Worst phone dealer ever!!!I bought LG k 10 for my mom from this authorized dealer. I bought it with the tempered glass screen protector as per the sales lady suggestion and she put it together herself. After we brought it home the phone wouldnt turn on, and it stays blank screen for hours and I thought there must be something wrong with the phone and took it back to return it. When I told them what happened they say the problem is the screen protector, not the phone... the screen protector covers the sensor on the screen side and thats why it doesnt turn on... But theyre not willing to return the cover or the money, they have admitted its a faulty screen protector... they shouldnt sell a faulty product in the first place, if so they must return whatever item they sell whether its accessory or not.

All is the same as on the other locations, the difference here how they assist you and work hard to have you back on service again
