Despite the bed reviews I am shopping at this place for over 5 years now. Customer Service is great and they do tell you what is refurbished and what is new. They also offer you extended warranty. I never had a single problem at this place, I send many friends there and will keep buying because of the great value for the money spend!

Excellent place to deliver! They unload you fast.

I had purchased an LG 5000 BTU air-conditioner online which came from GCR. The purchase was made in August, toward the end of summer so it didnt get much use. When I pulled it out in May, it didnt work (the plug was bad). I called LG and they didnt recognize the model/serial, and it turned out it was refurbished by this place. When purchasing it, there was no mention anywhere that it was a refurbished unit. So I message them, and they say tough luck, there is only a 30-day warranty. So I paid just as much for a refurbished unit for the same cost as a new one, and they dont back up their work. I paid $99, usually they go on sale for $89-$109 for new 5000-BTU units in my area. Notice no response from the company to reviews either, shows what kind of customer service they offer.

I had a good experience with this company years ago, I brought an LG refrigerator and it’s been about 9 years and I’m just now needing a new one. So I’ll be out there again soon.
