The work seems to be okay but had a difficult checkout process. The cashier seems to be new and had difficulty with the computer checkout process. None of the other staffs seems to be in a rush to help him. So I ended up waiting 20 to 25min at the cashier before I could use my credit card to complete the process, and not even a verbal apology was offered. This was my first time there and I hope it will be better int he future.

The service from Batteries Plus was excellent. I had a 12:30 appointment and there was no waiting. My iPhone SE had been run over by a truck, and I was startled to see it still working. But the screen was cracked so much, I couldnt use it for all the splinters it gave my scrolling finger. Before agreeing to replace the screen, the two guys carefully looked over my phone to see that it was functioning and salvageable. Amazingly it was. Three hours later, it was looking like new. Big thanks to the technicians at Batteries Plus!

Very friendly and helpful in dealing with a problem with a rare battery I had. They tried to custom order one for me, but when that didnt work, they rebuilt the battery so I did not need to purchase a whole new drill. Very helpful and saved me $$$

Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. They helped me find the right bulb. The store didnt have the amount of bulbs needed. I ordered online and the store personnel called on two occasions to update me on expected arrival dates and when bulbs actually arrived. Because of all the help, I returned for additional bulbs a week later.

Exceptional service - everyone at this store is great and very helpful - even for something as mundane as a flashlight!! I was getting an APC battery, but have seen them spend quite a long time helping people make sure they are getting what they need, regardless of the ticket price.

I was helped shortly after I arrived, and even though I had to leave my phone at the store while they worked on it for 2 hours, it was good as new when I picked it up. I forgot to back it up before the appointment, but all my information was still there after the repair.

Bought a big lead-acid battery. I was very concerned they might sell me an old one that had been drained by sitting around for months. Lead-acid batteries never recover from draining. Sales staff had a brand new one made in the last week that had a full charge on it. I was very happy that they addressed my concerns and made me feel confident I was getting a top quality top condition battery.

I had a battery that needed to be replaced in a car key. Try as I might, I couldnt get the key open. The guys at the store took care of it quickly - including reassembling the key for me. And handing it back to me in a disinfectant wipe was an appreciated nice touch. Highly recommended.

Was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for such an obscure battery but it was only a few dollars and the gentleman at the counter made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed.

Visiting my son and helping with the grandkids, doing a few projects and found this odd lightbulb which is more common than I thought but still not generally available in the usual hardware stores. Needed only two so Amazon and their 4 and up packaging did not make sense. Batteries Plus had the bulbs at market rates, offered a quick 10% off coupon and allowed the purchase of two, not 4, 8, or 12. Ordered online for pickup, walked in the store and within seconds had the order in my hands (prepaid) and left! What’s not to like!

We brought in our Samsung Galaxy S7 because the glass for the camera back broken. They were able to order a new back and came in within a week. We brought the phone in to be fixed and they said it would take about an hour and a half. They called 45 minutes later and it was done! Since they were removing the back, we also had the battery replaced. Gives us a little extra end-of-life boost to an older phone. Great service and good prices.

Great service. I ordered the wrong battery for my motorcycle. The employee double checked without my asking, discovered my mistake, found the correct battery and had me out the door in a few minutes. So glad that there are companies that are still focused on providing excellent customer service!

I brought my iPhone 7 to the Apple store to get a replacement battery, but they said because of the TINIEST screen crack at the top, they would be unable to help me. Seriously, it’s a hairline crack about a MM long.I brought the iPhone to Batteries Plus Bulbs & within an hour the phone was working 100% with a brand new battery. Definitely will be visiting the store again for future phone repairs. Thanks again.

I ordered a battery online at 1100pm. Got a call the next morning at 1000am on a Sunday,from a very friendly girl telling me my battery was ready for Pick up. Battery fit perfectly and my bike starts up no problem now.

My car battery was almost completely dead and I came in for a replacement. Martin helped me by making sure it would fit my car and then installed it for me. It took some effort since there was some rust, but he got the old one out of there! I would definitely recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs to others and return here for any of my future needs.

After inspecting my old battery, they told me that I need to go speak my dealership as the old battery needed to be under manufacturers warranty. I appreciated the ease of ordering batteries online. When I went the the actual store to pick them up I had to wait quite a long time due to only one salesperson in the front of the store who was helping another customer. Eventually a gentleman poked out from in back and asked if I needed help. If the first salesperson had asked for help from another employee the experience would have been great even if I had to wait for the second salesperson to actually appear!

Understaffed. Refused car battery installation (supposed to be free service) due to not enough workers. I had to install myself, then drive back to turn in the core.

Went to Batteries+ to have my iPhone screen repaired. I like the on line scheduling and the price. My phone was fixed while I waited and I found some LED light bulbs I had been looking for. A day later I noticed the screen was acting strange. I was worried because I had signed a release. To my delight, when I called about it they told me to come in and they’d fix it. One more appointment did the trick, no charge and no hassle. I even found more bulbs that were perfect for different fixtures. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I know from waiting there how well they were taking care of their customers. Highly recommended.

I’ve been buying batteries there for years. Wow what a knowledgeable staff. The owner and everyone there knows so much and are so helpful. I was having a problem with a motorcycle battery, and they literally taught me how to take care of it so it would last longer. Another time I had a screw fall out of a battery on my dirt bike (it happens because they get rattled around so much). The owner gave me a few to replace it. I can’t say enough about this place. I’m a customer for life.

He and his staff are always ready with advice, and they always have just the ting you need for your laptop, phone..etc. Their new selection of LED bulbs will also fit almost any fixture, and they will educate you on the differences among the LED bulbs. My mom had recommended this store to me as a homier-feeling, less corporate alternative to a bigger box store like Best Buy for some of the same needs. I was surprised how many of my problems they fixed with such an unassuming storefront and size! The employee I talked to was very knowledgable and friendly and did not try to upsell me at all, but made honest recommendations when I discovered other products I was interested in. One repair I thought I needed, he told me was the charger and not the device, and he was right, so I appreciated that the fix was simpler and cheaper (in fact free because I got a charger from a friend).

It was very easy to find the suggested battery options for our Rav 4 and 2 out of 3 options were in stock plus even during this crazy Corona pandemic they were able to install it that day! It only took 15 mins and it did not cost any extra money!!!

I ordered a new car battery on their website, details and specs for the battery were easy to find and to compare with other local autopart stores. BatteriesPlus was cheaper and had better rebate for the Core charge. When I arrived at the store the young woman had my new battery ready for me and at my request, she dwell tested my old battery to confirm my assumption that it was in fact junk. ( It was, at 205 CCA.) Even with all the COVID precautions they made the checkout easy and quick. Ill definitely shop Batteries plus for all my vehicles.

Fantastic. I bought both a digital camera battery and recently a Sealed Pb-Acid Deep Cycle battery for a hobby project. The owner knows battery ratings, and even the younger staffer know what cell potentials are and why you cannot get a 5V battery when you are using a 1.2V cell potential! Glad to see the hired help are well trained on the basics, kept up to date with the knowledgeable needed to recommend and sell batteries for specific applications.

Had to bring both batteries in to be tested for some reasonChris Shea, the owner, verified it was dead then asked if I wanted to buy a new one because I had to have done something to kill the battery. My local Woburn, MA BPB installed a new battery in my daughters Galaxy S7 for a very reasonable price. They did it the same day I dropped it off, actually in only two hours. I will recommend BPB to friends for phone and other electronics repair.

My iPhone 6S had a broken screen and I took it to Batteries Plus. First I made appointment in their website which gave a $10 off coupon to use. The replacement screen was 89.99- 10.00=79.99 and was completed in an hour as good as new.
