Anthony was the smartest wireless store associate, as he easily and QUICKLY enabled a feature that was brand new to him, his Company and us, but necessary for my wife to be able to use her phone in France, with a departure from the airport just 3 hours away. He NAILED it, and was super nice too. Incredible!!

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THIS STORE. This store is the worst att ever. Seriously do not trust this place, they lie to me and cause me a lot of trouble. They said they would cancel 2 lines in my plan in order to add 2 new ones but it was a lie, they can’t cancel in the store as they told me when I came back there with extra lines I don’t need. Made me lose U$300 and said they couldn’t do anything about it. And on top of that they not only did not cancel the lines and I can’t cancel for 90 days either because I just activate a new promotion. I have now 2 lines I don’t even have the SIM cards because supposed to be cancel they trash it at the time I was there.And to finish the manager got my phone number and said he was going to fix my problem and call me back, almost a month now and no problem fixed and still waiting for that call. Do not trust them. seriously, find another location.

Hey AT&T,I called in today at 11:30 on 07/30/21 and had the worst experience with the women that answer the phone when customers need help. I do not know if this because everyone is working at home or what. I was here to get assistance for a Mifi that was not working after working with AT&T customer service online. The customer service team proceeded to be rude, unengaged and also hung up on a me before I even received full help. I just wanted to make sure people know when going to this AT&T to not except any friendly customer service and that they will be rushing you and hung up on you if the the employee does not know what to do. Worst experience with a phone service, ever even though we are a business account holder.Definitely bring this to my team to see if we can get rid of the service in general if customer service is not a priority of the companySincerely,A customer that not longer feels valued

I bought a iPhone 11. The AT&T let me walk out without the phone working. I went home and for 7 HOURS tried to download the system and it would not download. I’m very upset that I wasted 7 hours of my day yesterday. The AT&T store should make sure the works properly before customers leave the store. If this is t resolved tiday im returning the phone and leaving AT&T for a new carrier.

Only reason for my 5 star review is because of Anthony. Called in shead of time for a prepaid card. Went in, and Anthony was only person servicing 3 people. He was running like crazy back and forth. Out of the 30mins I was waiting on him he apologized 5 times. His manager though did not seem to be troubled by that. I was in a bit of a hurry, but seeing him running like crazy, made me feel bad for him. Not sure is this was a one time rush right after 5:30pm on a weekday, but he defenitely deserves the kudos for managing 3 different matters at the same time.

Matt Adams in the Woburn store goes above and beyond for his customers and has superior customer service. AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee - truly above and beyond! 5 stars for Randy! He is super nice and my new phone screen looks so clean - it’s like it’s not even there. He made sure to try to apply every discount for me.Tip for people coming to the store - it moved across the street after reconstruction so look for the sign :)

I upgraded my iPhone on the day they reopened since the pandemic. I noticed my screen had a weird smudge on it that would not come off. The next day I went back to show an employee because I did not want to have it end up being a screen issue down the road. The rep did not even look at the mark and just instantly said if I wanted a return I would have to pay a restocking fee because he doesnt know what I could have done to it. Way to vilify a customer without even looking! I asked for a card to call the manager and the card had the wrong location information. It wasnt even the same state. No customer service, not even a glance. I would never recommend this location for help. It is very sad customer service here no longer exists only to accuse the customer.

This experience I had at this store was amazing. Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in my life. Ricky was top notch and gave my mom and I awesome deals. Besides the great service,their manager bought my mom and I Dunkin Donuts with was amazing.

Only place I’ll go to if I have to go in store, I drove 40 minutes to go there, these guys are the best with tech issues and sales. No headaches at all. The guy I usually deal with is AJ he is an absolute wizard and got me into a new phone and iPad also TV which is awesome because I got to cancel all my other subscriptions saving me a lot of money 👌🏼 Very happy with my service there as always.

Would never go back to this location as John never listened to a word I said and kept telling me that because Im under the age 30 I apparently need the most expensive iPhone and priciest data plan and need to add a fake line, all with his mouth full of pretzels.Avoid this store and go 2 miles away to the Stoneham location where you will get excellent service with Michael.

Let me begin by saying - DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! In all of my 15+ years of being an AT&T customer, I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service at this location is BEYOND unacceptable.I went into this location for an upgrade and the representative that assisted me did not disclosure things to be such as the automatically added protection plan, the stores return policy, or provide me with a receipt. 20 days later I returned to the location to return the accessories I bought and was told Sorry, we have a 14 day return policy. When I explained how that was never explained to me, nor was I provided with a receipt which stated the return policy, they only offered to print me an additional copy. I spoke with a new representative, the assistant manager and the store manager -- needless to say, no one was of any help.Better yet, not a single one took the time to understand my situation and just kept cutting me off and repeating the same thing to me -- sorry, if you were in the 14 day return window we would be more than happy to.Overall, both experiences at this store were unacceptable. I will never return and feel others should be warned. Good luck!

I ordered new ATT service and my new iphone did not work. I was totally ignored for the first 10 minutes I was standing there while the rep was helping (but mostly chatting) with another customer. There were 3 people sitting at a table speaking Spanish. I couldnt tell if they worked for ATT or were customers.I finally got to talk to the rep and he wanted to tell me his life story and clearly didnt know what he was doing. He chastised me for ordering my ATT service over the phone and not in their store.They ultimately told me to call 611 and they would take care of my problem. Ha! 611 pawned me off on Apple, and I felt like a ping pong ball between Apple and ATT. I am going to the Apple store later to see if they can help me.Visiting 297 Mishawum road was a huge mistake and I would never go back there. It was a waste of my time as the issue is still not resolved.

I go in and ask when can I upgrade my phone and that guy tells me not for another 6 months and gives me a look and walks away. I know I owe another $120.00 on my phone so he should have told me that and explained to me if I paid that I can get another phone. But no he and the MGR standing there just let me walk out of the store. You guys just lost a customer, ATT can thank this store for me going to Sprint.

Got DirecTV through AT&T. I was told I will be paying $60+tax for two years.Few months later my bill went up to $67+tax. 12 months later my bill jump to $184 a month. I spend hours on the phone try to resolve the problem no body want to help !!In the end I cancel my service, I was charge couple hundreds dollars for cancellation fee.Never dealing with AT&T or DirecTV again
