I keep going back because of the excellent service I receive. Mike is always willing to help and is responsive to whatever needs I have. I would recommend him and his business to anyone.
Dropped off my snow blower. It would start but would not stay running. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it back ready to pick up in 2 days. Great service and business in Woodbridge.
Easily the best! For years I have been looking for a place in woodbridge that does small engine repair. Really lucked up on them. They do fantastic work and are timely without being costly. Really love this shop. This is where I will be taking all my small engine equipment that needs repairing or simply tuning up.
Received great service on my riding mower from this shop. Honest and excellent service. Thank you!
Great mom and pop for lawn mower / trimmer repair. Had a busted carburetor fixed. It was a tad expensive, but good service.
I dropped off my power washer, leaf blower, weed eater, and a generator for service. Asked Mike to pls fix the generator first as I needed it. I picked it up today serviced ready to go in 2 days 👍👍
Way overrated and overpriced store. Won’t take anything there again. I feel like, they take full advantage of being a “local store”. They charged me half of the price of the lawnmower itself, only for the general maintenance. Yeap, it was almost $350! The only expensive part they replaced was the battery. Their price for the battery, $60. Duracel battery at Sam’s club $29.99 !!!!! Yes. It took them 3 weeks to get it fixed too!!!!
Great place to donate small engines any parts.
I had a shoddy sprinkler system installed in my house about 3 years ago. Fast forward to today, I took my pressure washer and edger (both not working of course) to this place for an estimate. I discover that the clown that installed my sprinkler is the owner/operator of this place. I should have left then and there, but thought I would get an estimate anyway. He told me it would take about a week.My pressure washer and edger sat in the shop for almost a month, no phone call from them. I finally called and asked what the deal is and he said he would have it looked at by Monday. Two weeks went by, nothing. So I went and picked it up without them performing any work on them, figure I can do better on my own. When I was there, seems there were other customers with a similar issue.BL: avoid this place at all costs!
Had a lawn boy lawnmower that sat in storage and wouldn’t start. Needed an ignition coil and a carb rebuild. Got it back in a week, and the price was very reasonable. Lawnmower runs like new. Highly recommend.
Great place to have lawn mowers and small engines repaired
Been doing business with them a little over a year and will continue doing so. Great shop.
Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. In the future, I will bring all of my small engine work to them.
I had a broken mower and it was fixed in a couple of days excellent service and prices I highly recommend this place for your mower needs
These guys know a lot about little engines. They have a sizable bone yard of scrap machines so they have many hard to get old parts. I got a welsh plug for an old moped carb for a buck.
Very bad experience. Will not return or recommend to anyone. Make sure to request for an estimate or they will do the work and Bill you with out your approval.
The best in this area Experience and fair
This place is an honest small engine shop because I brought my $900 Predator 3500 inverter generator here all the way from DC after trying everything to fix it, I told Mike that and was getting ready to pay whatever it was or sell it for parts cause I was convinced it was finished. Turns out it was a random electrical wire that got pinched and was grounding out, and I never would have guessed. He fixed it and didnt even charge me after the diagnostics fee. (This is how shops are supposed to be).Me and the other guy standing there were kind of challenging him like saying a lot of shops would have written something up and charged something, and we asked him why he didnt and he said cause he believed in a little thing called karma. So there you have it.
