Walked in on a Thursday noontime for a birthday gift. Was greeted warmed by an associate when walking right in. Looked around and found most of their merchandise 50% off! Face masks is still reinforced here. The associates here are kind about it. I tried on several jackets and checked myself out by using their available mirrors around the store. I could definitely feel the quality in every jacket I put on and we’re surprised by their deals for the month of November. The lady who checked us out was quite friendly and warm with us. It helped that she was bilingual so we could communicate better with her. Will highly recommend buying these rainproof and wind resistant jackets for this winter season. Really liking the added bright coolers to their merchandise instead of the boring black and gray we see many use most of the time.

This store doesn’t have a lot of Large sizes for men. All I can find is small or medium. The large size runs out quick. Get there early I guess.

Love to shop here. I always find good deals in comparison to big chain store for the brand name North face. The staff is always polite. Bonus they accept Apple Pay. It hard to find places that do take Apple Pay as payment.

Great prices but popular sizes are gone quickly. Come early in the day for best choices. They are also doing a good job on limiting capabilities due to covid, so line could be very long on weekends.

Amazing store great prices problem is selection wouldnt be limited except for the fact that tags on the clothing seem to be mislabeled everything for sale says size medium which isnt the case if you compare them by size so it looks as if every sale item is a medium for their sample clothing but its not

Well since you wont sell to an oil company I now now a lot of your stuff is made with oil by products. Of course the transportation to get your goods and to get me to your store. Will not be buying any more from you. Do not want to offend you by using gas to get there to spend my money

This is the best store ever! Wonderful product and even more wonderful employees. They are helpful and fun and just great! This is the best store!!!!

Staff was super helpful but they were out if most sizes! They primarily had small and medium in both mens and womens. My boyfriend and I both couldnt find our sizes which sucked! They had some pretty great deals but were also understaffed at the registers and the store was in complete disarray and messy.

I used to be a Columbia guy but the customer service I received at this store won me over (and also the product but mostly the service). Adrian is a man of many stories and helped me out a ton. Laura was both speedy and also really friendly while I was at the register (she deserves a raise). Angel... was an angel. Im looking forward to putting my new gear to use in the coming months thanks to those three amazing employees: Laura, Adrian and Angel! Definitely recommend seeing them!

Was very disappointing... High price. Puma is the only store you should visit there but no dressing room there...

Great rotating selection, bought my trusty rain jacket here.... BUYER BEWARE: Nothing here carries the North Face warranty. If it fails, youre stuck with it. They achieve this by what looks like a black sharpie to the o in The North Face label on the inner tag at the collar so its known it was an outlet item. My rain jacket hasnt let me down yet. But just so youre aware. 5 stars if the warranty was intact, otherwise 3 stars.

One of the best places to buy your North Face jackets from. Perfect for all your needs. The price is way cheaper than what you get in Macys or other stores. I keep visiting this store often. Best time to buy jackets from here is during the summer, they have huge sales. I absolutely love going here during the summer.

The store has been dusty every time I’ve visited. Staff seems to fake being nice it’s annoying. Also, they are always following asking questions. I understand they get some type of commission out of helping but if I say I don’t need your help you shouldn’t be following me around. One of the employees, I believe her name is Carina, was really rude but the rest are okay. The store itself it’s fine. I find what I need most of the time but they can improve their attitude towards costumers

Store is O.K. for an outlet, lack of popular sizes as expected. The stores real problem however is the lack of service, the young girls chatting away care little about customers needs. The attitude is something like Did you check, no we dont have it, eye rolls back to chatting Seriously management needs a change cant blame the little people definite corporate culture issue here. My wife shopped separately from myself and we shared the sentiment and that is why Im speaking up because of her experience on top of mine was just too much lack of customer care. I wont EVER go back and I live 5 minutes away.

This Northface is OK, but there was a clueless teenage boy working the floor today who was rude to me. I needed a coat in a small, and I saw that he was about to call and ask the back to check a size for another customer. I asked whether he thought they might have my coat in a small, thinking he could ask them to check mine as well when he made the call. He looked at me condescendingly and said, I can help you after I help this customer. Then he smirked and turned back to the guy he was helping like, How stupid and rude is she? I was so offended I just left. Id rather shop at REI where employees are polite and know how to multitask.

Absolutely no tall size in stock. If you want the EXACT same thing on line that youre looking at in store you pay full retail. Staff was awesome but broken concept and poor selection.

I agree with the previous comment. This store offers great selection for customers but when it comes to some staff... probably not. The cashier that I was served by was Breigh and by far the worst transaction ever in my life. Northface, if youre going to hire some cashiers make sure they are not racists or rude or train well enough to be up front. The store managers excuse was due to short staff reason and the person was covering for someone else, which is your management problem and a very unprofessional reason to say to the customer. Then hire more right people to serve customers right and also not to burden your employees with short staff reason.

The sales people were so patient and helpful. I dont know if they work on commission or not, but it doesnt matter because I told them I was just wanting to try on that day and wouldnt be purchasing and they were still super helpful.
