The best service, the best staff! The employees at this store continuously go above and beyond to help with whatever they can. Their parking lot is often full and it’s for good reason. The staff will help out if needed to unload and get you in and out quickly.

Wow. Telena the store manager is AMAZING!!! The last few times I had too send a package she was working alone, doing the work of three people. She had a professional and positive demeanor even under the pressure of a long line. The lady prior to me was rude and nasty, Telena remained polite as she completed her transaction. She smiled called next guest like nothing never happen. I am thankful she is at my UPS.

Thank you so much to Steven, and the rest of the team at the UPS store on 127 W Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. I am in California and hired a Task Rabbit to drop of a few awkwardly shaped parcels. Steven was waiting to recieve my items and made sure they were packed well and arranged to have the boxes sent to me. Despite being across the country, I felt like the service extended to me was very personal. I highly recomend this store (and Steven!) to help you with your needs.

I unfortunately have to go to this location weekly and the manager there is one of the rudest and least helpful individuals Ive come across. Every single interaction Ive seen her have with customers is an unpleasant and rude experience. If you can avoid going to this location please do and save yourself an unpleasant trip. She actively lied to my face feigning ignorance of the process I use to ship through /every/ week there and then later claimed she knew how to do it when another employee began the process for me. I sorely miss the wonderful, kind, and helpful staff that worked there for years pre-covid. If I could use a separate location I absolutely would. Absolutely would not recommend.

Ive been going to this location for two decades. They have always been helpful, kind, and courteous. Notary on staff was really helpful and saved me this weekend with last-minute notarization.

I was given directions to this location by Officer Kidd, of Winter Park PD. I was called on my personal cell phone a racial slur and cursed out by the Owner (Kalpesh Patel) at the UPS store @ 501 N Orlando Ave store. After he was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to service me after I video taped his wife service 7-8 other Caucasian customers. I called 911, because owner started screaming he was scared for his life. After officers arrived I was advised that the owner called 911 also and wanted me trespass. Later I find out the owner made 2 calls to this location to advise the employees NOT to service me. Which of course when I came in there neither did I know he had made those calls nor did the employees deny me service or treat me rudely. I was in and out in less than 1minute. Thank you again Fairbanks location, you will continue to receive my service and many others!

Ive been going to THIS UPS store for several years now. The staff, without exception, is unusually knowledgeable, professional & amiable. Chris (the manager) has a terrific broadcasters voice, which has nothing to do with anything except when he explains things (always with precise & accessible language), I want to listen. Brooke has helped me several times now as well & she really knows her stuff, moving with lightning speed through the transactions. Very efficient. Her confidence, along with the other staff, makes it easy (& accurate) to believe Im in good hands. High marks for excellent customer service & professionalism. I love this store & am grateful for the staffs work ethic.

Established location and consistent management here. Staff are always eager to help. It says something when a manager is reachable by phone to assist staff - so no customer is turned away. It can be very busy if its move-out time for Rollins College or around the Holidays, so consider off times. In general before 3pm is usually easier. The parking lot is very small and shared with a gym and cafe. Theres really no where you can park and walk to easily. Making a left is near impossible, so if you need to go East, consider circling the block instead.

This place is great. Friendly staff, very easy and quick. Never waited more than a minute. Parking lot is small and hard to enter sometimes if another car is coming out. But since you are there for such a short time its no problem.

Very busy last time I was there, but the self service area is great and had everything that I needed.

I acquired too many books and samples at a conference. Entered the UPS store and Brooke took care of packing and shipping with minimal effort on my part. Everything arrived neatly packed and in great shape. Thanks for the quick and efficient experience.

This UPS Store has my favorite staff of any location in the US. I have a mailbox here and they go above and beyond for me every day. Just as an example - one day, I walked in and asked if they knew anybody who could cut a British passport photos and they said, well do it for you! When I went to pay, they said it was free as a thank you for my business. What the what?! Thanks Chris, Brooke and Austin!

I have had the pleasure of having this location my main UPS store. Their service has always been extra-ordinary. They have always gone above and beyond to assist me. Up until today all I had to ship through them were smaller but very heavy natural stone tile samples to my customers. Today I needed a pallet to go out in a pinch. As always, they made it happen and with a smile. And yes.. Chris the manager does have a underground DJ voice. Thank you UPS W. Fairbanks for all you have done for me over the years!

I went into this store to notarize a single 3pg document and was told by the notart after he stamped my documents that I was being charged per stamp and since it was 3 my total was $22. Beyond ridiculous!!! I should have been informed prior to this guy touching my document and was just forced to pay with an oh well attitude from the manager at the end. I will NEVER go to this location again! Beware!

This store seems good. I drop off prepaid packages in the morning and only once they were a minute or two late. Overall they are nice and seem competent.

The folks here do a great job of packing and shipping stuff, including making custom crates to ship all sorts of exotic items, like glass coffee tables. Highly recommend

Placed an order for business cards. Came to see how terrible quality they were. the material wasnt even card stock but it was as thin as paper. The lettering was pixelated and low resolution. They tried to say it was my file but I had previously printed business cards with the same file with Staples and the quality was of very high resolution and quality. I will stick to Staples.

Bring all of your packages to this UPS store. Outstanding service

Says they’re open till 3 on sunday but when i tried to go at 2:30 the place was all locked up

The people there are friendly and Ive gone in a couple times to drop off packages, but the one time I paid extra for expedited shipping and tracking and was told the package I sent would arrive on Friday, it didnt arrive until the following Monday: which defeated the purpose of paying the extra money in the first place.
