I called and asked if I could get the battery on my hybrid 2011 Honda insight checked and the manager said yes, its part of their customer service.We went in and he checked it for me himself and yep, needed a new battery.Jon Klassen came out and installed my battery for me right there in the parking lot! Talk about customer service!! He even had the bracket on backwards at first after installing my battery and made sure to take it back off and properly pit it on. As a woman it was such a great comfort to see that he took his job and my safety seriously! I will forever be an automati zone customer. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Went in here the other day to get a 6-gauge wire connector, a young guy with trashy tattoos on his neck help me out and showed me where are all the starter wires and battery terminals where at???. I explained to him that I need to connect two 6 gauge wires together, Then he told me this is where all your electrical stuff is at. So with no help from him i Walked around and found the electrical Connector ends and what not Just three aisles down from where I was at. I wish AutoZone would take a little bit more pride in hiring people that actually care about their job and have a little bit more Knowledge about the products in there store and customer service.
5 if I could I give a ten they help me so mu h I starter went out and walked in on foot bought starter and battery tryed to find taxi and for 3hpurs they loaned me a phone number even offer a ride thank soo much

Called this after noon around 7 PM. Some guy answered and asked me what they can help me with... then they put me on hold without telling me to hold while I was asking for parts... They need to really have a good manager for closing, and not just some kid off high school with no part knowledge.

They had what I needed. It was just a battery for my car but they had it. Only thing is he hit me with they had one for $99 but then he says they were out of it and only had one for $160 plus $20 core fee so $180 I have yet to take back old one to get my $20 back and dont know if Ill get around to doing it.
Came in to get some wiper blades and the staff was great. Rafael helped me pick out and install my new wipers and was very helpful throughout. Even offered to check my drain plug after his shift ;)

I stopped in this past Saturday to pick something up. There are mask signs listed prominently. I saw FIVE employees. THREE of them had no mask at all. The other two had their noses entirely uncovered. So, do you think that only employees can infect someone? Maybe you could enforce the mask requirement to your own staff!! You know, for the safety of your customers?
The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to Rafael and his team leader who helped me quickly diagnose my check engine light. My part was ordered, yet I did not receive a phone call when it arrived. Instead I called the store to make sure my part was in. The store was busy and I understand how things can get especially with customer service during a pandemic. Nevertheless, the staff was very attentive and quick to serve.

Excellent customer service. I needed an air filter and not only did they sell me one but they went out and out it in for me as well. I could have figured it out but the fact that they didnt make me was so awesome!I know where to go for all my parts now! ❤
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! WAITED AT FRONT COUNTER 15 MINUTES MADE DIRECT EYE CONTACT WITH THE CELLS ASSOCIATE NEVER DID HE ASK IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR IF I CAN HELP. I COULD CLEARLY HEAR THE BACK OFFICE EMPLOYEES TALKING ABOUT PERSONAL ISSUES THAT SHOULDNT BE HEARD BY FRONT FACING CUSTOMERS, I DOUBT ILL BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION

Came in to buy a battery the clerk said what size and i said can you look it up he said no our computer will not do that.went across the street it took them about 30 seconds. just for fun I googled it on my phone came right up. just plain bad service.
They are friendly, helpful, usually have what I go for, and if they dont, they order it. And of course...its close.
Not pleased. Ordered a part and was told it would arrive in a week. Never received a phone call. Returned to the store and was told that it never arrived, at that time a second order for the part was placed. Another week went by and still no call. Called the store and was told that the part did not arrive again and that a third order would be placed, but the delivery date of the part was not known.. Now it has been THREE ADDITIONAL WEEKS. That is five weeks I have been waiting and not been contacted. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is pretty ridiculous. To add to the frustration, I paid for the order on the first day. Still waiting.
I had bought a headlight from a different place,, they will remain nameless. I came to the Auto Zone where they have helped me before. Thanks to Rafael he changed my headlight that was awesome of him
Very nice people. I saved a lot of money with their diagnostic tool. It would have cost me atleast $80 for a diagnostic test. I was able to find the parts I needed to fix my car. They also recommended a shop to go to for the repair.

I will probably go back to his AutoZone to get my Oil for oil change when its due, even though I live in Keizer, I will drive to Woodburn because of the Excellent Customer Service.
Super nice, knowledge and quick. We lost a windshield wiper on the highway - AutoZone had several options available for our 2009 minivan. The clerk offered to install the new blade and we were back on the road within 5 minutes.

I think this story needs to be heard!!!!! So this past Sunday I went to O Reylies to have them test my battery. When I arrived there, no one was able to test it for me. So I called the autozone across the street and Ricardo answered the phone. I explained my situation to him and he said no problem come on over and we will take care of you. When I got there he was waiting for me and made me feel welcomed to be there which the other people did not at the other store. Once I got there he started preforming his test to figure out what was wrong with my car! I am an Uber driver so this is how I make a living so I need my car fixed. He was able to figure out it was the battery which shocked me because I just bought it from o’Reillys 2 months ago! He offered to take it out for me and even give me a ride across the street to help me get it replaced! So once I got back to oh Reilly’s I began to tell them that the battery was bad and I wanted to swap it out. They told me there was no way it was bad and that they will not exchange it! I couldn’t believe that I just bought it and I couldn’t remember the phone number I used. Ricardo began to explain to them that the tag on the battery shows it is no older than 3 months old. They still said there is nothing they can do. I was very upset and felt that they did not care about my needs as a customer all I wanted to do was swap it. So I decided to go back to autozone and buy one from Ricardo since he was so helpful. I couldn’t believe how someone from a different company was so willing to help me and go above and beyond to try and get me back on the road, Ricardo was truly awesome I got the new battery from him and what did you know! My car started up every time after he replaced it for me. I am an autozone customer for life now! He understood the importance of me getting my car on the road and went beyond the call of duty to make it happen!!!! If you guys need anything I suggest to go to autozone they really care about the people in their community and are not just there to make money. Thank you again Ricardo you really showed what customer service was all about!

I like going here for auto things. They are a little bit expensive on things so I do shop for those things elsewhere. But as a woman, they dont treat me like Im stupid. They also do free diagnostics on your check engine light for you and ask for a printout of the problem. I liked the old crew but they are long gone. And I dont like the auto place across the street. Dont feel respected as a consumer here.
The part I had already paid for was not delivered and they didnt bother to contact me. I show up and the guy looks for the part for around 5 min and apologizes that it wasnt delivered, no biggie. I also needed to purchase a belt and dude looks another 5 min and low and behold he cant find the belt I want....Before I can purchase the inferior belt, I just want out at this point, dude answers the phone and its the hommie on the other end. He proceeds to carry on his conversation as I leave. Almost 15min wasted for nothing. Advance Auto Parts doesnt have these shenanigans, thankfully.
So I came to autozone last week because advance auto parts didnt want to help me install a brake light they sold me. I was told they dont do that kind of stuff! I was on my way to the dmv and need to have all my lights working for my test. I explained my situation to them at advance auto parts and they said sorry we cant help you. I than drove down to autozone and I was greeted by Ricardo! I explained my situation to him and he said that it was not a problem and he would be happy to help. He was a life saver it took him 3mins to swap out the bulb and he even explained how to do. He was so very helpful!! I will never go anywhere else for car parts again except to autozone! Best of all I made it to my dmv appointment on time. Thanks again Ricardo

Terrible customer service. I walked inside and it was not busy and one of there associates had a terrible attitude and didn’t want to help. The supervisor/manager was on the phone and he noticed his attitude and did nothing. I refuse to buy and left.Stay away from this autozone.

This has been my Auto parts store for years until today. I recently purchased a auto cleaning product that was not what I was wanting so went in to return today. I stepped up to the cashier area and was approached by a man who had broken English and had to ask him to repeat. What he was telling me was that I had to go stand in line behind six or seven people waiting to get to the parts counter before I could make a $6.99 return/exchange for product sitting on cashier counter. Too bad for Auto Zone. Are you letting employees make policy at will? If anyone walks in and wants car wash they cant get it off the shelf and go to cashier?

I when to buy a part and they didnt haven on stock so when l was going to pay Markus couldnt pay due a system problem l say can you order it and my mechanic will pay when he comes to pick it up and he agree. When my mechanic came to pick up the part Markus did not order it...🤨
AutoZone OReillys Napa Carquest any kind of local place like that that sell Auto Parts local they go online and buy their parts cheap then sell them outrageous prices for example a wheel hub assembly 150 a piece go on eBay $61 for two free shipping and I got them in 3 days so people start doing some research going online ordering your stuff dont go in and buy an auto parts overpriced organ is an overpriced State on everything Ive been into a lot of auto parts stores and these people take advantage of you so research before you buy
