I shopped for a car here with Travis and my gosh was it delightful. Upon entering I was offered something to drink which was pretty nice. Moving forward I had a great experience he helped me all the way until literally driving out with my new car and at the price that fit right for my budget. Nick as well went out of his way to help me stick close to my budget frame and drive off as satisfied customer. Thank you lustine Toyota!

The General Manager, Amin, Nick and Travis were exceptional in getting me into the right vehicle that I wanted. They worked with me and made it happen! Stay away from this dealership. they will rip you off with 2900 in add on to the online price you see on this website. The price you see here is not the price you will pay. staff is unprofessional . We still do not have a second key to our vehicle. they still have not followed through on there promises made during the sale. Also watch out for the corvid 19 treatment for 600.00 they say is a law . IT IS NOT

Well they send out these letters offering you trade up options about once a week so i decided to take them up on their trade in option and drove 4 hours to do so and when i get there with everything they asked for we were thousands apart after confirming several times that i didn’t want to drive that far and it be a waste of their time and mine. I have bought vehicles from Lustine in the past but never again i would also like to be removed from their email list. I drove 4hours and my own home town dealer was willing to offer me a much better trade in and offer on a new truck so i would suggest you shop around before buying from Lustine. Larry Harris

Worst place ever. Id rather buy a car from a dude named Hector in Tijuana. You couldnt pay me to step foot back on this lot. Funny thing is they wanna act like donkeys but then realized they lost out on a 60k check in hand deal. Then apologized, and continued to call begging us to come back in. Purchased the same car elsewhere and the one they wanted to try and screw me over with is STILL sitting on their lot. Good luck with that Lustine.

Raul Montayo is awesome.My experience with Lustine was immaculate. From the moment i contacted them in regards to the truck that I want to the end of my purchase was nothing but amazing customer service. I want to personally thank Raul for making my car buying process as smooth as it could of been .His great knowledge and willingness to work out the deal with me was beyond . Do Not Go to Lustine for Service! If they damage your vehicle they wont tell you about it!Paid $2000 out of pocket for repairs to my vehicle, when I picked up the vehicle it had a flat tire and the service center was closed, came back with an air pump and found out that the technicians had broken part of my dashboard assembly and decided not to report it!I called the dealership and left a voicemail for the service manager to call me back, and he never did. I called again and left a message with the receptionist to have the service director call me, and he never did. I called and spoke to the general manager about the situation and he promised me the service director would contact me by end of day, and he never did. After weeks of trying to get ahold of someone about the damage caused by the technicians, i got ahold of the general manager again and finally spoke to the service director.At this point I am done with service at Lustine and will take my vehicle elsewhere to repair the damage they caused. And to compensate for the damage they caused I was refunded the COST OF THE PARTS ALONE, SPECIFICALLY LUSTINEs COST FOR THE PART, NOT MINE! AND NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR LABOR! Their excuse is if I want it repaired for free I have to let them do the repairs, WHEN THATS WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED BEFORE I PAID THEM!!!I apparently fell through many cracks in their system due to my service adviser quitting or being fired during my cars repairs. Leaving me to send messages and correspondence to a literal void, the amount of excuses for why I wasnt contacted or responded to is staggering and not worth adding to the review.Tl;dr: Brought car in for repairs, techs broke dash and did not report it, then management ghosted me for weeks and are trying to let them repair the vehicle.LIKE HELL AM I GOING TO TRUST MY VEHICLE TO THE PEOPLE WHO BROKE STUFF IN IT AND THEN LIED TO THEIR CUSTOMER.

Not a good business model here in the slightest. From agreed upon prices being completely off after hours of driving to appear in person... To being presented a filthy used car after the appointment was set to salesman I spoke to not being attentive when I arrived (even though we set the appointment up together) I can confidently say that I’ll never be returning nor suggesting those around me to go through the pain of dealing with Lustine.The worst part was the manager who provided no form of support after I called in weeks later about the vehicle.All in all, I’m glad to say I was able to secure the exact vehicle I wanted with 20k less miles at a 4.5k difference in from Lustine quoted me.

We took our car to Lustine to repair the AC. Through a different mechanic shop and their diagnostic, it was determined the evaporator was the issue. We asked the service department at Lustine to replace the evaporator, forgoing their diagnostic tests. In the course of doing so, they noticed that there was no issue with the evaporator, but replaced it with a new one regardless. We were not comfortable paying for a part that didnt need to be replaced, that the service department knew didnt need to be replaced. It was an initial miscommunication on our part, followed by serveral instances of lack of communication that ultimately led to an unfortunate outcome.In discussing the matter with the Service Manager, steps were taken to compromise in the form of a half off cost of parts replaced. Though this isnt the outcome we hoped for, there was recognition on their side that mistakes were made. Ultimately, the reason for a 3 star review is due to the culmination of several breakdowns in communication, but the rating takes the compromise into account as well. Unfortunately, this is likely cause for us to not return to Lustine in the future, but we do appreciate the time and consideration of the Service Manager, John, to attempt to rectify the situation to the best of his ability. I believe most importantly is a reevaluation and understanding from the dealership and customers both, on the communication process for future customers to avoid a similar situation.

I feel like I lost $10K in a carnival shell game by a well coordinated dishonest and deceitful staff. It appears its an acceptable business practice here to trick customers into signing contracts that are much higher than agreed on. Completely disgusted.The dealerships response to this review was also deceitful. I had responded to three separate emails to three separate people and let them know I would be there Saturday to try to rectify the situation. I got no response from any of them. When I showed up Saturday, I was told the finance office was locked up and I would have to come back Monday after work. Extremely inconvenient. On Monday I was able to cancel some of the extras they duped me into purchasing. I was not able to get them to own up to the fact that when they told me my out-the-door price, they were including my $5,000 trade in in the out the door price. Shady deals and I have a hard time believing any of these positive reviews. I will be going elsewhere for my service.

She was so kind and patient and offered us multiple finance options and package tailored to our budget. If i could give zero stars i would. They scammed into the contract tons of unwanted charges. My $8,000.00 car cost me $14,000.00. They not concerned with your best interest. Not only that but my credit score is over 700 and they gave me 7.49 financing rate when they told me it was 4% LOOK over the contract DO NOT listen to what they tell you. Read ABSOLUTLY every detail. Better yet Avoid Lustine Toyota and go to another Toyota dealer.

Its not often I go out of my way to write a review but I feel it to be my morale obligation to warn others of my experience here. The management of this place is atrocious. I drove up 3 hours from Norfolk, VA with the expectation and reassurance that the price of the vehicle would be close to the price advertised online. I even asked if $54,000 was still the price point before I got on the road.The only positive part of the experience was that upon arrival, the car was ready to go, the sales rep was easy-going and genuine. We talked through everything and learned that there was a close to $10,000 mark up on the used vehicle which was a surprise to me. This is when it got confusing. We settled on a price of 57K out the door with all registration and fees. Had the keys in my hand, ready to hand over the money when it got weird. The General Manager, Mr. Rezki, tried to explain that the car would be $57,000 WITH my $6,000 down on top of that for a TOTAL price well over $60,000...for a car advertised at $54,000. I explained what I had already told to the sales rep an hour and a half prior, that I simply could not go over 57K and the GM got unprofessional to which we had to walk out for our 3 hour commute home.If you dont want to deal with insane mark ups that arent listed till you sit down at the dealership, confusion on all the financial aspects, and unprofessional management, dont go to Lustine Toyota.

I totally understand the shortage on auto supply currently. However, we checked with KOON Toyota that they had stock for immediate delivery and on our way, we decided to stop by at Lustine Toyota and check availability. First the sales man told us 2 weeks delivery and when we told him we need it immediately and explained him clearly the urgency he brought over his boss and they promised us next day delivery and told us to make deposit.After many phone call attempts we couldnt get a good response. After a week wait I had to take a day off from work to go back to the show room my refund back the deposit. When we walked in both the sales man and his boss couldnt talk to us by hiding (very unprofessional) and embarrassing.Another sales man came to process the refund for us. We went back to Koon Toyota and got the car with excellent service. Unfortunately, our color preference was sold out. Because of the urgency we took what ever was available for the same day delivery.

Michael Ko led the process with Nick Lee serving as the finance manager.This was my first time purchasing a car, and Mike could not have made the process easier. From the moment we stepped into Lustine, he treated us as friends. He remained transparent with us throughout the process and worked with us in order to find the best car for our situation.On the back-end, Nick took us through each and every step of the financial aspects of the purchase. He broke down each of the documents in a way that was understandable. He answered all our questions and even addressed questions that other customers had posed in the past.Overall, could not have asked for a better first car purchase. Ask for Mike when you head over!

I was an active duty Marine stationed in Quantico, when I went to buy my pride and joy Tacoma. After spotting the perfect one, I haggled with the salesman and there was an ongoing promotion of 1.99% APR for certified pre-owned vehicles. After we agreed on a number, I thought all was well. turns out, they snuck 6.4% APR into the contract, as opposed to the (mentioned multiple times very clearly) promised 1.99% APR. I did not catch this until a year later however when I was reviewing the statement. They refused to remedy the error, saying there was nothing they could do.Also, expect to call 7 times before you get to speak with anyone, as no one ever wants to pick up the phone.Additionally, Toyota Financial Services has been charging me nearly $64 extra per month, when the monthly payment should have been totaling $710, I am instead getting charged $774.Last but not least, immediately after I bought my truck, I went on a road trip, upon during which, one of the headlights went out. Turns out, either the previous owner or the dealership had not installed the passenger side bulb correctly, it became unseated and burned right through its housing. Toyota refused that it was their fault and suspected it was I who messed with it, and would not remedy this (when I just spent $48k at their dealership). It would have been $1398 to replace the single headlight unit.Dont waste your time at this dealership unless you check literally every nook and cranny of your vehicle, and very carefully read through the contract, because I assure you that they will nickle and dime you, especially if you have a steady paycheck.

Travis Williams was amazing, very nice and personable guy. He made finding the right truck easy. He took his time to listen to what I was looking for and found exactly what I was looking for. Everytime I come back to the dealership I make it a point to go see Travis and he always greets me by name. Absolutely loved my experience at Lustine because of Travis and the quality product he delivers to his customers. I have bought many new and used cars and I always say that the finace office is the worst part but I have to say that working with Asad Haq was a pleasure as well. We highly recommend Cristian Guardado as a sales person. My husband had talked to Cristian about a week prior to us going to Lustine that we were interested in a 4Runner. We decided randomly on a Tuesday afternoon to go to Lustine so we didn’t know Cristian’s schedule and turns out we went on his day off but he let us know he would be there to help us out! Cristian immediately gave us the confidence that we needed and let us test drive the TRD PRO. We immediately fell in love with it! Cristian worked with us so well in trying to get us the best deal and had so much patience! Not pushy whatsoever! Thank you Cristian! We love our TRD PRO! :) I also want to thank Carlos Jovel for helping us!With that said, we do not recommend Brandon Bentley in finance. Everything had started off well but when we got to the lifetime protection he was way too pushy!! Made us feel like we had to say yes and DID NOT explain to us that when we got the lifetime protection and that if we ever decided to cancel it that our monthly payments would still stay the same. He also pushed the most expensive lifetime protection on us and didn’t even give us other options. Also, we did not appreciate him lying to us TWICE!! First he lied about the lifetime protection and then he lied to us that he would be able to fix the issue if we went back the next day and turns out that he wasn’t even there!! (He did not want to stay late to fix the issue) Please do not work with Brandon. He is extremely pushy and does not consider your monthly budget.We were able to get the lifetime protection issue fixed but with Haseeb Khalil (finance manager) we highly recommend him! He was able to fix our monthly payments back to what we wanted and even lowered our interest rate by 3% with the lifetime protection still added!!! Haseeb was very informative and patient with us. We are extremely grateful for Cristian and Haseeb and highly recommend working with them!

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fiesta from Lustine on 9/3/2021. I wanted a Toyota, but this car had the Lustine for Life warranty and guarantee on it. It had low miles too! The salesman was helpful and heard why I was buying and what my needs were for this particular vehicle. The Finance department is a mess. I was told I would receive a copy of everything that I signed in the mail. As of today, I still have not received it.I did go to the dealership today when I had the Ford Fiesta towed there due to a transmission issue (known as Ford as lost a class action lawsuit in 2020). The vehicle will not reverse which makes it quite difficult to drive. I did get a copy of the warranty information for the Lustine for Life warranty today, but my other paperwork was upstairs so the finance person assisting today was unable to retrieve it. I also noticed the price of the vehicle increased quite dramatically too.Now my car that I have not had for three weeks is at Lustine for an unknown amount of time to be fixed with no loaner car, and I have a car payment coming due in a couple of weeks. I do have concerns around the safety inspection and lack of an overall inspection of the vehicle. I do believe this should have been one of the vehicles sent to auction. Also, I checked the oil dipstick myself and there were only two small drops of oil when wiping the dipstick with a blue shop towel. I did this a total of four times, because I thought I surely had done something wrong as it says they changed the oil when it came into Lustine and another oil change was not due until 01/2022.While I did not get a warranty with a loaner/rental car apparently (which I did not have any of the warranty paperwork so Im not sure how I would know the specifics of their warranty plan), you can never go wrong by doing whats right as opposed to doing what the money leads you to do. This has cost me time off of work already, the cost of a Lyft, a tow, and trying to figure out what to do about a vehicle for the forseeable future.My best advice is to make sure you have the paperwork before you leave, get print outs explaining all aspects of the warranty in writing. It may also be worth having your own mechanic look over and inspect the vehicle if it is used. Also, if making a used vehicle purchase, always bring your own OBD scanner to use when you test drive the vehicle. It is super simple to operate and you can have so much insightful information within a minute. I did not bring mine this time, and I thought it wouldnt be a big deal since it is Lustine and they usually back the vehicles they sell. It also had Lustine for Life. I will never make that mistake again. With any standard base model scanner you can also tell the last time that the error codes were cleared. That is very important!

I had an issue with my a/c leaking. But asked if they could check one more thing. They did and found out a shop (outside of Toyota) put after market parts on my car. So my car was making some noise. I had such an amazing experience with Lustine. Alex G. was so helpful and I am happy he put together a plan for what I need to get done in the near future. Excellent customer service!

I wish I could say it was a good experience but I can’t. The day mirrored the commercial on the Carmax commercial that mocks car dealerships. They constantly kept me waiting to “check with the manager”. The Salesperson made a comment about “I won’t be making any money on this”. The salesperson, off to the side, told me he could probably “push” to get the Sales Manager to go for price “x” (which was higher than I wanted). I then told him the Salea Manager already offered me that price and rejected it. I was looking for the “out the door” price and the Sales Manager decided that extending my payments would then meet my budget. That wasn’t the issue. He had no idea what my budget was. By the time it was over I was exhausted and felt used and bullied.Should I have walked? Of course but the Car Dealers know that right now they have the upper hand. This is why I only buy a car once every 10 years.I hope that Lustine Toyota’s service after the sale is better than the car buying experience was.

Spoke up for me several times during the wheel and worked with me. Even assisted me after the deal with several things days after the purchase. I waited for about an hour and 45 mins to get an update and was told they havent even started yet. I asked the agent when they would beging and she told me in 15 mins or so. I told her to get my car. She told me they have been really busy and if I would like to reschedule. I said no and walked out. Went to a dealership 45 mins from my house and was done in an hour or so. My lease is up in a few months and I will gladly take my business to that other dealership.

Just bought a new highlander and was super happy with Mr. Guardado. He worked with us to get a good deal and was very helpful. There was kind of a long wait due to short staff for the day but they made up for it by getting us through the last steps quickly once we were able to speak to the finance office. I bought a gray 2021 Camry hybrid from them. This was my first time buying a car and I had been shopping around for a while at various Toyota dealers and didnt feel like I was getting a good deal. After asking a co-worker they recommended Lustine as he has bought cars from their Dodge department for years and liked them for their work and warranties. I got my pricing done by Mike (sales manager I believe) and James Foerter for my sale person. James answered my questions in a easy to understand way for me while not getting bogged down in the details. It was a rather good experience besides the me having been nervous about making a purchase such as this. They will certainly be the first dealership i return when it is time for my next car, and will be asking for James.

Bought a jeep and sold a jeep with Lustine, quick and easy. Soon after had a flat tire, probably a nail on the highway, then the tire shop suspected I had suspension damage because the new tire looked like it was rubbing on the frame. Needless to say I went back to Lustine to find some answers, it took them little time to find out that the knuckleheads at the tire shop put on an oversized tire! They probably saved me $1000 on doing some frame diagnostic only to find nothing. Strongly recommend shopping with them.

Purchased epp, under carriage, electrical and other after market products for my car, around $2000.00 USD. When I left the car to be serviced, I was called and texted soon that car was ready. I came to pickup my car and the only thing done to the car was oil around the tires. The car had not been touched. I made a remark to the service advisor to make sure the car was serviced as agreed. He didnt bother. I left the car again and asked him that I had paid for this, thus service the car. 2 days later I was called again that it was ready and and when I came to pick it up again,, it was more dirty than how I had left the car. After talking to the manager he offered to wash the car. Dont purchase extra stuff. Its a scam .

I took my car for a tire rotation and safety inspection, I had always have safety inspection for free and now they charged me $20. Tire rotation was not done and they charged $48 for a service that I didn’t received. How do I know they didn’t do tire rotation?? Well I marked my tires before taking my car to Lustine Toyota. Be smart and don’t get fooled for this people who just want your money.

I have had the worst car purchase experience at this dealership. Their staff does not care about customer satisfaction, they only care about how much money they an rip off of you.The night I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner, I worked with Sumit, the salesman and Asad, the finance manager. I didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously and I should have walked away at that moment. We finally agreed to the out the door price of $47k to include the dealer fees, etc. however, I was pushed into additional warranties that i said multiple times that I did not want. I was made to feel like I would be crazy to refuse the offer. However, nothing was explained to me and over 10k of warranties were added to my pre-owned vehicle without my understanding, 62k. I called the very next day to cancel the unwanted warranties and no one at the dealership was willing to help me. I was met with demeaning attitude by the finance director, Christine, who told me I was “thinking backwards” and made me feel dumb and embarrassed. It was not until I received a phone call from their finance concierge, Shannon, that I could finally get my concerns heard and action taken on the matter. She was the only person that has tried to better my experience and set a great example of customer satisfaction. However, despite Shannon and myself attempting to make contact with someone at the dealership, it took a over a week to receive a call back from Asad. Whom continued to fight me on my decision.I regret giving my business to Lustine Toyota and I have made certain all of my friends, family, and military colleagues across multiple states know not to either.

Made my appt for an oil change through the app with no specific advisor and added a comment to also get my windows checked because after I purchased, they started sticking. App confirmed it with my comment. Went in half an hour early, was handed off my keys to the lady who check in my car she took them from me and threw them into my cup holder. Went upstairs to then be told I scheduled an appt with an advisor whose not working and that my windows wouldn’t be able to be looked because it was Saturday. To which my response was — the app auto-selected the person, how was I to know? And if you have selected services you only do on weekends, list them somewhere so customers are aware. Waited an 1.45minutes to be returned to me, they apparently did the due diligence to look over the window tracks but nothing is apparent as the rain isn’t allowing for the same symptoms to show how/why it sticks. My car was turned into me with a noodle of lo-mein sitting in my drivers side seat.

Update: All issues have been resolved and I really appreciate a company fixing a customers complaint with grace and dexterity. Thanks Lustine Toyota.Took my vehicle in to get the aftermarket treatments they pitch you at financing. Had appointment at 0800 and wasnt seen until 0930. I wasnt given any updated until moments before they close that it was done at which point I went to pick it up. They promised they would buff out the minor scratches the vehicle had but they didnt remove a single one!They gave me the keys to the vehicle and said it was in the back of the lot. I looked for it for 15 minutes and couldnt find it, asked for help and they sent a porter to find it and it took him 30 minutes to track it down.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!The loan lady said my daughters loan was approved and gave her the car now the license plates are expired and theyre trying to FORCE her to sign a new contract with significantly higher interest rate saying that if she doesnt do it shell have to pay for the mileage she used on the car. We cant drive the car to the dealership because the tags are expired and they want her to illegally drive the car back. I told them that they can come and get the car but theyre refusing threatening us with legal issues

Service was more than excellent. Travis-sales, Gabby- programs, & Brandon of finance were all professional. I was a very difficult customer & Travis never ceased to be kind & helpful. I left with a vehicle & decided I didnt like the seats. Returned next day & Travis spent hours with me test driving other models, then finding a car I wanted that wasnt even on their lot! Let me just say what a PLEASURE it was working with the General Sales Manager Enrique Marquez. Years ago at other dealerships, when I would negotiate for a car, Id waste hours of my time going back and forth, playing four square. With Enrique, it was the exact opposite. I literally called him yesterday afternoon, negotiated a price within about two minutes (and trust me, I do my homework before calling dealerships especially with their Lustine For Life Warranty), and wrapped up the deal this morning when I went down to pick up the car. In total between the phone call and signing the paperwork this morning, I would say I invested a total of 25 minutes of my time. Amazing. It was a super-seamless transaction and Enrique gave me an awesome and honest deal on a car. Great price, and Enrique Marquez was pleasant, friendly, and honest.
