I show up in this location often for probably the last 10 years, there’s been a clerk there, Mary, who is always full of energy, always happy to help. She treats me like I’m her best friend, and I’ve seen her shopping with other people and as soon as she meets them they are also her best friends. Pier 1 is a gorgeous store. Even if you are not looking for something specific you can always get ideas from browsing. They have some very creative people working on displays and they are always available for help or questions. They are decked out for Christmas and their displays are beautiful and some are whimsical. Everyday items are special too. Its a great place to find out of the ordinary gifts.

They are going out of business and I didnt know. Everything is about gone. I missed the best deals ever!!

The staff was very rude and used the excuse that the store is now run by the bank. They were very frustrated about the pricing of items with all the discounts and seemed they were not sure what they were doing. I can understand their challenges but there is no excuse for their rudeness to customers. The discounts were not even that great to put up with the poor customer service. Not worth a visit to this store!

Love Pier One. They have a wide variety of items for your home. The quality, price, and customer service are all very good. It is one of 2 places that is a great place to find a gift.I have shoppedin store and online and they have also ordered for me. My home is nearly a Pier One store. It is my go to place for wreaths all year,art work,dinnerware, candles, pillows to name a few. The staff are friendly and helpful without hovering.

Went in fifteen minutes before closing and did linger a bit but both staff members were so kind and helpful. I found just the right painting for my aunt. This store is big and bright and clean. I love stopping in there! Always something new to check out. Just fabulous!

Nice place to visit for home decor and great place for gifts.

We spent close to $300 on paintings and due to one being extremely large we couldnt fit it in our average size sedan car. The older female sales associate was demeaning in telling us that most of our customers come in with larger cars and appeared bothered at our request for plastic to cover the painting as we had to attach it to the roof of the car and it was raining. Save yourselves money and unpleasant time be going to Ikea. :-)

One of my favorite Pier 1 locations, large store in nice shopping area.

I went to this store this evening with my boyfriend looking for some furniture we were greeted by and older lady as we walked in as we walked the store I hugged him moments later that employee was very rude, insulting but telling us to go somewhere else I believe that kind of treatment is very ignorant and no body should treat any customers like that. Ill tell you to shop elsewhere.
