The customer service here is incredible and the ice cream is amazing. Jenna was so kind and patient when I went and helped me decide on a flavor. Their black cherry ice cream is the way to go!

In the summer time calories do not count. I come here every non raining day of the season. My favorite flavor is orange and vanilla and black cherry and vanilla twist. Great mom and pop ice cream shop!

Frostie Moose is a great place to get ice cream! There is outdoor seating and its a perfect place to go bike ride to. There is so many flavors and toppings you can choose from. My favorite ice cream there is mint chocolate chip with chocolate chips.

The moose painting could be more realistic. One would think it’s a male based on the antlers, but it lacks a certain “quality” that truly makes it a male (if you know what I mean) I’m a sucker for realism what can I say? Pretty good ice cream though

Staff is still wearing masks which is always nice to see, as they are food handling. They are also very kind both to the customers and with a new trainee during a rush. The ice cream is of course delicious.

The family had a nice time picking up milkshakes today. first time visit. was a nice experience. heed their warning about the lid on the shakes. things can go bad quickly if the lid pops off.

I like this shop for their huge servings, decent prices. Although a few of the young people that work the counter would definitely benefit from some customer service training... some of the snarky attitudes and impatience makes me drive in another direction to a different ice cream shop.

Most definitely the best ice cream spot in Woodbridge! Great priced ice cream and fast service. Got a chocolate vanilla swirl with sprinkles. A basic order and they knocked it out the park. It was tasty and ice cold. The cone was fresh and sturdy as well.The decor was nice as well. While there isnt much going on around the spot, and you have to pretty much drive there, no walking entrances around this area, it is nice and clean around and outside.10/10 would and have come again!

Frostie moose reminds me of home. The soft serve and different flavors they offer are always spot on. I appreciate they give the young high school children a chance at work. I think they offer them the opportunity to learn work ethic and probably money management as well. I may be taking it to far, haha. We are soft serve snobs and are always looking for good soft serve. DC doesn’t have many options, but this place makes up for it. This is hands down the best soft serve in the whole DMV area. Had the chocolate soft serve waffle cone with chocolate sprinkles and it was EXCELLENT all around! 😋

My wife and I come here all the time. Its great tasting ice cream and very cheap. We have to get the small because they give you So much ice cream. I tried their marshmallow sundae daily special....wow it was great. Never have any complaints, management and staff are always so nice. Its great to see a small business take care of their customers. After I had their amazing ice cream with all the different choices and flavors, I have literally never been to another ice cream shop around since. A friends recent experience went as follows:.....1st visit ever, friendly staff and the soft serve was good. However things quickly changed when an older white customer came in with his 2 dogs. He sat at a table near me and my children. My 5 yr old was excited about all the moose paraphernalia and he wanted to look at them which were behind this mans seat. The man tells my son to get back. So I told my son to sit down and being 5 he got back up within a few minutes and tried to go back over to the moose. It was then that this man had the audacity to back his chair into my son. I asked what his problem was and he said my son is disturbing his dogs. So I tell him if thats the case then maybe you should take the dogs outside. His reply - my dogs belong here. Huh, and I dont, my children dont? I spoke to the manager and when she seemed as if she was going to defend this man I left with my children. If you care more about dogs than people (paying customers) then you wont be getting my business ever again. 1st impressions are very important.

Hands down best ice cream place around. Its hard to find a locally owned shop around here with a great family feel. The ice cream is great and the sizes are larger than expected. The owner knows people by name and memorizes their regular orders from week to week. They also go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable eating the toppings (since I have a peanut allergy). They always wash their hands and get toppings from the back to make sure there is no cross contamination.Overall this is our new tradition for a great weekend treat.

Interesting ice cream, soft serve with tons of flavor options. The way the flavor is applied looks nice but the ice cream was lacking in flavor. It was like a hint of flavor vice it all being that flavor. Edit: Forgot to mention the staff was super friendly and helpful. Probably the friendliest staff in the area.

We checked their Facebook page earlier in the day to see what the flavor of the day was and decided to try it out (caramel). They also had a specialty sundae that used the flavor of the day and that was delicious as well!Price: Totally reasonable. Youre supporting a mom and pop establishment so feel good about where your money is going! The owner is right in there with the rest of the team which is always a great sign :)Seating: Outdoor picnic tables as well as some indoor seating (highchairs available).Bottom line: A great local spot to grab some soft serve! My grandson and l have been having our Ice Cream date every Friday for three years now. The owner and staff are amazing and friendly. They welcome everyone as they enter and Thank You when you leave. The ice cream and frozen yogurt is delicious and creamy. We will be leaving in June to go overseas for two years, but we are looking forward to returning when we come back. It will be sad to leave our favorite place to enjoy ice cream.

On my way now to get it. The milkshakes are awesome too. They dont use chocolate syrup to make the chocolate milkshake. But the mint syrup added is yummy.
