Always friendly and helpful even when they dont have what I need they will let me know of places other than their store that I may be able to locate what Im searching for.

They are a good parts place. I have had nothing but a good experience with the place.

Very helpful staff. Makes you feel like your in the right parts store. They are a little higher priced on a few things than other similar stores, but the rewards program makes it all worthwhile. This particular advance has never let me down.

Four stars because though the guys behind the counter arent extremely personal, they know their stuff. Example, Looking for what I thought was a straight forward part, stumped a different parts store. But the guy at advanced was able to find it right away. And it was in stock! Ive always gotten great quality parts from Advanced.

Clean, nice store. No waiting for service (ample number of employees). Good selection of quality vehicle batteries. For most vehicles, theyll install for free any new battery purchased there. They also offer other free services like testing batteries, starters and alternators.

The best service possible

If they dont have your car part...theyll get it...and they price match. Guys at the counter go the extra mile tonget exact parts and if they dont have an answer to a question theyll find the answer and return your call.

Store was clean and service was polite, friendly and attentative. Every employee made sure to greet us and ask if there was anything I needed looked up or if I needed assistance in any way. They were all willing to put down what they were doing and look up 8 parts for 1 of my vehicles. They knew I wasnt going to purchase any of them, however they still put everything into the online shopping cart and printed it off for me. They even went as far as to write down the expected shipping dates for each item. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at this advance auto parts store.

This is the only place in town Ill buy my parts from, theyre consistently lower-priced than every other place in town, not to mention most of the workers know what theyre talking about. If they dont have what youre looking for, theyll point you where you can definitely find it.

Went there for spark plugs on a Thursday evening ... guy behind the counter was super helpful! Went back on Saturday for more parts (spark plugs were not the answer) the guy behind the counter was rude and not helpful. So I guess it depends when you go and who is working!
