I have had to go to this location only twice as an emergency alternative. And both times I have been profiled, questioned, and belittle by both the Hispanic employees and some other Caucasian. Both times I kept my cool but they have absolutely no right to assume and treat people less. Horrible people, horrible customer service. It’s hair product, not a top secret job. They need a reality check

I attended a local cosmetology school close to this location. Any time i walk in, if there is someone at the counter they greet me by asking what can i help you look for today? Normally i greet them back & say im fine but i will ask once i have a question thank you. I gazed around & decided on this color (pictured below), but when i was choosing a color the lady from behind the counter followed me to five different aisles. The store has only 3 aisles of color, then to make sure she was following me i went down the nail polish aisle & accessories aisles like color mixing bowls. You have to be licensed just to walk in this store, i cant explain how uncomfortable i felt visiting this location throughout receiving my education at a local school. Please fix this location !

The management there is always so helpful and go out there way to help every time. I love good customer service. I will always go here for the great service.

Due to being open early i stopped by and simply asked if they sell only products or hair as well. The cashier stated just products and then informed me of the beauty store across the parking lot and how they sell bundles for $5-6 dollars. I appreciated the redirection but the cheap bundle comment rubed me the wrong way

If I could give less than a star I would. You walk in, they don’t offer any assistance, no “Do you need help looking for anything” because the layout of the store is like going through a labyrinth. Things that are supposed to be next to each other, aren’t. So I go to pay and I get my card out because I’m a licensed professional who knows that’s what I’m supposed to do. She looks at it as if I had just handed her a fake I.D. Proceeded to scan it, I have problems with mine so I doesn’t scan into the dept it’s supposed to. She asks me what I’m licensed in (I was buying hair color, developer, and a weaving comb) I tell her she can type in my number and name or call, which I know she can do because I’ve worked with that company for 5 years. She doesn’t do any of that she instead asks me for my license and writes down my first, MIDDLE, and last. When I try and pay, I had my client there, because after all the color was for her. And the lady (Rud is her name, and that’s exactly what she was) tells me she can’t pay, even though she is licensed also!! I ask if it’s Virginia law because it’s not CosmoProf rules. I had great managers who knew the rules. This is not a good manager and doesn’t know how to keep customers. Drive the extra distance and forget this location exists.

This review is ONLY for this location and its staff ONLY. First and foremost Im NEVER coming back here again. Their staff and management are rude and do little to work with you. I am a student and have my student card which the lady at the register didnt accept for color products...whats the point in having a card if I need to carry my school contract every time I come in to buy things. I only came here from MD because my mother in law lives in Woodbridge and I wanted to color her hair. Now I have to go back to MD to buy just one tube of the color. Ridiculous!

I absolutely love what the Woodbridge Cosmoprof offers. The ladies that work there are so nice, sweet and always greet you when you come in and ask you if you need any help looking for something specific. Also educating me on the products and classes they offer. Ive Been a customer for over 10 years. Love my ladies Tara, Rud and Lynn!

Rude staff didn’t even open the door for me when I left the store and had to come back because I left something inside my car. It was 6:02 and they close early at 6 and they didn’t let me back in. I just wanted to buy a color that was right next to the check out area. The manager and the employee completely ignored me as I waited outside for 7 minutes. Rude service. Also they don’t carry Pravana which sucks.
