I often pick up Krispy Kreme for either myself or the team at work. If youve had Krispy Kreme then youre likely not reading reviews on them. LolSeriously though. For a large chain they do donuts pretty dang well. Hot, fresh, and fluffy. Seriously tasty. While independent, boutique style places have better donuts (that likely close $4-6 each), Krispy Kreme is one of the better if not best chain donuts.Todays trip was to pick up the Book of Spells dozen Halloween donuts. Fun and tasty, did not disappoint.

Donuts are delicious, especially if you can get them fresh out of the fryer. The drive through line moves relatively quickly. But the entrance to the property has a giant incline, and unless you are in an SUV or truck, your car will probably bottom out. So drive slowly!

Went here for the first time tonight and the donuts were amazing! But more than that, the woman working the front counter was such a pleasure. I wish I got her name, but to the woman working the counter at around 7:30pm tonight, thank you so much for your kindness. You’re amazing ❤️

Krispy kreme donuts are superb! Its more than just the glamorous design. What makes it perfect for me is the softness and tenderness of the dough. The glaze donut itself is a top rate👍🏻 how much more are the other flavors😁

I have been here many many times most amazing staff and customer service I have ever experienced everyone is so polite and helpful I drive a good 30 minutes just to go to this location as much as possible. Whats not to love? The best fresh glazed doughnuts in the world! This place is a diabetics nightmare. BUT, even as a diabetic myself, I maintain control and order a couple of glazed doughnuts if the Hot Now light is on. Yes, just 2 doughnuts, one for immediate consumption, the other for the next day. Its tough to do it that way, but Im just glad I dont live too close to the store or else I might be living in a diabetic coma.

Loved the doughnuts as always. They didnt have the doughnut holes available when we went. Not crazy about the cinnamon buns.

Very disappointed, only three donuts to choose from. No donuts being made, six employees standing around not doing anything. The ones we did get were stale and not fresh. This location needs some serious improvement, what is going on?

Its hard to drive by, even if it means crossing Orlando Avenue to get in and crossing back over again to leave, when that lit up 0Hot Doughnuts sign is beckoning us. So, today we answered the call of the sign. The employees here are always happy and helpful. And, as we decided what to order one of the employees even asked us if we wanted to sample on of the doughnuts that was just passing by on the conveyor belt! How do you possibly say no to an offer like that?!?!?! Well, you dont!!!! And did I mention the happy employees with excellent customer service skills at this location in Winter Park FL??? The infamous red hot and fresh and ready was lit up. Great service, customized my order perfectly. Inhaled all the donut holes before I ever got home, the kids and my parents devoured the two dozen donuts at a record place. Delish.

Came to pickup Valentine’s donuts for my family. Ordered online the night before. Donuts were given to us quickly and were fresh! Delicious. My son loved watching the glazed donuts on the belt.

This is the first time that Ive actually ever tried Krispy Kreme. I noticed as soon as we pulled into that parking lot it was unusually packed for what Im used to seeing at a donut shop. They also took tape and made notes and covered the items that they did not have available which I thought was extremely useful and professional and convenient for all their customers coming through. They were able to help me with my order efficiently and they also reminded me that a specific variety pack Ive ordered comes with 16 donuts to ensure thats what I wanted. They greeted me with a smile the service was rather quick and the price was fair for fresh made donuts. It was one of the best donuts Ive ever had and I think its really unique that they have special flavors like key lime pie and Island themed Donuts. They also have a mini series where they make individual miniature donuts and they sell them for a discount in packs and I thought that was cute and they come with a special box and I think that little things like that that are offered are what make the place a little extra special and it shows that they do want the quality of their products to show the Integrity of their work. I would definitely continue to do business with them.

Google and the PHONE Message saids that online orders AND drive thru would be open 24hr...Google did too but when I got to the drive thru at 11:30 on a Saturday night the lady that answered the phone said they were closed even the drive thru VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

One of my wife and I’s guilty pleasures is going to this Krispy Kreme with the kids and pigging out on some delicious, fresh donuts! Doesn’t get much better than that! The staff is always friendly and polite, prices are great and of course the donuts are delicious. 10/10 would recommend this Krispy Kreme.

Rudest staff ever, no patience and sarcastic as hell. I called in regards some donuts I have been craving. This rude lady picked up the phone, as I proceed to say good morning (too busy to look at the time) she responds its afternoon not morning as I was speaking. I then ask her if they had the donuts I wanted and she proceed with attitude “we ain’t got that here”. As I am shocked at this lady attitude, I said “ok well thank you”, she hung up the phone on me. If you can’t handle someone asking questions and customer service then you maybe shouldn’t be working here. Went through drive thru the other day, speaking as loud and clear so they can understand, legitimately got asked about 4 times what did I say, and everything she would speak over me. None of them can seem to work appropriately. If you can drive to Millennia do so, it’s not worth spending your time and money at this location.

I can spend hours watching the donuts being made and the employees, mixing up the sugary glaze dispenser/container! The glazed donuts are my fav! Be sure to ask to try a donut before its glazed - theyre pretty delicious too! The staff is friendly and the bathrooms here were clean! 👍

Awful experience! The drive thru person was not kind at all. On top of that, they didnt gave us the chocolate glazed sprinkles that the picture shows. They didnt tell us about the sprinkles issue.

My mother-in-law recently lost her husband. Its been a really hard time for our family. She lives down in SoFla and the closest Krispy Kreme is over 90 miles away, in Brandon, and honestly, its something shes been craving. Call it a comfort food, I guess. She really wanted the doughnuts hot - she didnt want to just buy them from Publix and heat them. It meant something to her. Im sure theres nostalgia attached.Flash forward to this week. She was up visiting us in Orlando, and we decided to take her to the Krispy Kreme in Winter Park after we had been out for dinner. I knew for a fact (yay for being the fat kid in high school!) that this particular branch made the doughnuts fresh and hot throughout the day and evening.When we walked in, the team members immediately greeted us and showed real Southern hospitality. I explained how far my MIL had driven to get a taste of KK, and the clerk, Tiffany, handed her a fresh glazed doughnut on the house. I was so touched, and the look on my moms face as she grinned and dived in was so priceless and necessary.After, I stayed behind to personally thank Tiffany and explain the situation. I wanted her to know just how much her kindness meant and how monumental it felt to us. We held hands over the countertop and prayed for each other. It was a really genuine, authentic, moving experience.I will never forget how Krispy Kreme made a difference in our time of hardship and sadness. It wasnt just the delicious doughnuts, the affordability, the great service, and the generosity. It was the fact that they treated us with dignity, didnt ask questions or make fun of us for fangirling, and displayed patience and love. My Valentines Day treats were a little sub-par. Last year the hearts were full-sized and filled with creme, this time they seemed rushed. My doughnuts were small mis-shaped hearts that fell flat on presentation and just ok on taste and freshness!

I remember KK doughnuts from my hometown of Charlotte NC and when I was a kid we would go all the time and especially on Sundays. If you have ever tried their glazed when they are hot then you can truly appreciate how good they are. If you want something a little different try frying them in a pan over medium heat... absolute heaven!

They offer a free glazed donut with your covid-19 card showing two shots. I dont really enjoy glazed donuts though so I paid for something else which was very good along with an iced coffee. Service is very quick and the food was delicious.

Last day to get the strawberry glazed and they had plenty in the case. They are tasty, however, I must say the glaze is not like the regular glaze with strawberry flavor. Its more like an icing, like the chocolate glaze but at least the strawberry is not as thick as the chocolate. I do not like the chocolate glazed. And the new original filled offerings are a joke.... barely any filling. Variety of donuts has really gone down over the years. Would prefer they bring back some of the old standards vs these new limited offerings. They no longer have a sour cream cake donut or apple fritters. Once Ive used up the BOGO coupons I purchased as part of a fundraiser I probably wont frequent KK very often. The staff was pleasant and very efficient.

5+ star for donuts, but negative stars for service. This place is seriously the most consistently awful. Lately theyve been out of everything - completely understandable. So we started ordering online. Tonight was the worst experience of all time though: 10:15pm online order and they direct us from the drive thru with NO ONE in line that online orders must be picked up inside (during covid). Fine. We go inside. She rudely says its already paid for, but the tip is NOT included!! We had cash for a tip, but honestly??! What is wrong with them?? Heres a tip: If you want tips, open your drive thru for online orders in the middle of this pandemic, be nice, and add an ability to tip online.

The location is not immediately visible until you are close, but its not hard to enter or exit. This is a standard Krispy Kreme, which is a good thing because they deliver quality donuts as a standard. Coffee is usually on the sweeter side, but this is the norm at any Krispy Kreme. Workers here are super efficient. Do not mistake their standard of quick and accurate work ethic for rudeness. They have accomodated to my slower speech patterns before.

I stated she was frustrated and she said she wasn’t so instead of further investigating the issue I decided to just check out. I have bought donuts from Krispy Kreme for years but not sure I will come back to this one.

These donuts, while on the expensive side were totally worth the money! Getting them early in the morning as they came off the conveyer belt assured us they were as fresh as possible. Each of these dozen donuts were just as delicious from the first to the last 3 days later. Definitely worth the drive and we will do it again next time we get that craving for something sweet and delicious. The drive thru service was very nice, also.

It was not super busy but not only were quite a few of the doughnuts they had small but they had quite a few duplicates so not a lot of variety....bought 2 dozen for my coworkers only to be extremely disappointed. Waste of money on not great doughnuts. The lady at checkout asked me once if I was ready to checkout and every time I tried to ask for one more thing shed cut me off to ask me again if I was ready to checkout like can I freakin speak for a min?!?!. But the doughnuts were either too sweet or just not worth so sad to say that was a waste of money.....

I ordered delivery online through the Krispy Kreme website but when my order arrived it wasnt correct. It wasnt what I had ordered. When I called Krispy Kreme I spoke with Richard who was some type of manger and he was more than helpful. He asked how far away I lived, which is less than 2 miles, and said hed deliver the correct order himself. He took an extremely frustrating situation and turned it into something positive. He went above and beyond to correct the situation. His customer service was exemplary. I was extremely thankful.

When the sign at Krispy Kreme that says hot now is on, you have to stop by for a few melt in your mouth doughnuts!!! Soooooo delicious!!! My daughter took one bite and got so quiet you could actually see her go to a land where unicorns are real and rainbows start in her bedroom which she then jumps on the rainbow and rides it to fairy tail world. Now thats a good doughnut.

It does not make any sense to order online just to get to the store and stand in line waiting for a bunch of people to place their orders. The cashier was standing there doing nothing and told me to stand at the end of the line. She easily could have handed me my order in 3 seconds.When I order online from order places (Chipotle and Panera for example), I just have to walk in, grab my order and thats it.You should fix this issue.

This location is exactly what you want a Krispy Kreme to be. A nice clean shop with friendly staff and exciting views into the manufacturing process of the donuts.

We are so glad to finally have a Krispy Kreme near by. The service is usually pretty good. But inconsistent. The doughnuts are always fresh and the display is always well stocked. The cleaning does not seem to be the highest priority. The floors are almost always a mess and often we find the restrooms in need of so much attention. They do amazing giving great service and good doughnuts but there is definitely room for them to improve on keeping up.

Employees are always friendly and working hard- great service. But, tables are always dirty and certain areas arent clean (air vents, ceiling tiles). Not appealing in a place where food is being produced.

The people here are very sweet. the donuts are always good though it takes an extremely long time to get frozen coffees.

Warning: youll eat more than what youve planned. Hands down, Krispy Kreme is everyones go-to place when it comes to having fresh doughnuts.I arrived early morning and had half a dozen original glazed doughnuts, along with some assorted ones. If you are trying these doughnuts for the first time, stick with original glazed version.You can also physically see how the doughnuts are made in a pipeline of frying, flipping, glazing etc...

Awesome doughnuts, great service....but those floors in the lobby 🤢 You need to be more on top of mopping them at least a couple times daily, as they look like they haven’t been touched in some time. Honestly not sure why the Health Dept. hasn’t written you guys up for that yet.

Those oreo cookie covered doughnuts are excellent!! My first experience at Krispy Kreme was awesome! The sign said hot doughnuts now and I decided to finally give it a try! Although yes, the hot glazed doughnuts were delicious with iced coffee, that oreo cookie sprinkled thingy filled with cream!!! That is what sold me for sure!!!!!

Husband ordered minis for Mothers Day and they were delivered stale. Took a bite, was hard and the glaze just flaked off. The ones that were iced looked like they iced stale donuts. We have sent several emails with no response. Mistakes happen but customer service is everything. We have ordered for delivery multiple times but will no more.

This Krispy Kreme location needs to fire their employees and hire new ones because this is the second time I had a bad experience there this time I called in before hand and asked if they were still doing the buy 1 dozen get a dozen free and they said yes so I went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen thinking I would get the second dozen free well once I got to the window he only handed me one box so I asked about the free dozen and he said since I didnt mention I wanted the other dozen he wasnt giving it to me then I asked since Im paying you for a dozen can I have the second free like you have advertised and I even called in and you confirmed you still had that promotion going on he told me oh no I cant change your order you get what you get and shut the window on me..... he had an attitude and was very rude he needs to be fired immediately!

Ordered these off of the website to be delivered and was very disappointed! All the the glazed doughnuts in my box were undercooked and still mushy on the inside! All the other ones i picked out were cooked okay but this shouldnt happen! I usually love this place but now i’m worried i’ll be given undercooked doughnuts!
