We used Carole Kitchen when we renovated our kitchen this past year. They were wonderful to work with. We live in Maine and they made it easy, coming to the house to help with design and measurements, convenient appointment times to allow for easy travel, and always kind and friendly staff from the showroom to the delivery. We worked with Michelle who was fantastic. She listened and took the time to get to know me and what would work for me. I LOVE our new kitchen!!

We had an awesome experience with this company! We moved into an 1860s house and long story short- our plan to replace the wood floors in the kitchen turned very quickly into an unplanned complete kitchen renovation! Custom cabinets were not an option due to the timeline- we didnt have 3-5 months since we had not planned on doing ! Carole was amazing- coming out to measure and guide us on the best layout and cabinets with a 1-2 week turnaround. Re read that- a 1/2 week turnaround with non custom cabinets! A+ effort and less stress for our whole family! And the look fit our farmhouse antique kitchen perfectly! Highly recommend!

We partnered with Sara, one of Carole Kitchen’s designers on a design for our remodel. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. While we ultimately did not go with Carole’s for our cabinets due to the contractor we chose having his own kitchen partner, I would recommend Carole’s Kitchen.

From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect. Sara, our salesperson was knowledgeable, took time to explain the different products pros and cons and allowed us to make our own decision. If I had a question she always called back as soon as possible. Finally, I walked in one day in the middle of an office party and joking said wheres my cake. She jumped up and got me some cake. They are really just nice people.

I have used Carole Kitchen for two kitchen projects and have been very satisfied with the service and products I received. Mary Jane helped with both projects and the fact that I came back to her several years later indicates my satisfaction. The most recent project had a number of tricky issues which she helped solve to my satisfaction. She arranged for cabinets and marble counter tops and all were installed well. Everyone I dealt with at Carole was excellent.

Worked with Michelle C. at Carole Kitchens. She was fantastic! This was our first kitchen remodel and she was extremely patient and pleasant. She answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions while sincerely trying to give us exactly the kitchen we want. The cabinetry came in on time an looks even better than the example in the show room. Her measurements were spot on. We would happily work with her again. One thing I would recommend would be to call ahead and make an appointment (especially on Saturday), they get very busy at times.

Over priced and not really interested in my small project. I wanted 2 vanities and a TV console. She gave me one estimate for all 3 items, and I had to twist her arm to get it broken down.Overall, not a good value or experience for me. I found better kitchen designer for 40% less cost.

He took so much time to help me get just what I wanted. The cabinets are exactly what I was hoping for and the kitchen came out beautiful. We turned to Caroles Kitchen and Bath Design after Home Deport forgot to order our kitchen and we were moving into our new apartment. I cannot say enough about the service and consideration we received from Caroles Kitchen and Bath Design. We had a wonderful representative in Sara who was very accommodating. She came over to measure our kitchen in a very timely fashion and worked with us to get the best price for our choice of kitchen cabinets and counter top. Not only was the service excellent and customer service outstanding, but the price was absolutely fair and on target. The cabinets came in on time, were installed by an excellent cabinet man recommended by Sara. And when one door appeared damaged, a new one was ordered and installed within three or four weeks. I totally recommend this wonderful company. In this day and age, when customers deal with unscrupulous business people and often have so many hassles, my whole interaction with Caroles was a dream and a pleasure. We experienced a flawless kitchen remodel project that started with Carole Kitchens design. We recently remodeled a kitchen and bath with Carole Kitchen. We worked with Debbie Tolland and could not be happier! Our new kitchen and bath are beautiful. Debbie was highly knowledgeable and made the process super easy. She had wonderful design ideas and guided us through product selection. We have had some trouble with sizing of our inset cabinet doors. Debbie and Carole have been very responsive and accountable, and we are scheduled to have door replacements in the next several weeks! We had a wonderful experience with our remodel and working with Michael at Carole Kitchen and Bath. Michael used our architects layout to start and then helped us modify the architects suggestions with the 3-D views. He was available by email, phone, and in person pretty much whenever we needed him. The product selection is great - and the sample layouts in the store make me wish I had several homes to decorate! We did a butlers pantry, laundry room cabinets, and an office layout with Carole - so it was a whole range of products.Next time I need cabinets - I will definitely start with Carole Kitchen and Bath.

I love going to Caroles. They have an amazing showroom and top notch staff of designers and people with tremendous install experience. I have used them for used their services to supply 5 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, and an office with cabinetry for myself and friends and family. Also have used them for countertops from laminate, to quartz, and marble and granite for all the above.Their pricing and expertise will keep me coming back, and it is the only place I refer other friends and family to.

Went to Carole kitchen for my kitchen remodel and it was not the best experience. My designer designed a kitchen that I had to change twice. Who would put cabinets on one side with 2 corner cabinets and the other side with the cabinets going straight across. That should of told me something. When it was time to have my kitchen measured she did not want to come in because I had 7 stairs to climb in order to enter my house. I believe she was so flustered by the stairs that the measurements were done inaccurately and a section of base cabinets did not fit. This caused my granite to have to go back to the fabricator (as it was being installed the same day as the remaining cabinets) therefore I had to pay for the re delivery of the granite. The contractors had to come back to finish after Thanksgiving when the right size cabinet came in. I had several out of state guest for thanksgiving with no use able kitchen.

Our experience with Carole Kitchen & Bath Design was so positive, I have recommended them to everyone I know who is looking to renovate or build a custom kitchen. Debbie Toland was our design consultant. She took the time to understand our needs and was able to help us design an unbelievable kitchen that we love. Even when our budget was starting to go over, she was able to give us options that helped us achieve the desired look we wanted and stay within our budget.

My contractor recommended Carole Kitchen and Bath Design for our custom kitchen and vanity cabinets. I walked in without an appointment and they were helpful and put me in touch with one of their designers. New to choosing cabinets, Michael was patient and helpful in explaining options and benefits. He also responded timely to our emails. We were on a tight timeline and they were able to work with our contractor to get the cabinets delivered on time. There was one error in the size of the drawers, but they fixed it promptly without hassle. Highly recommend!

Awesome suggestions and great selection of grab and go bath vanities

We love our kitchen and loved working with Debbie and everyone at Carole Kitchen. I chose Carole because people from my town Facebook page recommended them. Jeannie was my first contact, and she is amazing. She paired me with Debbie Toland which was a great fit. I was nervous to start the kitchen process, and Debbie made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The architect did not design the kitchen layout, so she had to start from scratch. She gave us several ideas of how to design things. I am a detail person, and I never felt as though I was bothering her with my million questions. She worked very well with our contractor; he had worked with her before and only had positive things to say about her. Debbie also designed my personal desk space and our mudroom. We couldnt be happier with the end result.

I found the people at Caroles pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable who are attentive to the needs and concerns of their clients. When planning my kitchen, Helen did indeed listen to my needs and was very helpful with different options. Caroles Kitchen and Bath Design truly care about customer satisfaction. Carole Kitchen and Bath Design helped design our new kitchen. Our designer Sara Hawkins was great - very creative, helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. There was a wide range of cabinet and countertop choices. Sara guided us through the process. She helped us create a beautiful kitchen with great functionality. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets (Dura Supreme) and the countertops (Cambria). Sara made the whole process very smooth and efficient. Our contractor was also impressed with Saras professionalism and has been recommending her and Carole Kitchen and Bath to other clients.We had a great experience working with Carole. They a multitude of choices in different price ranges and talented designers. We will be going back to them for our upcoming bathroom renovation
