Best 7-11 Ive ever seen wow 😯

The new owner of this store refused to sell me gift card even other 7-eleven store allows to. Tried to convince him over the phone, because I know his POS system will go through. He later agree to try using credit card, but when I am there, he read the receipt from other 7-11 store, he said he know the POS system will accept my credit card as payment, but he as owner of the store just dont want to sell me the gift card unless i pay cash or use debit. He is rude and I was fooled, i will never have business with them ever again, even they are the nearest 7-11 from my house. I am so said that this store changed owner, was a good store for me.

The guy with the white beard not sure if he’s the owner. But he was very very rude…..I had an item in my hand then put it back, then once I get to the register he’s asking where that item was. I said I put it back I didn’t want it, then he was like you better of put it in the right spot. He had very broken English. He needs to learn how to treat his customers.

I dont know if this guy is Indian or pakistani but he needs to understand English. When I ask a question in english I need it answered in english. Then I will order my food according to the answer. Dont try and upsell me either: one item means one item. Im tired of repeating myself here, or any 7 eleven.

Pretty standard 7-Eleven. Not overly clean but very good service and they had a lot of stuff for the space. Only place still open at 11 when I wanted Ben and Jerrys

I think the new owner is rude and I hate giving the new owners my business. Also, they never even give you a bag unless you ask. They are just rude overall. I have used this store since it opened 40 or so years ago. Not no more. And thats sad.

I slide my card to pay enter my pin # and they say I got declined .. I thought this was an error because I had more than enough funds to pay and they ask me to pay cash difference of $4.03 . I asked them to remove an item that cost $10.06 and to slide my card again avoid having to pay $4.03 cash and I am declined again and told I have to pay entirely in cash because I have $0.00 on my card...??? I entered the store with $20 to pay for $16 worth of items to leave with $0.00 and to lose $16.00 and had to pay a charge for overdrafting as well .. Thanks alot 7-Eleven I called your store and they couldnt help me either.

They had what I needed. Line was a little long and price for this item is quite expensive but at least they have it in stock. The guy working the register was pleasant enough

This is a nice store having good and efficient workers. Always try to satisfy the needs of customers .

Since new owners took over I always have a problem. They are rude, never offering a bag when I purchase things and the man with the glasses behind the counter should be removed for discrimination. I notice how he treated a woman differently when she used her EBT card. Look everyone is different and you are dealing with different walks of life however that does not give you a right to use your small amount of power to decide who should be treated better or worst. They constantly mark things wrong or do not change prices and then try to charge you a different price if their choosing. They have their young son about 9 years old working the late night 11 oclock shift. I dont care where you are from we dont dont do kid labor here in the USA. They should be held accountable for mistreatment. I dont write reviews; this is my first and I stand by the truth 100. Awful.So here we go again. Now to the woman behind the counter who tells the woman with an EBT card she has no money on the card because she does not want to take it for coffee. You take the card for soda and other stuff but now you decide today to not take the card for coffee but you did yesterday. This place is brutal and I would like to add to the fact that there is some seriously shady and rude behavior going on in this store. They do not mark merchandise properly. I went in for dog food and it was marked higher than average due to the nature I am buying from a conscience store, understandable. I get to the counter and some old lady tells me that the dog food is more it hasnt been marked up yet! I told her she should sell it at marked price. Why up something now that I am at the counter? Im sorry but since the workers owners have changed, so has the atmosphere. They are really rude to people of color which is funny because they are of color. Shaking my head right now, gross to treat people this way. Thats ok though because GOD doesnt like ugly and he is watching how you treat your bothers and sisters.

The food is super good

Its a 7/11, of course its great!
