I called on Monday they installed on Tuesday and were in and out within 4 hours. They did 3 bedrooms and pulled up old carpet and replaced it with new carpet. Included in the price was moving furniture in and out of the room which included disassembling and reassembling my bed which they did perfectly without damage.

Premier flooring did an amazing job install Hardwood throughout our main level and stairs and LVP throughout our basement. There crew was extremely professional and there free estimate beat the other flooring competitors we got quotes from. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to get any flooring done.

I spoke with Joe today and received a rough estimate to get flooring installed in my house (1200 sq ft) and was pleasantly surprised with their fair pricing! Joe was very knowledgeable with the information and by the end of the phone call it felt like I was talking to a friend! He took the stress away as this will be a big purchase. Still gathering money to get the job done but I will NOT be going anywhere else. Joe has earned my business now as well as anything in the future. Definitely recommend to friends/family. Zach from Premier Flooring came to my house and gave me an estimate to install new hardwood floors. Once he and his (English speaking) crew came to the house and started, they found an issue with my sub floor. To my surprise we had to make some modifications so the floor to make sure we did not have problems later. I was impressed that Zach took the time to make sure the floor was going to be done correctly when the could have easily just finished the flooring and left me to find out years later. I was so impressed with their honesty that I gave them the backsplash and pot filler job as well which the again did an amazing job on.

I had 3 quotes and they were right in the middle for pricing. We got luxury vinyl and could not be happier with the outcome. We received great service and the installers werepolite and clean.

Although this business may seem like an adequate place to shop, its not. The workers are underpaid and overworked. The owner himself isnt too charming either, well hes charming when hes trying to get your business. Hes very rude. His Re-Stocking fee and other fees are a bunch of BS, used to trap you or else you have to pay a heavy levy.Very SHADY business!

Zach came to our home to give us an estimate, on time I may add, he was much more professional than the other companies that I had out. He gave us a price that was very competitive with the others however, his personality and responsiveness was the best. They came here on time and over overperformed. We are eager to have Zach do the flooring in the rest of our home very soon.

I did quite a bit of research in regards to who I would have doing my floors. I couldnt have been happier that I decided to go with Premier Flooring. I really wanted to use this company, but got a bit of a red flag when the owner kept ignoring my messages and calls regarding a job he agreed to do, we just needed him to send us a copy of his contractors license. Initially there was a bit of an issue with my condo property management that complicated and delayed work, but once we got the OK from management, the owner sent over some signed paperwork... but we still needed his contractors license.I finally got a hold of him by calling via my work number (which he didnt recognize), and when I asked him if he received my messages re the license, he sounded like I caught him off guard and said that he was planning on getting back to me, but he couldnt find a copy of his license and that he may have to go all the way to Richmond to get another one... he also said hes been swamped with snow removal jobs with his other business... A) Im not sure how hes able to continue to do residential and commercial projects without a paper or digital copy of his license readily availableand B) it only snowed for like a day when I had last contacted him and he had plenty of time to follow up.This makes me feel like he just didnt want to do the job anymore, which is fine. Maybe its because he didnt want to deal with any potential liability issues with my condo, but I at least expected l some professional courtesy with him just telling me right away he cant/wont do the job. Ghosting me was highly unprofessional, and its a shame because our initial consultation went great and he gave us such a great deal on the estimate. If this is all a misunderstanding, Ill revise my review, but for now, Im pretty disappointed.
