Staff was rude and unhelpful. I was going to buy several hats but instead turned around and left.

Promotes managers too early who lack customer service. I am about to go to a store for the fourth time for the same product. I arrived, waiting over an hour when I was told 30 minutes, to get told at least another two hours, to come back pick up the product and when I asked for a refund was told I needed to come back when the store manager was there because an assistant store manager is unable to process the refund. I have now wasted over two hours of my life trying to resolve an issue. Embroidery was done terribly. Stitching is knotted and letters arent aligned. Store tried to sell that the quality of the item was good. Go elsewhere. Youre better off not wasting your money.

This is a cool store. A lot of hat products to choose from. Its great if youre in the market for something to cover your head other that your own hair.

Went to get my husband a football hat for his birthday, dont really know much about sports just his team. The little girl in there didnt know anything either about sports. At least the lids down the hall was able to help me.

Im never shopping here again! This went from being my favorite store to a store Im never shopping in again which is a shame cause it used to be a great store. Ive been in twice over the last couple weeks and both times Ive gotten nothing but attitude and terrible customer service. The first time I went in I asked if they had a Mets baseball hat, the lady asked what sport that was. I told her MLB then she just told me oh all our baseball hats are in that section and pointed. The ladies that were in there are very rude and unhelpful and not very knowledgable about their product. The second time I was trying to shop and get ready for the upcoming football season and I didnt get greeted either time and then when I asked to see a jersey the lady eyeballed me up and down like I was bothering her then had to ask me which one was the team i was looking for. I feel like if your going to work in a sports store you should know the teams and product your selling and you shouldnt have unnecessary attitudes with your customers. This store used to be my favorite place to go for sports now its not even a place Ill consider Ill just stick to online shopping.
