Very nice location! Good frozen yogurt and friendly staff! The plastic glove requirement is a bit over the top! I’d prefer to sanitize and move forward but to each their own!

Update: the owner commented under my review with an explanation and offer to try them again, so I’m making this a 5 star review, because that’s pretty classy! Maybe they are open now....I’ll investigate.I think they are over priced and have super cheap spoons. I can’t comment on inside because this is a quarantine. We always go to Cold Stone, so compared to there, this is less toppings and about half the amount of ice cream. For $9, i think I got the same as the green cup, in a bigger cup. I got the biggest size and the ice cream cake up about 2/3 of the bowl. The pink bowls had a little peaking above the rim. The “4 servings” of brownies toppings amounts to two brownie bites. The white chocolate chips are the same as all over. The caramel is good. My daughter liked the cake batter flavor and cookie dough topping.

The male employee is the most attentive when fixing the yogurt stations.The many times I have visited, 1 - 3 yogurt stations were not working, and they were out of mochi for a long time.

A young man named Christian was working here this afternoon and was so helpful, friendly, attentive and kind. I was truly surprised by the customer service we received today. I havent been here in years but will definitely be back after todays visit. Also, the cheesecake and cookies n cream was delicious!

Good selection, awesome staff and fresh toppings. We got five smalls for about 16 dollars, which I thought was great. I can personally vouch for the cheesecake, raspberry-pomegranate and dole whip flavors. I wasn’t fond of the chocolate but my daughter loved it.

3 pm on a Friday and half of the toppings are missing and the half are soggy from who knows what. Talk the only person shift and received a shrug. You might want to start caring about your customers if you want to stay in business

We were waiting a bit for those in front of us to checkout. Instead of coming to us next (you know, melting yogurt), the young lady greeted the next group of customers and checked her phone before allowing us to choose toppings- all with the same gloves. My visit was unimpressive.

Something for everyone and the only place with tart yogurt in the area. Delicious!

I love this place and the nice decorations inside. The frozen yogurt I got was delicious with nutella (if youre allergic to ingredients in nutella, dont try it). They had a $5 cup special the day I went 😊 (March 9).

To tell you the truth, I dont go here often. But when I do, their ice cream be good as heck. Especially the fruit poppers(mixing it with chocolate is a huge no no for me though)

The dolewhip was good. The strawberry was subpar. You cant try any of the flavors bc they dont have a good method of sharing samples during the pandemic. In my opinion, I think theres an easy fix. All youd need to do is prepare samples in advance of customers and set them aside in a separate freezer.

THEEEE BEST FROYO! Im from Michigan and whenever I come to visit my sister I make sure I stop by and get froyo. I have my 2 nieces hooked too!

I wish the flavors were rotated more because im obsessed with RASPBERRY POMEGRANATE, the service is mediocre on a good day when the cashier actually pays attention to you which i understand its alot of distraction which is why i want to pay & run to my car with my frozen yogurt !! But other than that i really love the real fruit options & how you guys try to keep it clean with all the mess that gets made 😍

I give it 5 stars because the ice was very good. I just think for almost 2 scopps of ice cream and a few nuts for $8.00 was waaaaay to rich for me. I will stick to Breyer 1/2 gal for $3.00-$4.00.

Classic Sweet Frog shop with all the fixings. This location lacks many flavors and if you go on a weekday they may have only 3 flavors. Be mindful that Friday afternoon theres a lot of kids with their parents and that sometimes they do parties. Very friendly staff and place is clean. Though the cleanliness depends on the customers as well

Friendly folks, lots of different flavors and tons of toppings.For anyone who hasnt been to a Sweet Frog before (my first time was last week), they serve many different flavors of soft serve frozen yogurt (you can try little samples for free) along with vanilla/chocolate/swirl ice cream (at least at this location) with an assortment of toppings. You get your own bowl, put what you want in it, and then pay based on the weight. The topping include various candies and fruits, and the fruits are fresh.

I like how theyve adapted at this time of crisis cause I can still get my froyo in peace!

Its sweet, creamy and good, like every other similar place. Friday night was booming. Very popular with families. The toppings are endless and wondrous. My complaint:. I woke up the next day with a large red eye reaction. After 5 days I still have. There is something in it which shouldnt be. We cant go back. Well stick to ice cream from the grocery.

Covid changes a lot but still great

Kids and adults alike enjoyed it here. There is frozen yogurt and ice cream with plenty of flavors. The customer service was ok, but one of the workers just ignored us when we asked questions. Otherwise we had a good time. (Its pay by the weight so watch the little kids. They can quickly add way too much to their cups)

My daughter and I enjoy this frozen yogurt place. Love the selection of flavors and toppings and the encouraging messages on the wall are a plus. The only thing is the place could be kept a little cleaner.

The staff was friendly. I got the tropical acai sorbet. It comes with banana slices, coconut shreds and granola. Perfection!

Since they took out self serve and its understood its hard to communicate with the server about how much of a topping you want and its even harder when there are more than 2 cups in a tray.

My children and I love this place if I ask them if they want to go get ice cream or Sweet Frog they pic Sweet Frog every time. My favorite is the cheesecake and Mango frozen yogurt. My favorite topping is the white Morsels and the wet nuts. My children like a lot of the flavors and a whole lot of toppings. Nice friendly staff so far.

We visit this store frequently. The employees have always been very patient and polite. The selections are updated often and the toppings are always full and clean. The location itself is beside a restaurant and grocery so parking is lacking. And because the inside is so small, it can get full pretty quickly! Clean and decent bathrooms and seating!! Love this place!

Standard self-serve froyo shop. This location has a great variety of flavors from no sugar added to richer gelato type options. Additional since this location is in a busy area, the toppings are constantly refilled, so you wont have to worry about getting stale toppings.

First time visit with my son and granddaughter. All the flavors that I selected were delicious.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted properly and the staff there was extra nice to me ! Very clean and sanitized place! And all of there treats were full and fresh ready to eat thank you guys !

Wow, I really enjoy sweet ice cream in “Sweet Frog”

My first time going here was when my friend won her softball game and we all went out to get some frozen yogurt and I was like “what if it tastes bad?” my friends had gotten the vanilla cupcake one so I tried it and it was so good so I got some too and the toppings are endless I’m allergic to gelatin so I couldn’t get any of the gummies so I got the cotton candy fizzy candies and some chocolate chips, it was so good.
