I get VIP treatment here. I spend a large amount twice a month and they give gifts and carry my bag a to the car. They take their time helping me I never feel rushed. Very good, customer service. The membership helps a lot also, decent amount of credits you receive back.

Never shop here again, these people are liars!!! Before I purchased my items I asked the clerk about the return policy. She told me I could exchange an item with receipt, but no refund, which was fine. I tried to exchange an unopened hair color for a different shade and was denied. The clerk should have been clear that some items cant be exchanged at all. Just be honest. I dont do business with thieves, amazon from now on.

The Beauty 4 U Staff are always Cold. They are Stoned Faced, and NEVER SMILE. Great Customer Service is definitely not their policy. Loyal and frequent buying African American shoppers keep this business going. Beauty 4 U shows us no respect or appreciation for shopping in their stores. We African Americans possibly make up 75% of their entire customer base, yet are given zero respect.

Customer service is horrible both on the phone and in person.I called in and the person answering the phone didnt give a cordial introduction or any introduction as a matter of fact she simply stated the hours of operation. When I arrived in person to the store no one asked to provide assistance like they normally do at other stores. I ended up going to a different store since they did not have what I was looking for.

Cashier was very rude from the moment I entered. Demanded my infant wear a face mask (18 months old) and tried to belittle me for following CDC guidelines regarding infants. The owner then gave the cashier an adult mask that they wanted my baby to wear

I called and asked for ITIP hair abs the cashier hands the phone over to someone else and goes “can you talk to this women i don’t what she saying” I felt that was extremely rude and she had an attitude because she didn’t know what ITIP has was....definitely won’t be coming to there store

It can be a little overwhelming when you first come in the stores. I think that they have a great selection to choose from but everything seemed to be over priced.

The salesperson provided excellent service she gets 5 stars for the service provided to my sister who was shopping for wigs. During the purchase, my sister was told she can return the same day. Well,my sister tried on the boxes wig after purchase and it wasnt the same. Ms. Lee tried to make it look like the wig that was tried on previously before purchase but the weft wasnt the same. It wasnt the same hair. My sister asked for the refund that she was told she could get by cashier. Ms. Lee tried to argue with my sister, but ultimately given the refund for that wig. Ms. Lee was nasty and told my sister not to come back. I think its appalling considering my sister spent over $300.00.

This facility will not let their Customers use the restroom! This is terrible in this day and edge that you can go somewhere and spend your hard earned money and be treated as a criminal when you walk in the door. This is a very basic necessity to offer to your customers. If you are having problems with people stealing then purchase cameras!!! All brown skinned people do not steal !!!!!!! Wow maybe, I should just shop online and use my own restroom. This is unbelievable.......

They have good relible hair thats affordable. Nicely set place.

This place literally has everything you need for hair + body especially if youre of an ethnic background. From weaves, mannequins, hair products, lotions clippers for haircuts, and even mirrors, everything youre most likely looking for seems to be here and its not that bad of a price.Although the employees wont necessarily greet you when you enter (even on an empty day), they will always be of help if you have a question about a product or where to locate one in their store. It seems like people who work here obviously work here because they use some of the products here. There are even some things sold here that when you look on places like Amazon, normally would cost more online but are cheaper in the store.

I wanted. While not the biggest store out of the local locations, this one offers the most friendly employees. Here you feel like your person and dollar matters. They have those random items that some of their sister locations do not. So you can get something different - not wild, but different. I was here close to closing and didnt feel as if they were shoving me out the door. They answered all of my questions, and even allowed me to grab a last second item I recalled I wanted. So all in all, I was glad to purchase what I wanted here.

I love it because it is organized, clean and the staff is friendly however their prices are higher than other surrounding stores.

I have been coming here for a while now, the service is ok. It is about once in a blue moon they hire someone who is not nonchalant and low key attitude. Today was a good day for them, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the lady at check out was cool.

I love the Beauty 4U store. Its big, with many supplies and hair to chose from. The wig prices are a slight high compared to Chicago wig stores. By about $10 dollars.However I am heading there today. I need human hair tracks. Woodbrige Prince William.

I like this shop such a wide variety and I dont feel like they are following me around the shop waiting for me to steal something.Now I have an issue with their wigs policy yes you pay a dollar for the cap but they have a limit if how many wigs you can try on.Its true Ive been up the road with them twice on this stupid policy only three or four you can try on so I refuse to purchase a wig from them for just that reason.

It has great weave and extentions and the lip gloss is yhe best it sell one of the top selled hair gell called eco styling gell

If I could give less than one star I would! They sold me merchandise that was over 15 years old!!!! They also refused to refund or let me exchange my item despite it being incorrect. As another person wrote in their review, they will throw in your face that you saw it before you bought it as if that means you cant be disappointed with the product or simply make a human error! Why even give a receipt if you refuse to accept refunds/exchanges? Do not shop here!!!

Very rude young African American sales person that helped me about an hour ago. Didnt bother to speak or say anything besides ring up my item. The Asian female employee was a bit rude and vague when I asked where a product was located.Dont waste your time patronizing this place.

Do not come here. I just left with my cousin to return hair. First, the cashier/manager said the hair was damaged. We told him we literally just bought it within the hour so we didnt know how it was damaged. He got an attitude and started being rude saying the hair was damaged. He finally gave us a refund but they can only do store credit or exchange for something else. Do not come here, you can find a nicer beauty store with a better return policy and people in this area. This is not worth the stress and mess.

I went into this establishment used to be pleasant but today I had a bad experience. I am tired of a place giving bad customer experience for no reason at all. I came into this place after leaving its sister store up the street and purchasing a wig cap. I ask the the lady do I need to buy a new one and she said yes which I understand for hygiene but then I ask do I get the purchase of my wig cap back once I purchase the wig and she Rudely said no! I do not understand why because her sister store do and I have shopped in her specific location numerous times and did not have to pay for wig cap or received fund back when I purchased wig. I am all about following rules but I hate improper customer service when I am expected to purchase from you. I will never go back and I suggest for others to not since being respectful is not an option in this location to their paying customers.

I was literally the only person in there & one of the workers followed me around like I was going to steal the whole time I was trying to find some hair. I didnt have a large bag or anything. I never get followed in stores & I guess they get stolen from a lot but that means u need more cameras & not follow people around and make them uncomfortable

Staff follow certain people and are often quite rude to customers that are just asking questions. Assume you should know their merchandise. Recently went to this store and noticed staff are more likely to overtly watch younger women then older women...not a good atmosphere to shop in. One by Target is less disrespectful by large margin.Last straw was when staff talked behind my back about my attire and lack of makeup, as if I were a mannequin!Please, invest in some customer service classes for your employees...

This was the worst experience in a retail store that I have ever had mr. Hahn wasted my time as well as Sean. The customer service was horrible. I will never step foot in that beauty store ever again I will drive an additional 10 miles if needed. Save your money dont shop there. Great selection for lashes, makeup and hair products

I googled black owed beauty supply stores in Woodbridge, VA and Beauty 4 U popped up on the side LMAO #ClearlyNot Anyhow, I did visit the location near the Target store today and the customer service was awful. I will travel outside of Woodbridge to purchase my hair needs if necessary but I will never patronize this business again.

Piss poor manager customer service. If a customer is asking to speak to a manager the manager should address the customers concern not send the cashier.

They are higher priced than sallys depending on the product. But they have an array of hair care products.They do not have a flexable return policy so if you buy it, its yours to keep. I went back 2hours after buying a flat iorn and realized it was the wrong one and they refused to let me exchange.
