We are so happy to have Michigan Clear Water Bottleless Water Cooler, in our showroom. All of us are so happy to have made this switch. It eliminates are single use plastics usage and single use disposable coffee cups /lids as well. It takes care of all of our needs with having both cold and hot water capabilities. Weve had our water cooler for a little over a year. It is hands down the best purchase weve made for our office. Not only are we drinking more water, which makes us feel great, but we can trust it is safe, clean water. They have amazing customer service and extremely professional employees. They take the leg work out of everything from maintaining the unit to billing, it couldnt be easier. We are also very happy with the latest addition of the pedals which make the system operate touch-free.

Excellent! The machine provides cold water or hot(hot enough for instant coffee). I no longer have to shlep cases of water from the grocery store for our office. The customer service is great too! All around good purchase for us.

So happy that Michigan Clear Water contacted me to explain their system. We were using another water cooling system in which we had to change the 5 gallon water bottles, very inconvenient. The installer was great, he explained everything and was even kind enough to move my old system for me. We Leased the PTW-3i bottle less water cooler for our office/shop. We LOVE it!! Salesmen and service tech are very helpful and super friendly.When you add up the money you spend in bottle water or water delivery its a no brainer! Less money in the long run, better for the environment and GREAT tasting water.

Not being able to drink our tap water was a big problem in our office. The folks at MCW were able to set us up quickly with clean, fresh water and they have been great to work with.

The city provided water in our office was undrinkable. MCR came in observed our situation, analyzed the tap water, and recommended a solution. Not only is the entire office drinking more water, we saved $$$ compared to the bottle water service we had previously.
