Employees here are about worthless. Every time I come in act like Im going to rob the place

They didnt have the part that I needed, but they researched it and simply couldnt match it. Not for lack of trying on there part. I will return the next time that I need something.

Worst auto parts store in the country. I was told if I didnt open the package I could return it and when I came back to return it he called me a lier and would not stick to his word

Went on the website to find a part. The only store in my area that had it in stock was here. Hours on the website say they are open until 9pm today. Got there around 6:45, the lights are off and the doors are locked. No hours posted on the door or any if the windows. Oh and apparently they are closed tomorrow. Irritated that I drove all the way here for nothing and now potentially have to wait until monday to get the part. If your hours are wrong online, then either get them fixed, or post your correct hours on the door.

Absolute horrible service, purchased parts online one part shipped direct to me other part was in store pick up. Part that was shipped to me was wrong so I went to this store return the wrong part and to pick up the items that were for in store pick up.... GUS was rude and unhelpful to say the least. finally got the parts that i had for in store pick up that were paid for but he wanted me to pay again. I told him no and showed him my recipe, then went on to argue with him about the return. part was 95.99 with a 30% discount so part was $67.20 however GUS was only going to credit me $53.76 back....when asked why the difference in price GUS said I dont know that is just what the computer says then he continued to tell me that the discount was only 20% off therefor the price difference. I then informed him that he would then owe me $76.79 for the part if it was only at 20% discount. needless to say I left with all the parts and will be talking to corporate tomorrow morning.

Every time I go in there they nail it always have what I need or have it next day!! Excellent work guys!!!!!

Just left from there, I got there 8:50 pm and the doors where closed, the guy saw me and he just ignored me, that was very rude! I had an emergency and I really needed to get a tool but I couldnt get it. I wont never come back again.
