Josue Rosario was very knowledgeable and explained the technology of the product so I easily understood it. He has a great personality and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the tests by letting me know what to expect in advance of each test. He made adjustments to my specific needs and preferences. I also like that he wants to make sure I am satisfied and everything is working well by scheduling periodic visits rather than just come back when you need another set of hearing aides.

Josué was Straightforward professional and understanding. I went in with him what I thought was a problem with earwax, and when we found that there was none, he did a full hearing exam. Probably the most honestly run business of all time.My wife went in today for an ear cleaning since shes never had one before and has used q tips her whole life. They scoped her out and it turns out she didnt have any ear wax at all in her ear so there was nothing to clean. They didnt charge her a penny because they couldnt do anything to help her, even though they took the time to check out her ears and did a half hour hearing testIm sure most places would at least charge for their time, but these guys only wanted to charge her if they could actually help her clean her ears.Not enough people do business honestly anymore so I really appreciate that these people do. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I went TruEAR in Winter Park because my last hearing aid adjustment made a mess of it all to the point where the aids were virtually useless. Josue re-programmed them after a comprehensive 1-1/2 hour auditory test and the results are extraordinary.The other member of the team is Emina, who is far more knowledgeable and professional than may be apparent at first glance. In my case she took charge of my insurance and warranty-related needs and thoroughly cleaned my hearing aids and replaced necessary parts. Six years ago I started wearing PHONAK (brand) hearing aids, and they had served me well, but I thought I might need an upgrade . I was most pleased with the technological changes I encountered and purchased a new pair.Josue Rosario and his receptionist Emina ( an audiologist ) were most helpful and sincere. After only one week with my new pair I was SURE I lost one. It is awkward having to put on and take off masks in our new Covid-19 world. It was Mina who suggested that I take 10 days or so and carefully look for the possible lost hearing aid, before I gave up and order a new one. So I did. In the meantime, Josue, fitted me with a loaner pair. I tore my place apart, I thought. Then exactly ten days later I gave in and ordered a new earing aid. Two days after that I was sitting on my sofa, stuck my hand between the cushion and the sofa side arm, as my hand came up with the LOST hearing aid. I tried Tru Ear and was happily surprised. Josue and Emina are great with customer service and questions. They did not try to push me on getting product that I did not need. Ive already referred two of my friends there. My first visit did not cost me anything so if I didnt need anything it was only an hour of time. Ive had six surgeries on my ears so my wife loves that fact I dont have to have the TV on high with closed captioning on. If your on the fence and not sure....try them

These guys are great. Ive been there three times. Every time went well. The last I had an emergency wherein a dome was lodged in my ear. They got me in same day - removed the dome and NO CHARGE. Fair pricing and excellent service. Plus, just nice people.

Finding this place was truly a blessing. My husband has severe/profound hearing loss. He was looking into Cochlear options but decided to give a new hearing aid a try. We noticed he had been loosing his hearing more and more and he had become quite frustrated. Adam and his team are very professional and really motivated to assist. He did not automatically try to sell my husband a specific brand of hearing aid. He actually took the time to listen to him and work with him to try a new hearing aid that would best fit his needs. Prices are reasonable and their staff is pleasant. Not like other hearing aid places that charge you an arm and a leg for everything. We took our 94 year old mother to be evaluated for hearing aids. We went to the TruEar in Winter Park and saw Josue Rosario who was highly recommended to me. He is by far one of the most kind, compassionate and caring person. He treated mom as family as if she were his own. She is still seeing him weekly and he remains the most caring person I’ve come across in the medical field in a long time. They were incredibly patient and helpful. I felt like we got a thorough evaluation of our needs, sincere listening to our desires and, after we gave them some challenges they came up with a solution that while not what we had originally selected was better suited to our needs. Our biggest issue was ears rejecting the hearing aids. TruEAR found us a great solution while preserving the vanity over first-time hearing aid use.

He gave full and complete answers to my many questions, after he conducted a very complete hearing test to determine the severity of my condition.These are my first Hearing Aids. and naturally, I had a lot of elementary questions. I appreciated his patience giving me all the answers I wanted.Also notable is the hearing test exam room which is equipped with latest computerized technologies available to arrive at the most accurate test results. He also uses advanced technologies to adjust the hearing aids, remotely. It is an amazing experience.He knew from my comments that I was interested in getting a hearing aid that was small, and hardly noticeable.He recommended a Unitron Moxi Fit BTE.He had a pair on hand for me to try. It is a small unit. I found it very comfortable, took it home after the initial fitting for a 30 day free trial.During my trial period, I have returned three times to fine tune the HAs.I am very pleased with the HAs, They are comfortable, and I hardly know that they are in my ear.After the hearing aid purchase and the trial period Adam wants to see me, the patient, every 2-3 months to make sure that all is working as intended. It is comforting to know that there is a long term relationship here, and not just here are your Hearing Aids, out the door and good luck.I must mention the high level of friendly customer service experience at Adam Woodward s clinic.
