Aidan was terrific. I was transferring from business to private account and he was very patient and helpful. He walked me through all the necessary steps, helped out with phone selection and just went above and beyond. While waiting, I also noticed how attentive he was to all the other customers who stopped by the store. Great experience, highly recommended!

Just came back from Verizon on Montval Ave Woburn. Had the tech named Issac who was the best tech I have been in contact with he was knowledgeable answered all my dumb questions with a smile and made my transfer of the phone effortless. I’m writing because I also herd him speaking with other customers while I was waiting. There seemed to be one problem after another again he handled them professionally and effortlessly. Wow! Isaac Le is WONDERFUL! My husband and I purchased 2 phones today. I upgraded my Droid and my husband turned in his flip phone for an Iphone. Yes! I said flip phone! Isaac could not have been more patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He loves his job and helping people and it shows. He must because he drives over 1 hour to come to work. So I went into the store today to see what was going on with my LG G7 because the battery wasnt working and the associate, Carlos, who helped me out was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything and getting me what I needed. Ended up getting a new phone and figuring everything else out because I desperately needed to have my phone fixed for work.

I dont understand all the good reviews from this place. It is horrible. Their prices are high and good luck getting your money back. The website says that they will price match Verizon.com. IT DOES NOT. Do yourself a favor and go to a true Verizon Store like at the Burlington Mall. I will never deal with this location again...

I was prepared to buy a new phone but then guy working their may be he was an owner suggested me to trade in that phone and in return I got iPhone 11 as there was a promo on that. I was selling a phone. The buyer went to this Verizon store to make sure the phone was compatible with Verizon. The clerk assured to the buyer the phone was compatible with Verizon. I sold the phone but at the end the phone was not compatible with Verizon network. Store staff should be more qualified in helping people.

I was very happy to get fast and efficient customer service the day of breaking my phone. A little disappointed that they did not have cases in yet that I could for my phone. Despite the store just getting the phones a day or so prior.

Carlos helped me trade in my old smashed phone and upgrade to my new phone while juggling other accounts in a safe and fast way while still being courteous and making sure I knew how to use my new device. It was almost closing time as well so I’m sure he was exhausted.

Oh my goodness, what a great and unexpected experience! Am a grandmother in my Seventies, visiting from out of state, and the children decide my very old flip-phone needs to go and grandma needs an I-phone!We decide to lease it through Verizon, my plan provider for my fossil phone, and have the old account transferred to the new phone. - We arrive, at the IM Wireless Verizon Place 45 minutes before store-closing - a totally unplanned move on my part - greeted by Jeffrey, the store manager. Did he ever know how to make a very nervous and anxious old lady totally comfortable and at ease!! - The choice and acquisition of I-phone behind us, Jeffrey transferred my old account to the new phone, even all my contacts (manually), and then, recognizing my novice state, called Customer Service for me to get the desired automated monthly payment arranged. - This meant, Jeffrey had to lock up the store at 8PM, and then worked on my account set-up until 8 :40PM. All this with the nicest, kindest and most supportive attitude! And with enormous patience! - I must say, I cant remember ever having had as wonderful a buying experience. Thank you Jeffrey, you are truly an amazing human being!

The store is in a great location. The employees were professional and knowledgeable. This is our favorite Verizon. We always feel weary about going into a store where we know it’s their job to sell us product, but we never worry about going into this store. Dimas always helps us out to the best of his ability and tells us the truth about our options. He helps us to get the best deals for our money and never makes us feel pressured to buy immediately. It makes us feel more comfortable to weigh our options and come back time and time again. We really appreciate his honesty and dedication to giving us good service. We will soon be moving to central mass and plan to continue to come to this store location if we need help with our phones. We love to work with Dimas or Alec however I am sure the other folks are great as well, as they are managers and they do the hiring. Highly recommend this store.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry I can say confidently that Alec displayed an impressive level of attention and empathetic service. While I was there my particular needs were time consuming and Alec was helpful and attentive while finding a way to tend to other customers at the same time. Seemed genuinely interested in providing the best work possible for each person in the room and didn’t offer simple “get it over with” solutions, but rather made specific efforts to get the most for each guest, helping to navigate people through processes that are at often times confusing and or boring. In a position which I’m sure can oscillate frequently between mind numbing boredom and demanding demanding volume, Alec appeared to take the fluctuation in stride and focus on driveling a positive experience for each of us. Again, I work in hospitality, and I’m far too familiar with how regularly we receive negative feedback, and how uncommon it is to hear from those patrons that were happy with the work we do which is why I’m taking the time to make certain that Alec and his employers know that his work was of an impressive quality. Kudos.

They price matched the cheaper online iPhone price with one quick call to the manager and couldnt have been more courteous, professional and FUN! It was a pleasure doing business with Jared and Jeffrey and would highly recommend this store to friends, family and anyone looking for pleasant customer service. We where here form out of town I had bought a Samsung 8 plus 5 months ago and I was having problems charging turns out the port was defeated so we asked the guy to help us out we where told that warranty would not cover the phone because they did not know what caused the problem this guy did not even ask me what my phone number was to see if I had a warranty or even try to to sell me a upgrade. The phone is well taken care of so I called Verizon wireless and was taken care of with out any issues and are getting a replacement phone ASAP! I just don’t think this guy wanted to help us at all this is a good way to run people away !

Not only did Alec know his stuff, but he is professional, friendly, caring, wanted to make sure that I have a smile on my face when I left. And I did. Alec is one of those rare employees who really gets it and really does a good job both for Verizon but more importantly for me the customer.

First time I had a positive experience at a Verizon store. It was quiet, and CS rep (Dimas) took great care of me. I would recommend this location for anyone in need of visiting a local store.
