even Carvana gives you a 7 day window to get all this stuff figured out. I told these guys about these problems in the same 24 hours, and they really just want to make money so, I will fix this car myself but dont end up like me. Buy from a better dealer.

I had a very good experience at JC Auto Market. I found a vehicle online I really liked there. When I arrived to look at it they were very friendly and informative and not pushy with the sale at all. Horrible Customer service. My family and I drove an hour to come to this place ready to buy one of their Cadillac Escalades cash in hand. When we got there, we wanted to test drive the car and make sure it was everything we were expecting. After driving the car, (which had no gas in it, I used up my 15 minute test drive at the gas station filling it up), we had a couple questions and concerns about some noises we were hearing with the engine. The owner was surprisingly RUDE!! He didnt care about our questions or concerns, it seemed like he only cared about taking our money. Anytime we posed an interest on a car, he wouldnt want to answer any questions or concerns. Instead, all he kept doing was bring us a piece of paper with the price of the car, the $499 service fee, the tax and the $250 title fee. He then told us he has no salespeople, and that they are the kind of people who sell the cars right from the auction with no warranty and what you see is what you get. So basically, you dont know what youre going to get, because he wont tell you anything except how much its going to cost. Being a former salesperson myself, I was completely appalled by the way we were treated, so we left. Prices were fair, service was just awful.

After a short credit app. He let me know that i was approved and to come and look at the car. Everyone here was super friendly and bent over backwards to make this transition easy and painless. This has probably been the worst experience when purchasing a vehicle. They made me get a pre approval to just test drive the vehicle I was looking into getting. After actually beginning the process and sharing my trade in information, they decided not to continue with the sale due to my car having an accident under its car fax report prior to my ownership of it. Entirely stopped everything, and stopped texting me after talking about them being an independent dealership that doesn’t accept vehicles with prior accidents. Not only did my credit get ran by this dealership, I’m walking empty handed, didn’t even get to test drive the vehicle or give me options on working a deal out. WORST experience ever.

Carlos was not honest and straight forward about the issues the car had considering i was coming from another city about 2h away, he could tell me ahead that the car had many issues to be fixed instead keep repeating the car is cheap. Not a good place to buy if you depend on the honesty of the dealer.

This place is absolutely horrible, I would suggest not buying a used car here ! it’s a ripoff & my car was falling apart 2 days after I bought it ! My front bumper was starting to fall off it’s like they put gum as an adhesive! this is horrible, my window fell off track a week after ! Everything is falling apart in my car, these people can really hide the problems in these cars it’s ridiculous & unacceptable! I was really excited for this car it was beautiful & it ruined everything for me ! this place is horrible.

I bought my 07 Infiniti G35 Coupe from them 2 months ago. I’m rebuilding my credit so financing through the dealer was really my only option. They were up front about all the costs and interest I’d be taking on and didn’t pressure me at all. The car needed breaks done and 2 weeks after I bought the car they did a full break job free of charge which they didn’t have to do and now the car is running like a dream. Johnny has been awesome he worked with me about a payment schedule when I was in between jobs and even gave me a second temp tag so I could have a little longer to get settled and pay for the new tag. Yes they had an issue with a past employee, but that guy is gone and they are doing everything they can to take care of their clients who may have been affected even though they are the victims that were affected most. I rarely write reviews but this place is worth one it’s rare that after you buy a car that a dealer tries to maintain a good relationship and work with you with things during hard times to help you make your payments. I highly recommend this place they have an owner and sales manager that care about keeping you happy and maintaining a good relationship well after you buy the car. Don’t listen to the negative reviews go in and see for yourself ask for Johnny and I guarantee you he will try to put you in the car you want but also be upfront about the costs and details. I’m sending my own brother there this weekend to look for a car Which i wouldn’t do if I had any doubts about their integrity. I’m all about honesty and mutual respect and these guys earned that from their actions lately. P.S. I read several of the reviews for this establishment, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. Johnny was not very helpful with providing any information about the vehicles. We decided to purchase the vehicle despite having to work for the information. After the purchase we took the vehicle to a mechanic to have it checked out. The vehicle had some issues and when I contacted the dealership he was not helpful at all. In fact he refused to honor the 30 day warranty! I will tell everyone If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership, take it to your own mechanic and do not believe a word he says!!!!!!!!!Very disappointed!!!!’
