Don’t try to return in the store if you bought something online. They no longer allow you to return in store. You also have to pay for shipping and handling to return. So, you have to pay for shipping and handling twice!! As I understand, their online service was bought out by Fanatics and another company.

How is it that the website say they close at 9pmI arrive at 7:50 and theyre closed, the employee was too busy on her phone at the register to even care to tell me anything.

I purchased my hat online, and had it shipped to this location for free. The moment it arrived, they called me to let me know. I went in and met 2 very courteous employees who were quick to assist. I noticed they had a custom embroidery machine in the store, and asked if I could get something done my hat. They put down what they were doing to embroider my hat for me while there in the shop. They were very helpful and friendly, and encourage anyone who needs a hat to stop by at this location.

I came to this store twice on the same day, first time had to wait for 5 minutes cause nobody was at the store, gate was half way close, then came later on around 6pm n again the gate was down I’ve been waiting 25 mins to exchange a hat. Unaceptable

On June 19th I Went into the Lids store for a cowboys cap Kenneth talked me into getting a certain hat ($29.99) well my husband didnt like the style. I was still in the mall so I went back to exchange it for a different cowboys hat ($19.99) dealt with Kenneth again I explained that wanted to exchange the hat. I guess he pretended to exchange the hat (I say pretend because Im still waiting on my credit). I was charged $32.23 for a hat that shouldve been $19.99 + tax. Nothing infuriates me more then dishonesty. I will never ever step foot in that lids store again.

Will embroider any item (shirts, lab coats & Christmas Stockings. Have many colors of threads and picture designs. The manager and staff are helpful with designs.
