Pulte Homes uses this company for their kitchen cabinets. Our kitchen cabinets were scratched in several places. We had them come out for repairs more than half a dozen times during the build process. They were for the most part making repairs of sloppy repairs jobs previously done with a wood pen (see second photo for example). We just had three cabinets replaced because it didnt seem like they could repair them. The new replaced cabinet we received are all damaged (see first photo of inside of one of them). I wouldnt use this place and Pulte should consider another company to contract with. When we turned over and had the three cabinet replacements on our punch list, I had set up an appointment with Baileys myself. They said they couldnt come out to make the replacements for a few weeks because we were 1 1/2 hours away. It was the way they said it that was rude. I definitely understand if you would like to come out when you are coming for another home as well and that should have been the explanation not that we are too far away as that was your decision to contract with the community. Our cabinets are not new they are damaged and repaired cabinets. I would not use this company.

I have had a terrible experience with Bailey Studios Design, we are constantly getting “forgotten.” At first we had set up a quote to add a pantry cabinet to the existing cabinets placed in our home, we had a quote given then we ordered the pantry cabinet. A couple of weeks later we got a call that it was going to be more expensive, after not hearing anything for awhile when we thought it had already been ordered. Eventually the cabinet got installed but the worker was very rude and literally kicked us out of our own kitchen (and threatened to leave if we did not) so I could not even tell him the height I wanted the pull out shelves. One cabinet was cracked and the door knobs were never installed, this was towards the end of September. It is now December 22nd and we still do not have knobs on the cabinet or a replacement for the cabinet door. After my father left several emails I called and miraculously someone answered again. After several “apologies” I was promised to get daily updates and after the second day which would have been yesterday (Monday) I have already been “forgotten” again, I did not receive a call and no one is answering today at the office. I am very disappointed in their service but I have to use them because that is who originally installed the cabinets with Pulte Homes.
