TIM is the BEST! He worked fast but carefully to help me ship a ton of stuff, and 20 minutes before closing, while his co-worker left him in the dust alone with other customers there. Thank you SO much Tim!
Horrible customer service. Waited in line to return AT&T equipment with a bar code for paid shipping. The first FedEx rep rejected me and so I went back into line to reread the email that ATT sent. Low and behold that was the correct barcode and I had to rewrite in line again. I finally get back to the front of the line and the lady that first helps me walks away to do something else.
Service sucks in this place.Fax machine not working,And when asked for help, the rude guy in the front said he has 3 orders and will not be able to help for another 30 to 45 min.
The staff is too absorbed in themselves to be available for their customers. And, dont expect an employee to ask/say: how can I help you please, thank you, or even greet you with the common hello - the employees absolutely must hate their job because they sure go out of their way to make customers feel unwelcome.
I was here today on 10/23/2021 around 2:40pm I came here all the time weekend staff is not good so no more visits on weekends .
I visited this location today to send a complicated package. Though there was a steady line of customers to keep the two employees busy, I received one-on-one assistance as a first time user of the FedEx workstation to complete and print the label for my package. I found the employees efficient, pleasant and helpful. It was great customer service.
I went there again on Saturday and the customer service is just as bad as it was the dozen or so other times that Ive been there. The staff needs to be fired.

I know people have a lot of bad things to say about this location, but Terry took good care of me when I needed 5x7 invitations printed. The location is busy and understaffed but the employees seem to work hard nonetheless.

Ive seen snails work faster. Im not going to stand in a socially-distanced line thats going out the door and wait what I assume would be at least an hour just to get help with one of the self-service printers. For the love of god, please hire more people (and faster ones, too).
I dunno why she act like that if god gifted me with bad hearing it’s not fun to be treated like that! As a huge corporation like FedEx i do believe they have high standards to treat people with all possibilities, spicily when i mentioned i have bad hearing and you wearing a mask is not helping me to read your lips. absolutely rude of manners. Reluctant to offer help, very slow service, and they try to squeeze every penny out of you. I was in a rush, otherwise I wouldve went elsewhere. Using FedEx is one mistake Ill never repeat.

Great customer service. Was helped by Terry he helped me with all my print needs including resizing and laminating. And answered all my questions. Lately most the printing and office store refuse to help you and just send you to self service. Its refreshing to know you can still walk into a business and encounter friendly employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help.

The staff have always been very courteous and professional when Ive been in there. In fact, one employee, Terry, was on his way out after his shift and turned around to help several customers who had just walked in. This was during the World Series, so Im sure he had better places to be. I cannot speak to their products, but their customer service has been top notch during my visits.
This has got to be the worst FedEx! They lie to your face make you drive to differ stores cause they don’t want to do there job! When someone comes into mail a package mail it. I will never give this location a penny or the time of day! I will use all resources to shut it down!
Tim, I have to say gave the worst impression that I have ever seen out of a FedEx employee I have ever witnessed. He was rude, condescending, short, and impatient all when he created the delay. His little remarks in regards to the quality of the printer under his breath were uncalled for and unappreciated. After he couldnt pull up an email multiple times then realized the error was the server he did not apologize for his tone nor his badgering; insisting that we had the wrong email initially, even when proof was presented we received confirmation the email had been received.I dont know what his issue was but he was unprofessional, rude, and lazy.

This FedEx location was honestly one of the best Ive ever been to - customer service wise. Im not usually one to write a review but the worker, Ryan (I believe that was his name), was very helpful in helping me create a program I needed to create for work. He walked me through the creation process and helped me to create exactly what I needed. I know he went outside and above what he was supposed to do and I really appreciate that. Great workers and very helpful people.
I had to scan documents and one lady helped me but she didnt know what she was really doing and it took forever. However, Jose came in and was excellent!! He made my day!! He was so fast, knowledgable and got the job done perfectly!! I will only go see him from now on! Thanks, Jose!!
Id give 0 stars if i could the the employees there do not seem to care, they are rude, curt and most of all down right disrespectful, surprising since most of the employees here are black and I have never ever seen a business handled this way they are leaving a bad impression on what customer service should be and this place right here most definitely ----- AINT IT!! My father visited this store yesterday and wanted me to post on his behalf. He had multiple boxes to ship to different locations and the two fellas that helped him were superb. Some of the items were fragile and my dad watched as the two associates quickly and carefully wrapped, packed and labeled everything he needed. And hey - my dad is hard to impress! These guys must be awesome!
Walked in this morning and was greeted exceptionally well by Chris one of the employees there. He was very quick to answer my questions and show me how to do the work that was needed on the computer there. I needed copies of my work and I had to be somewhere within 45 minutes I was in and out of there in 5 minutes, Good job Chris you are awesome!!!!
You know how they are so happy and helpful in that fedex commercial? LIES. I went to this location on Sunday 9/15/19 around 4pm. An older guy, obviously not computer litterate kept asking for help. The one worker in uniform turned his back to him, and shouted short instructions from behind the counter. Obviously didnt want to help. His body language, attitude were horrible. I felt bad for the old guy.
Let me preface by stating that I travel often and use FedEx locations throughout the mid Atlantic region, but I would advise not going to this location if you can help it. The store is clean and well laid out as usual with a FedEx, but it was the customer service that really dropped the ball during my visit.The employee was extremely crass and treated me as if I should’ve already known what to do, even though it required her to retrieve heavier stock paper from behind the counter and go through a sequence on the printer that the average customer would never have known how to do. Keep in mind, I’m no stranger to FedEx Office’s so I can do 90% of tasks in the store on my own.It just really was dumbfounding why someone would treat a customer in the manner I was treated.Find another store in the area that can do the same things they can do here if you can!
Terrible experience, drivers out front cussing customers out and making threats. Unfortunately I have to come here regularly for business. No one cared in the building to reprimand the driver who was way out of line.

I brought in my own paper because the printer we have was leaving streaks for something we wanted perfect. Their printers were a little better but just not right. They gave me their own paper(nice stuff), printed it and said no charge. Thank you.
Your personal needs to change the attitude with their customers, if they’re rude, people is going to be rude as well, also they’re really slow and don’t show interest to do the work
This is THE WORST FedEx location. Despite this being the closest location, I will actually drive to Lorton because I have been burned multiple times here. The employees are slow, the lines are long, and on multiple occasions I have left WITHOUT the ability to ship what was needed. They were “out of FedEx boxes” today. Really?!? It’s a FedEx shipping location!!!! They had no other alternative to offer to box what I needed sent. I don’t know why I wasted my time.
I use fedex office all the time. Usually great staff of people and very helpful. The staff is horrible here! This is not a good place to go if you need employee help!
Showed up with a package and a RMA link. Done and out the door quickly with the friendly help of the staff.
I came in for a passport picture. Although they helped me out right away, it was too zoomed in and bright according to the post office passport section. Once I came back to get it fixed, instead of correcting the problem by helping me out, I was told they were too busy with something else to help me right away. Not happy.
I went to use the fax machine. Considering how long this technology has been around, I expected FedEx would have state-of-the-art fax machines at reasonable prices. Instead, they had two little squeaky, 1980s machines that couldnt process more than 5 pages at once and cost $2 per page. Not only did I have to separate my packet into two lumps because it got jammed and auto-completed, I had to pay $2 more for the second cover page and I still dont know if it will be accepted at the receiving organization. I ended up spending $50 to apply for a job!After my experience, I went to talk to the FedEx representative about their fax machines. He already knew the machines would only process 5 pages at a time and didnt see the problem with not posting a sign or telling customers about it.My advice: If you have to fax something, go anywhere but FedEx, or, better yet, just buy yourself a fax machine.
Typically a very long line and or a very long wait. The workers are generally very nice, but obviously overworked and the business is understaffed.

Extremely slow location. The staff is moving slow and there is only one employee working who is helping one customer at a time while talking and laughing on the phone with what I would assume is a friend. I do not recommend coming to this place.

Great Fedex site, Im usually in and out very quick. They offer a lot of services (printing/copying/etc.) as well if thats what you need.
This place is terrible. The lines are ridiculous because the employees are slow. and they only have 2 employees working at a time usually (one of whom may be on break)!Their “self-serve” machines are slow and function poorly. Everytime I enter this store, I attempt to use the machine, it malfunctions, and I end up having to wait in line with everyone else.And above all, the only time I’m greeted at this store is when the employee is African American. The other employees whom are Caucasian or “other”, are rude and unconcerned. They seem to disregard me (and other young, minority customers i’ve Seen in the store). When Caucasian or Older customers enter the store, they are greeted with a smile and a “Welcome”.S please stop disregarding customers because of our age and race

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was extremely helpful with advising on photo scanning, reprints, and enlargement as well as minor formatting to a Publisher document.
Great service by the employees. The wait was longer than expected to drop the package. They have to scan and weigh it even if there is already a shipping label on it.

I usually have a good experience but nit this time. I turned in a document, via email, at 8am and was supposed to get a proof. That never happened. I walked in the door at 455pm and the job wasnt done. Im STILL waiting. The workers here have no sense of urgency and overall, no sense of organization.
Use this location often for business, at least once per week, helpful staff and always go out of the way to make sure my needs are met. There was a former employee that was rude but I have not seen her in a long time.
For some reason they think having one person working on a Saturday morning is ok. Line was 15 min long. The employee did a good job but he was running around with his head cut off.

Very bad experience. I was there on Tuesday, 4/21/2015, two employees were playing with their printer and no one ever talk to me or even look at me while I was waiting. I waited 5 minutes and I left.
Honestly I came to print something I really needed and I was struggling and the printer just wasn’t working I kept on asking and I got ignored one of the men there came to me and told me to logged in as soon as I logged in he left me I’m very upset they just stole $10 from me ! Midday on Saturday, long line of customers, one employee working......watched a dozen customers already leave. Here already 15 minutes and count on much longer.
Ordered laminated prints twice this week, just now picked up the second set tonight and once again they werent laminted.
