Well its usually good only a couple times they didnt have what I went for but usually got it pretty good. Sometimes you can get a vibe of the workers following you like your going to steal

Called on Labor Day to check the store hours seeing as its a holiday and wanted to make sure before we drove out. The girl who answered the phone sarcastically said it says it on the website before you call and was extremely rude. The girl working didnt have a name tag. Younger hispanic girl. This is around 7pm on September 6th. I asked if they had something in stock and she just said yes without checking. We went anyway. Asked us if we have masks when we walked in, only customers in the store, a year and a half into this pandemic with vaccines and we need masks to be alone in a store? Weird. Anyway, after asking and we said no because we didnt have any, Didnt offer us any or say anything else or ask if we needed help finding anything. We found what we needed and went to the register, she completely ignored us and didnt check us out or say anything and waited for the manager to come check us out, the manager was a lady older than her and was nice. The store itself and manager were great but what a horrible horrible employee. Plenty of people need jobs right now, and ones like that dont deserve them.

When I got in here on Saturday Jan 21, there was a nice lady there and I needed help with shoes, she called the guy that was back in that section and he asked me questions on what I needed and stayed with me helping me out until I found what I needed and fit. Very polite and helpful.Only problem was they were short on some of the shoes I was interested in, but finally found a pair of New Balance that fit and worked. They were on sale also. I would go back here before I would go back to Tigard where I basically didnt get any service.

I found everything that I needed there the prices were great the service was good I cant complain about anything they were pretty empty there as far as customers go I was in and out and no time at all everyone was really helpful

It was okay, a small area so there wasnt much to choose from.

Good prices, lots of weekly and daily deals, and good help from sales reps. My only wish is that they had a better selection of running gear.

Need to make sure the items are in the right place, they advertised one price but item listed was under a lesser pricegot to the register and got it at the advertised price. Which was fine, but they need to pay more attention to their shelves rather gossiping with each other. Service was terrible

Mediocre customer service which was probably learned from the manager who has a serious attitude Problem.My dad and i went in to buy rods and reels the reels we bought were the last ones of their kind. We each had a 10% coupon on entire transaction.My dads reciept showed a 10% Display Discount and also a entire transaction discount for his 10% discount. When i made my purchase the manager comes up and says she doesnt even have to give me a 10% display discount even though my display reel didnt even have a box. On top of that she wasted my 10% discount instead of applying the display discount for my boxless reel. If it wasnt for her NASTY ATTITUDE this wouldnt have been a big deal as im very laid back and i never take the time to do reviews. I had been going in very often for tackle as i love to fish but never again, ill stick to Bi-mart and the major outdoor stores who actually have people skills. This was a very discriminatory experience.The cashier was kind of nice but fast food joints have better service than this Woodburn branch.

Had to track down someone for assistance. The young man who assisted us was very helpful.

They carried the item i was looking for ( wrestling singlet). I just felt they could have had more to select from. What they carried was very basic.

Mangment hides in office or back .Staff have little to low knowledge of product.Bag language.No help.Out of product with no offer of a rain check.Just a horrible customer service.I use to be a assistant manager there about2 years ago and i can honestly say it is a huge difference from when i worked there.

Main reason for visiting was looking for disc golf equipment and for that is practically non-existent except for a few items. Otherwise good mix Sports and camping equipment.

Poor customer service. Maybe try actually talking to those customers that are actually the reason you have a job.
