Amazing experience! I believe the salesman’s name is Andre. He introduced himself and gave me his name once again at the end of the visit, but I was so amazed by the willingness to help me find exactly what I needed and his knowledge of the product as well as his politeness and professionalism that I can’t recall if his name is, in fact, Andre! Lol. I frequent stores in the area, but the quality of service at this Mattress Firm is the best, hands down!

This was back in 2020. The employee at the Mattress Firm was good until the paperwork and was on his phone too much. Then when bed delivered they put it too high and we didnt get the wire to raise both sides. I called the store never got a call back or the wire to this day.

From researching, laying and finally purchasing a new mattress. CHRIS was very helpful and knowledgeable of various mattresses that would suit me. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had. A few more day of researching and reading reviews on mattresses. My husband and I were so disappointed with the service at Mattress Firm. What started as a positive buying experience with Wayne, went very poorly once our box spring was delivered and needed to be returned. Once the mattress and box spring were set up on our new bed, my husband and I noticed that the set up was way too tall. It was at least 4 feet high and way too unsafe to sleep on. After it was delivered and signed for, we decided to call them an hour after to request a return. Wayne answered the phone and was pretty dismissive of our issue. And even though during the sale process made it sound like the return process was generous and easy, told us that because we signed for it and the deliver guys removed the plastic from the box spring, we have to pay the full delivery fee and a 20% restock fee. Basically accused us of ignoring the terms and conditions that we were literally forced to sign. I also shared with him that I was surprised that he even sold us the box spring since the mattress has a tag on it that said it doesn’t require a box spring. His response was “they all have those tags.” He was very accusatory to us and talked to me like I was a idiot.Take this review a major buyers beware if you shop with Mattress Firm. Once you make the purchase you are basically on your own. Look over your delivery with a fine tooth comb and don’t let the delivery people pressure or rush you into signing off. Once they are out the door, you will be out a lot of cash if you have to do a return. Don’t believe the sales person when they say the process is generous or easy.I doubt we will ever shop Mattress Firm ever again and I do not recommend them.

He assisted me to determine the kind of mattress I wanted and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend the store and will definitely come back in future!

I had to do an exchange on my first purchase because the comfort was not what we expected but the return / exchange experience was made easy by Jay. I will be contacting Jay regarding my second mattress and do not anticipate any difficulties. I believe the prices are fair as well.

Jay was the best! I had gone to mattress warehouse before that and was only shown the most expensive beds. Jay took the time to show me every bed I wanted to see no matter the price. He talked to me about pillows, about comfort and schooled me on all things mattresses. He was not a pushy salesman. He seemed like a really honest straight forward guy. I had such a positive experience at this store. The people who work here are not only Knowledgeable about the products are selling they do not push any type of brand or product on you and they will give you their honest opinion about each product. They are so friendly and caring. I came in with my two kids 1 and 3 and as i did my shopping they did not mind then running wild. Went to this location based off of the other awesome reviews and was not disappointed. Bea is simply amazing and definitely knows her stuff. So we bought a bed. at Mattress Firm in Woodbridge at Dillingham Square. Shahnaz Perveen was the sales rep and was kind and patient while my husband and I appeared to try every bed in the store. Ms. Perveen gave us special paper covers to be covid safe and we were very comfortable with her. Once we made the selection, Ms. Perveen walked us through the entire process and made certain we were clear on every detail. In short, no sales pressure which was very nice indeed.

Horrible. When we purchased our bed online. Nowhere did it say out of stock. We were surprised to receive a delivery notification that was 2 months away! Why would they think I would wait that long? I had to contact them to cancel before I found out it was out of stock!? Was I interested in another bed they asked? LoL no. Not with company that hides product availability in attempts to make it seem like standard operating procedure and make the customer wait MONTHS with no explanation. No way

Visited previously and Bea helped us navigate the perfect bed for us. Came back today and saw Jay who helped us purchase. Both were exceptional in their customer service and personal protection during our visit (use of single-use pillow covers, gave us a fresh pen to sign documents with and then asked us to keep the pen, hand sanitizer station when you walk into the store). Will definitely go back in the future. Hope delivery goes as smoothly!Follow-up on delivery: A glitch in the system removed our delivery address, so instead of us getting our mattress on Sept 3, we got it on Sept 5. Jay was nice enough to refund the delivery charge; however, it was a major inconvenience as we took off work and sat around waiting for delivery on Sept 3. When the guys got here with our order they essentially just put the stuff in our room and went to leave - we had to ask them to unroll the mattress and take the trash (as per the delivery terms we signed up for).All in all, we would most likely order from Mattress Firm again, with the knowledge that we would have to stay on top of them for delivery.

Working remotely has created a sleep deficit. Not knowing what to do I looked at my flimsy pillows and thought perhaps the pillows are my problem. Well yes, they were my problem. Despite being skeptical about going into any mattress store based on many horrible reviews for actual stores and online businesses, my wife and I were greeted by Bea with a very pleasant smile and voice. Within minutes she expertly answered questions and showed us mattresses for us to try out. During our conversation we quickly felt like we had known her for a long time. Our goal was to determine a couple of choices and the cost of the choices. Bea exceeded our goal without any pressure and we left the store to study the information. We happily returned 2 days later and purchased a king size mattress, adjustable base, and a special bundle with pillows, cover, and special bamboo sheets at a great price! My mother was moving cross-country. She ordered a bed from Mattress Firm in California and the salesperson there made an error on the order. We didnt realize this until Mattress Firm delivered our mattress with two bed springs rather than one bed spring and a frame. Shahnaz took care of us delivering the frame at no cost to us. In a time of stress (moving) this was a very welcomed Christmas present.
