I have done business twice with this company and have been happy with the results. The first time I lost a spring on my steer axle of my truck and they had to verify they could get the piece out to me and installed. I had to call back a few times because they were busy for a status update but they got it done and had it installed the following day, I had been worried I would have been stuck all weekend.The second time was yesterday and I broke one of the springs on my trailer, I called and they said they could get it done but no guarantees that same day. I went up there and they got me in within an hour and they gave my son a snack and were really nice, one guy even let me use his car to go get food with my son. I was out of there within a few hours and at a fair price.

I am a small seasonal business owner I sent a truck there after a conversation with John . He stated the work to the truck would be about $2000-2500 tops, he sends me a written estimate with truck completely apart for $4329..00. He said the extra was $250 in parts for the emergency brake that would have had to been put back together with the rear end being replaced ..... None of the math makes sense he charged me labor of $1920 (this was suppose to be total for job) .... He bought a used rear axle and then charged me to rebuild the complete axle .... I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone !!!!!

I needed a set of U-bolts for the rear axle of my truck because I was planning on adding lifting blocks. I walked in to palmer spring after going to 3 different stores and finally someone suggested that I look here. Its not the most organized place but most of the best places arent. The staff was very quick to help and probably the most knowledgeable about the parts they work with. (Unlike just about every employee at the big name parts stores). They didnt have what I needed in stock. So they made a set of 4 U-bolts to the exact size I needed. High quality material and extremely accurate fit specifications. I will go here for all my suspension needs.

Needed new rear leaf shackles installed. I mistakenly went to Pep Boys first and after 2 1/2 days they told me they could not get the bolts off. I called Palmer Spring and had an appointment the next morning. They were fast, friendly and got the job done in about 2 hrs! Sweet! These guys know what theyre doing! A++

I dropped it off Monday morning and called every day after that until Friday came and I finally went and got my truck. It was sitting in the same spot I parked it for them covered in dust. When I asked for my keys back and explained why, no one even cared. They just handed me my keys back.... after making me stand around for 20 minutes. So I went to Duff spring and got my truck back the same day. The work performed wasn’t great but at least they did it and got me back on the road. The worst part is the company I work for gives them tons of business and recommended me... doesn’t pay I guess to be loyal.

Had the leaf springs replaced on my 2001 Cherokee. Springs are built and installed on-site. Friendly, trustworthy owners, quick work and a reasonable price. Wouldnt hesitate to give them my business again.

Buses are not easy to work on so when our emergency brake failed, we went to Palmer Spring Company. These guys are terrific and know what theyre doing. I dont write many reviews for stuff like this, but these guys deserve a shout out to anyone looking to get the job done right... Thank you for the pizza too!

Excellent service

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with Palmer Springs as everyone else who has left reviews. I work for a company that relies on transporting product, we dropped one of our main vehicles off to Palmer Spring on Monday and was told that they could do what we needed to be done and that they would look at it and call us by 9. 9 am came and went no call.....we called the next day and was told the same story....we called Wednesday and received the same information we have been so busy, we havent looked at it yet due to how busy we are etc etc. Was then told AGAIN that they would take a look at it and call us by that afternoon (only because my manager had called that last time). NO CALL BACK like was promised. Thursday no call....I then called at 830 this morning (Friday) asked for an update was told they would call me by 10 am with an update....you guessed it no call back. I called back at 4:30 and got someone on the phone that joked that its been one of those days...great can i please have an update on my truck. I was then transferred to Joe, who gave me yet again another run around about how busy the shop was. I asked him if he thought that this run around for a week was good customer service. He replied with well when you are so busy your customer service suffers...My company is also a customer service type of business and NEVER would we ever no matter how busy let an issue go this far and still have no answers for our customers. I then asked him for better communication and said that is all we ask for. I was then told yeah we can surely do that.....right. Talk is cheap and my truck is still not up and running or even attended to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.It states on their website and I quote We are a full service parts and service company specializing in suspension, air & hyd brakes, steering and driveline. Our goal is to support you as quickly as possible with parts and or service. We can arrange a meeting with one of our outside salesman, or bring your vehicle in so we can assess your needs and help you plan and implement the best strategy for parts or repairs. We have been in business for 164 years and have a dedicated and experienced team of parts and repair experts......please believe that this is all smoke and mirrors and that is not what they provide.
