Go to a smaller family owned business even if you have to pay a little more and be happy!
If I could give zero stars I would. Our company has worked with them for over 5+ years. We paid for two desk installations beginning of September 2019, it is now 11/27/19 and still only one desk. The installation crew told us on Day 1 that everything was wrong. What we were promised and paid for cannot happen and no refunds given but more quotes to make our vision work. Now no one is responding to calls, voicemails, emails. What kind of company doesnt respond? They took the payment and commission and now disappeared. Very disappointed.
I have three contacts over at WBMason ranging from managers, to sales, to design. They are awful at getting back to me. I have a project with them which is timely and I emailed so many times to get a project status and called a cell to finally talk to someone. I followed up with another email and still no response from anyone. One time i even had to call WBMason customer service to try to find someone over there to actually answer my emails or call me back!!! It was ridiculous. Rhonda Lockwood (customer service) is fabulous by the way. WBMason needs to be better about emailing their clients back or keeping their clients in the loop. I still dont even know whats happening with my project... I may go somewhere else for my furniture needs if i dont hear back soon.
