A friend suggested I go to Auto Zone instead of again going to an auto repair for my A/C as I did in the past. I am so happy with the extra service I received from Alex! My a/c was apparently just in need of freon. He checked and then put it in the car for me, saving me a lot of money. Thank you!!

When I couldnt find something on the shelf because it was out of stock, an associate double checked in the computer, then sourced it from another store, called that store to have them pull it from the shelf for me, i was able to pay for all of the items in one simple transaction; then just show my receipt and sign for it when i picjed it up down the road at the nearest other store. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.

Went in after having issues with wiper blades I bought at another store. The guy came in, fixed the blade, and then even put them on for me.The gentleman was very nice and didnt give me a hard time not knowing anything about cars. Thank you for a great experience

Great customer service, Mr. Mohammad patiently gave details of parts and total cost over the phone call. I needed rotor and pads.He was suppose to log out at 1:30PM, I reached around 1:40-1:45PM in the parking lot he identified that I am the one who called an hour back.Even after logging out of system he came along with me from parking lot back to store just to help me that too on a weekend afternoon.I really appreciate your customer service.

They ordered wrong size even though gave correct size went in to exchange my order and was told 3 days if want kit or $90 more for separate parts they had wich were not performance parts I ordered originally or could wait 2 days for manager to come back.no help finding a solution even though there mistake

When you order special parts from here from the warehouse or other stores of theirs you probably best off paying upfront if you have more than a couple experiences unfortunately lately ordering particular parts just to have them not be there never mind on time but ever which is why I prepaid the third time around.

Wide selection of auto and tool parts. The store was a little grubby. I would have liked it better cleaner especially during Covid. Also, the checkout was not touch-less, must touch dirty screen to accept purchase and use dirty pen for return of rented tools.

Went at 730 when they opened. Very helpful in that early. Great customer service.

I was having a good day on Friday until I walked into Auto Zone. My key fob battery was low and I thought I would walk into Auto Zone and it would be quick. Instead, I walked out very frustrated. I went up to the cashier and told him I didnt know what battery it needed. He seemed very uninterested in helping me and he told me he couldnt help me out. I find that very frustrating and its bad customer service. I would have thought the employees would be more knowledgeable. Even if he wasnt allowed to take apart the fob, he could have told me how to do it but he seemed uninterested in helping out a customer. I ended up YouTubing it and it seems simple. I plan on driving over to OReilly Auto Parts later today and buy some supplies for my car since THEIR employees are very knowledgeable and are always willing to do what it takes to assist a customer.I highly recommend NOT going to this location if you have any questions about your car or if you want good customer service. Save yourself the hassle and just Go to OReilly Auto Parts

I went there to discard a used car battery. They helped me to take it in from the car cargo compartment and gave a $10 gift card for the store. Their prices are higher than those that could be found on the Web; on the other hand, you see what youre buying and you may get an advice from the associates.

Shop stocked with everything the only flaw that it has exaggerated prices for everything online I bought a piece for my car paying 10 times less than the price indicated by them

Had to find an unusual item this morning. A handle to help clean the inside of a car windshield and back window. Walked in, greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who stopped his conversation with a co-worker, to acknowledge me. Asked if I needed any help ! Unheard of attention in todays world. What I needed was where it should be, stocked and ready for sale. This whole store was this way, clean and well organized. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about their business, both the store and vehicles. A great place to get everyday and special supplies for your 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled buggy.

These guys are so great. I went in to buy a bulb for my low beam. After politely letting me know that Id grabbed the wrong one, they found the correct bulb, saved me about $5.00, and then helped me install the new headlight bulb. Expect world class service from these gentlemen.

The staff was incredibly helpful at this location. Above and beyond. Referred the better product, not the more expensive one.

Please avoid this location. The staff is more concerned on being on the back of the store and not in the front where customers might need their help. To the owner of this place, please hire respectful, friendlier staff it will only improve business for you guys. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get cashed out when the line is short. They do seem to take priority over well known, long time customers. Please improve customer service, unfortunately I won’t be back to this location. Drive the extra few miles to Stoneham where they are happy to take you’re business!

I dont rate many places but these guys were real done to earth good guys. The ex mechanic working there helped me avoid a $600 trip to a shop. Good place to go

Great store - Friendly staff, fun to chat with.I think a lot of the negative reviews regarding wait times have to do with the fact that the Woburn store is a pretty busy location. If you go during a rush, you will have to be patient. If youre in a big hurry for an air freshener, just get one at the gas station. If you actually plan to do some wrenching, be patient and the crew will get you what you need.

I have always been a DIY car/truck enthusiast. However due to the cold weather up here,I find doing simple things like having my wiper blades changed very convenient. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of what the best wiper blades that were available.The store is set back off the highway the only negative feedback is on the exterior lighting. Which during the early evening darkness poses a problem with examining the engine and exterior lighting issues.The staff does their best to light up the question about why you are there by using flashlights. They work with what they have.The store is always clean, even though alot of grease monkeys roam freely.

After calling in, I was told the part I was looking for was in store. After coming in no one knew what I was talking about and they all played stupid. Honestly the worst experience I ever had with autozone. Picking right people to work here would change my mind, else Id suggust to bring your money elsewhere.

I thought it would be like an autonomous zone but its actually a parts store. Do not go if you are planning on being a communist as they make you pay for things

Awesome customer service. My engine light went on. They checker it and gave advise how to fix it.

Few employees dont know how to process buy online pickup in the store order. Couldnt able to locate the already picked up order. And not even offering the pickup from the shelves and full fill the already paid order. Tell the customer will call when we find the order and received call after left city. And next day the same situation repeat. Some one already picked up my order and attached receipt and left at abandoned place as per manager on duty. Not happy with the service. But, not blaming on entire staff. Few staff members are awosome.

Prices tend to be a little high and customer service isnt a strength, but if you walk in knowing what you need ahead of time and can find it, theyll ring you up. Its similar to other auto parts stores in that there are either no employees in sight or there are a bunch of employees behind the counter, most of which arent doing much besides carrying on borderline inappropriate conversations.
