I went to buy coffee. The only employee that was there was extremely nice and helped me very diligently to get the perfect warm and freshly prepared coffee. Even thought he was very busy (alone in the store) he was kind and diligent. Congratulations for having that kind of employees.
Very stuffy and lightly stocked 711, its so cramped in there, but it really reminds me of a convenient store near a college, which it is, but not a huge college and not a party school. Clerks are ok, friendly but not very efficient, often on the phone, or distracted. Selection is limited, customers are more crazy than usual, there is a big walk in cooler for beer, its freezing cold in the store. Probably would not even buy a coffee there if I drank their coffee, or any open container drink bc its pretty dirty in there. Could be better run
Dude named Gabe.. not quite sure the kids name but excellent service very polite very patient...... the time right now is 10:58 as I send this review I hope store recognizes this kid actually trying to do a good thing and does a great job .its not often that somebody actually shows pride in their work... keep up the great work and take care of your employees because they are taking care of your store God bless everyone .. Good night
Noticed when I was across the street at BurgerFi that a couple of dudes up to no good was scoping out the bikes by the store. While i wish this was like the 7-11’s in Denmark it’s not bad. I do feel bad for the employees here because of the increased crime & panhandling nearby. Considering how close it is to Rollins College I’m surprised they haven’t expanded even a little. Employees if you park your car or have a bike watch out. There needs to be a bike rack in a more visible lighted area for safety’s sake. Great employees working in a challenging store.
Asked if they had frost Gatorade they said no didn’t bother checking. Asked if they had redbull regular they also said no. I said thank you for checking, even though they did not. I can clearly see the redbull setting on the backstock shelf inside the cooler behind where your supposed to be able to shop it. Sad two lady’s
Just FYI: There is NO GAS at this store. Great location.
I’m disappointed with the service because I just ask for meatballs and the attendant said she has no idea how to make it.
Mediocre, and depressing. Peak dystopian Florida vibes here.
Terrific employees
I live in winter park for a year now and this location is closest 7 eleven store to my home. I stop there almost every day and im really happy with costumer service and mgmt there. I love their blueberry coffee. Some times they sold out but they come out and make fresh buleberry coffee for me. Thank you everyone for their hard and honest work there.
The employees there are very nice but this older guy is rude an indian guy he turned off the microwave so people would buy more i know 711 do not care about reviews there is no need to be rude.
The older lady behind the counter was very rude and negative, I could hear her complaining from all corners of the store. She started accusing me of stealing when I got to the counter to pay, just because I put my stuff back. I hope to never see her again if Im to come back to that store.
Every time I come here its usually on my way to work, so Im only stopping for lunch. I get charged different prices by different employees for hot food. Especially the wings. I ask how much per wing? they say we dont know it $5 for 5 so I said OK. Ask for 2 wings she charges me $5, ask for 4 wings its $5. I ask for a veef pattie its $3, like why is this the only 7-11 that does this in Winter Park.Too bad I know managers at 2 others locations and they have both said thats not right. I wont come back....
Nice station, but the prices are usually a bit higher than at Wawa. Food is not bad.
I got the best job of blows in that lot of parking. Try the taquitos.
The vending machine raped me
Open late, not as clean as it should be.
Small store, no gas
