I’ve been going to this cvs for over 5 years but today I wanted to recognize Suresh, the cashier at 891 main st Woburn Ma location. Suresh was extremely helpful. His kindness and engagement are amazing qualities that make shopping at this location an amazing experience.

This particular store does not answer the pharmacy phone. I am posting this review in Sept., 2021. They stopped answering the pharmacy phone in June.🙄 This is a huge problem for patients that need to talk to a pharmacist when there is a problem with a prescription.

This location was alluring in text message to use a generic even though I still have many refills with the brand name medication. After contacting manufacturers support team the pharmacy allegedly reversed the original statement that it cannot be refilled, but we will contact the provider [doctor] to look for generic alternatives. Processing manufacturers coupons must be a burden for this business, but so is paying 5x the normal copay for the patient or using made in China generic meds.

Literally have me false information on my Covid shot will be reporting till that lady looses some sort of license I am disgusting and disappointed. I was given false information then given a shot.

There is a Stop & Shop down the road. They sell everything CVS has, and more, plus it is less expensive.Go there if you dont want to sit in line for 20 minutes behind some senile grandma using 100 coupons.

They have not one clue what is going on over there. They call you to pick up medications then they tell you that they won’t be ready until another date. Horrible management and communication; I really give 0 stars.

So disappointed that I just got turned away by this lady who said they couldnt take passport size photos because I have to take the mask off yet other branches do it. I had to drive to a branch further away to get it done.

This CVS pharmacy staff runs circles around the Wilmington one. So happy we made the move to this pharmacy. Have had very few issues and the minor ones had have been cleared up immediately! They have often helped us find discounts when our insurance was not available. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new pharmacy.

This is the worst cvs I’ve been to. Incompetent cashiers and a manager that doesn’t care. Wrong price on an item spent 10 minuets waiting for them to fix it and had to leave without it because they don’t know what they’re doing.

This store is always neat, clean & organized. The drive through pharmacy is super convenient. Staff is always offering help.

I have been going here for years but lately this place has been terrible. The Pharmacy has been out of stock on the last three of my son’s prescriptions and the checkout lines up front are always long and slow. Today was my last straw. The much older blonde woman cashier who had her name tag covered of course was so rude. I was waiting for her to say she can help me because she was standing there talking to another customer who was being helped by another cashier. Then i asked if i could get the difference back from coupons i had forgot to print and she was rude again with an abrupt NO. I will not be a loyal customer here anymore.

The store and its pharmacy both improved drastically over time. I now go here regularly and the only issues I ever have are the occasional coupons that dont work, which are not store-centric issues. The employees are mostly competent and personable. Old review-New and clean store with a well-managed retail floor. The pharmacy is another matter entirely. I dont think Ive ever made it through a pickup without having to guide them through some inexplicable issue or another. The pharmacists always seem overworked, which leads to mistakes. The counter staff is inexperienced and/or incompetent, which leads to many frustrating attempts to just pay and get the hell out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately the older store downtown might actually be worse, so this one is the lesser of two evils.

This is a great CVS. Very accessible with large parking lot. Pharmacy is excellent, employees knowledgeable and friendly.

I didnt really find it to be all that impressive it has many items in some areas while other parts there are far less of what you are looking for its pretty weird how I can find a huge selection of one thing here then a few aisles over barely anything if I need some basic stuff ok but any other things might not be here. Its big and clean but now that I saw it i think Id much rather prefer woburn square winchester or the mall locations.

Really helpful pharmacy staff and great cashiers. Overall a pleasant experience.

Best CVS in the area. Friendly alert staff, clean facilities, lots of items to choose from. Easily the best one in woburn! Ive been to far too many CVSs where the staff looked miserable and suicidal so seeing a smile when i walk in is refreshing.

All the staff from management, Pharmacy, worker bees on the floor and behind the registers are amazing..genuinely always helpful! ONE Of A kind

Disgusting dirty bathroom. Pharmacy people were very nice. Its too bad they dont clean the bathrooms because the rest of the store is nice.

Very unfriendly pharmacy staff. My insurance says Im eligible for vacation override while the staff here rudely says NO. He spoke in a rude tone.

Slowest cashiers ever...expect at least a 10 minute wait
