These folks are extremely helpful. A gentleman by the name of Whit helped me identify a solution to a problem. The part that I sought is out of production, now, and Whit helped me in my search for that part elsewhere. Good man. ...with a good company! I will return when I need parts and supplies in the future.

Dealt with Mike - explained what was going on over the phone. He told me exactly what I needed and even sent me how to guide to fix it. Reminded me to make sure I wore gloves. Call Item Inc before you pay way too much anyplace else

Finally a printer supplier whose values are on my same level. This company comes through each and every time I order from them. Since using them my parts arrive on time and my customers are never let down. I have never visited nor even spoke to anyone from this company on the phone but i just sense employee dedication as when an order is placed it is taken, fulfilled and sent no excuses. I have been in the blueprint/printing business for 20(+) years and I have finally found a supplier who cares about their customers as much as I do. As a matter of fact with everything going on in this world we are still busy and I assume the same for Item inc and if this is not the case I will keep them busy personally as well as telling my trusted friends in this business about them. Pretty rare you find a company that specializes like this and absolutely knocks it out of the park when it comes to service. My product was packed and shipped within ~30 minutes of my order being processed, and I had it sooner than expected. Ill absolutely be recommending anyone I possibly can to Item Inc. I accidentally checked out twice due to an authorization error with my card, and the lady I spoke with on the phone had it resolved almost instantly when I called. A+, great company.

If you call their tech line you have to sit through a sales pitch for life alert then a free Caribbean cruise offer. How good can a company be that monetizes their tech line? I had a question for them before I ordered a $1200 printer part.... I will take my business to a real business instead.

Excellent experience with a phone call. Spoke to Wit (I think) he was to the point and offered options. He did not sway me one way or another. Professional to the max. He helped me localize the problem. When I received the package i went online for instruction and wow-took me to Item inc you tube which was as complete as could be. Wit told me it would take 20 min to install and 20 min to complete putting parts back in place. Tool me 45 minutes for I needed a second hand at one point. His knowledge was and will be invaluable. A 10 year old printer could not be replaced under 1200.00 and is back in working order for 300.00. He taught me why it had failed and I believe he will be there for me in our future. Ordered a new original Ricoh yellow toner pump for full genuine part price. Just received a used (not in box) toner pump with blue toner spilling from pump. Our company will see how they take care of this.
