I recently purchased carpet from A To Z Carpet & Rug Inc. The quality and services that was provided was excellent. The owner of the shop was very knowledgeable of the product and extremely friendly. I will definitely use this company again for future purchases.

I recently had my bedrooms recarpeted and they turned out great, even better than expected! The prices were competitive, they were knowledgeable and they were very easy to work with and caring. The customer service was excellent, the owner is very nice, something you don’t see much anymore. It was refreshing to work with such a nice company.

My wife and I are so thankful to Ali and Wilquins for the beautiful rug we purchased from them. They were knowledgeable, professional and they gave us a great deal.

Ali installed my whole house carpet with highest quality STAINMASTER carpet with much lower price then lowes and home depot.

We agreed to one price over the phone. Then they did the work. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, they said I owed them 50% MORE than the agreed upon price. RED FLAG! Their explanation was that the person who quoted me the price basically didnt have the authority to do so. The way I see it, that SHOULD NOT BE MY PROBLEM! However, it became my problem.They recommend that everyone (even for small jobs) should literally drive all the way to their store just to sign a piece of paper. I said, That makes perfect sense...since obviously your customers cant trust what YOU say over the phone.Also of note, the workers missed a couple of our appointments, and didnt even bother to call. All-in-all, their actions showed a HUGE disregard for my time, my money, and for keeping their word.Just to be fair, I will say that they were typically pleasant to talk to and they actually performed well on the job. However, I will still be avoiding them in the future.

Mr. Ali and his staff were very prompt and courteous. They have just finished recarpeting a basement for me and I must say that I am pleased with the overall work. I would definitely use his company again.

I do not do reviews. However, in this instance, had to. The service and pricing are Steller. The quality of installation, excellent. Go ahead; shop around. You will come back. You do not find this quality of service and customer satisfaction from a big box store. Real old fashion customer service lives here. I truly enjoyed the experience.

Love this place! I cant imagine a better place to shop for carpets and tiles.They have a wonderful and huge selection of everything we wanted and an amazing array or prices to fit just about any budget!Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! I just moved into a new home that is all wood floors. Ali, the owner, was fantastic. he helped me get exactly what i needed for my new home and surprisingly it was pretty cheap. I highly reccomend to anyone!

Great customer service. You got to trust these guys work. They do their own thing, and have been in the business for a long time. Sit back and relax. The job will get done in excellence even if there are a few hiccups! Highly recommend using them!!!
