I want to give the highest praise to Daniel Greer at the Winter Park Audibel location. My mother is his 84 year old patient. I have accompanied her on every appointment. Daniel treats her with the utmost care and respect. He answers every question in detail and with tremendous knowledge. The best part is that he makes sure that WE understand.It is obvious that Daniel cares about his patients. He speaks compassionately, all while making sure that his patients understand the hearing loss that they are going through. My mother (nor I) realized that this is about a lot more than the ear. From the 3 appointments with Daniel, we both understand more about what she is going through than we have in several years of seeing other Audibel Specialists. The knowledge that he possesses in his field is commendable. The fact that he passes it on to his patients is admirable. We know more about what her future looks like (in regards to her being able to hear) than we ever have. He gave us an understanding and along with that a lot of peace.I am so impressed with the time and care he spends to make sure my Mother gets the treatment that she needs.Daniel uses visuals aids along with his vast knowledge to make sure his patients understand everything. His manner shows that his patients are very important to him. He makes the patient, he is with, feel that they are top priority and never rushes them.Oh, I would like to mention that Daniel nor the Winter Park Audibel office has never made a penny off of my mother. She bought her hearing aids in another state.I also want to express, that Diane is so nice and helpful beginning with my first call about the problems with my mothers hearing aid. She continues to be so pleasant and welcoming. Its a pleasure to be greeted with her smile when entering the office.The lobby and office itself is clean and comfortable. Love the retro hearing devices. They have coffee that you can make in the lobby. They have always been so prompt though, we have never waited long enough to feel the need to make a cup.I would recommend Daniel Greer and the Winter Park Audibel location to everyone!
Dr. Daniel is knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough in his examinations and always helpful in whatever is needed...advice or repair. I am very pleased with the great care given by him and Audibel Hearing Company. His receptionist is welcoming and helpful, as well.
I felt the audio technician, Dan, was quite well-informed and explained things well. I appreciated his working with me on the technical and financial details and teaching me what I need to know so far.The hearing aid seems to be just right for me. Well see how things go in time, but Im satisfied for this first week.

Since my husband and I purchased our hearing aids 8 years ago, we have been the recipients of regular check-ups, caring staffs and the wonderful experience of good hearing. When we recently moved from one part of Florida to another, we were pleased to learn than that we still have access to an Audibel Hearing Center near our new home. We are both senior citizens and know so many like us who have frustrating hearing problems. We are happy to recommend Audibel to them.
Daniel Geer is professional and patient with my Mom. He fitted her the hearing aids with adjustments and incremental increase in volume which made it easy for her to adapt. She has discovered a new world now that she can hear; it also made it easier for me without shouting and repeating my conversations with her. Thank-you Dan and the friendly Diane at the front desk!!
My 87 year old mother raves about the young man who works on her hearing aids. Unfortunately she will not be returning to a place who employs such a rude receptionist. My mother has paid as much as $120 to get someone to take her to her Doctor appointments. Today I took time from my own brick and mortar store to take her. We arrived a few minutes late which was due to my customers needing checked out at my store. Upon arrival she was rudely informed her appointment was scheduled for the 15th and she would not be seen today. Unless she waited a verrrrryyy lonnnnng time which the woman stretched those words out as such. My Mother has an extremely hard time walking and even with the walker struggles. She told the woman she received no phone call as to a change. Maybe she was refusing to see my Mother due to being a few minutes late which was roughly 15 minutes. The receptionist was very curt and short with my mother. Wish I could have been there she would not have done that without an ear full from me. Audibel I should send you a bill for my time! Do not recommend this place at all and will find a place more courteous to their clients.
The staff at Audibel Hearing Center are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of hearing aids. All technical capabilities of the hearing devices are reviewed, explained, and easily understood. Appointments are always on time, no extended waiting, and all are very personable.Thank you for your services!

The new venue they now have is lovely. The technician was particularly helpful and appeared very expert. I have been encouraged to seek other audiology services, but I am super content and satisfied with the quality of the service I am already receiving. I shall be with them until I no longer need hearing aids. And you know how long that will be.

Michael Davilla, Regional Manager at Audibel is one of the most knowledgeable, approachable, and professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. My 91 year old Mom. who lives in Orlando, needed to have her hearing checked. I attended her assessment appointment virtually via Face Time, and although she has short term memory loss and getting her to follow along was challenging, Mike was able to assist her with his unending patience and compassion and to advise us well as to what her hearing capacity was and how best to address it. He was honest, did not try to oversell us, and made us feel confident in our decisions. I wish all service professionals out there were as exceptional as Mike is. Dan the new tech at this new location is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is very helpful and my experience at this new location is 10x better than before at the old location. Im also very happy they brought over Diane. Shes the sweetest!!
Dan gets 5 stars as he was very knowledgeable, professional and quite helpful. His exam indicated that I had sever hearing loss, and while I know my hearing is diminished, I dont agree that I have a sever problem. My biggest concern was Audibles misleading advertising. The postcard I received only talked about 4 hearing aids priced at $299, $399, $499 and $599. After my exam, the recommended Mac Daddy hearing aids were $9000! Thats 15 times the cost of the highest hearing aid listed on their postcard!! Bottom line...Im just not ready yet for hearing aids, and especially ones that cost thousands of dollars.

Wish I never heard of you the hearing aids that you sold me where to high in cost and they still work only when they want to so I know I am stuck with them until they burn out but when they do Ill be going somewhere else to get hearing aids thank youMigrating from one to ten 10 being the highest one be in the lowest Ill give you a four.
